You must have a passport that is valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.
For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will provide to you for the visa application.
To avoid any problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to passports that are torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged; such passports should be renewed, and if it is a country that applies a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
Since our guests under 18 may be asked by the police officer on duty at the country’s entry/exit points for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents when traveling alone or with only one of their mother or father; we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents be sensitive about this matter.
HEALTH
There is no vaccination requirement for Turkish citizens entering Egypt. We recommend that you do not drink tap water during your trip and consume only bottled water that will be opened by you for the first time.

EXTRA TOURS & ACTIVITIES
Extra tours and activities are organized by the local agency from which we receive service, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not reached, the trips may not take place, or the prices, content, and vehicles used for extra tours/activities may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of extra tours/activities may be changed by the guide depending on the opening/closing status of museums, archaeological sites, or venues at the places to be visited, and according to weather conditions.
ACCOMMODATION
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the indicated km.
Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable and coach beds, participants making reservations for a 3rd person and/or child are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the type of bed.
Child discounts are valid only for one (1) child staying with 2 adults and falling within the age group specified in the pricing section.
Breakfasts included in the tour program and taken at the hotel are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country and generally as a limited menu, called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served for groups in a separate hall allocated to the group.
CURRENCY
The currency of Egypt is the Egyptian Pound (EGP).
It is advisable to have USD (EUR) and US Dollar (USD) with you.
TIME ZONE
There is a -1 hour difference between Turkey and Egypt. When it is 12:00 in Turkey, it is 11:00 in Egypt.

Your mobile phone line can be used if international calling (roaming) is enabled.
CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS
When entering mosques and churches in the country, shorts, skirts, clothing that leaves the shoulders exposed, and tight-fitting clothes should be avoided. We recommend that women bring a thin shawl or scarf with them. Also, if you have a hat or sunglasses, you should not use them while inside places of worship. Both men and women are required to remove their shoes when entering a mosque.

Egypt, like many seaside countries, is full of fish restaurants and fish markets.

IMPORTANT NOTES
Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for destinations/passports requiring a visa) does not mean that entry into the country will be granted. The passport police have the authority to refuse you entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.
The agency is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or the times before the current trip and flight may change. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees
The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, and done panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide narration, without museum or archaeological site entrance fees. For panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, if they cannot be carried out on the day and time of the tour due to reasons not permitted by local authorities to visit or enter, or due to closed roads because of any event, and also when it becomes impossible to carry out the tour due to weather conditions, the agency is not responsible for the inability to perform the said tours. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot where possible at closed roads or points where vehicle access is not permitted.
