This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days prior to the tour start date. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.

In destinations where a visa is required, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the "Documents Required for Visa" list provided by your agency.

To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or otherwise damaged passports; such passports must be renewed, and if the country requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. In case of non-compliance, responsibility lies with the traveler.

Since there may be a request for a document showing joint parental consent by the police officer responsible at entry/exit points when our guests under 18 years of age travel alone or with only one parent, we recommend that our guests under 18 years of age and their parents pay attention to this matter.

HEALTH

There is no mandatory vaccination requirement for Turkish citizens entering Egypt. We recommend that you do not drink tap water during your tour and consume only bottled water that has been opened by you for the first time.

Extra tours and activities are organized by the local agency providing services with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If sufficient numbers are not achieved, tours may not take place, or extra tour/activity prices, content, and vehicles used may vary according to the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of extra tours/activities may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums, historical sites, or venues in the destination are open/closed and weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION   

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located at distances greater than the specified km.

Triple rooms are assigned based on hotel availability. In such rooms, the bed provided for the 3rd person may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or coach beds, participants who are the 3rd person and/or children booking are deemed to have accepted potential crowding in the room and the type of bed.

Child discounts apply to a single (1) child accompanying 2 adults and falling within the age group specified in the pricing section.

Breakfasts included in the tour program, which are part of the services provided at the hotel, are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally as a limited menu known as continental breakfast consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group.

CURRENCY    

The currency of Egypt is the Egyptian Pound (EGP).

It is advisable to carry USD (EUR) and US Dollars (USD) with you.

TIME ZONE     

There is a -1 hour difference between Turkey and Egypt. When it is 12:00 in Turkey, it is 11:00 in Egypt.

CLOTHING AND ESSENTIAL ITEMS    

When entering mosques and churches in the country, shorts, skirts, clothing that exposes shoulders, and tight-fitting garments should be avoided. We recommend that women bring a thin shawl or scarf. Also, if you have hats or sunglasses, you must not use them while inside places of worship. Both men and women must remove their shoes before entering a mosque.

FOOD CULTURE           

Egypt, like many countries with coastlines, is full of fish restaurants and fish markets.

You can purchase local handicrafts and souvenirs.

IMPORTANT NOTES           

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for destinations/passports requiring a visa) does not guarantee entry into the country. The passport police have the authority to deny you entry. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the traveler.

The agency acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and special flights, or flight times may change prior to the current tour and flight. The agency is obligated to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers purchase the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes or airport service fees.

Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction to cities and conducted panoramically with guide commentary from the vehicle, excluding entrance to museums and historical sites. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, may not be carried out if local authorities do not permit visiting or entering on the day and time corresponding to the tour, or due to closed roads caused by any event, or if weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour. In such cases, the agency is not responsible for the inability to conduct the aforementioned tours. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot, depending on available facilities, at points where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted.

Tour Program
Istanbul – Cairo – City Tour – Cairo
Our tour begins with a meeting at Istanbul Airport's International Departures Terminal. After completing check-in, baggage drop, and boarding procedures, we depart on a Turkish Airlines scheduled flight to Cairo. Upon arrival in Cairo during the afternoon hours, we join our private vehicle for a panoramic city tour of Cairo. First, we view the historic center of Old Cairo, which reflects the city's centuries-old Islamic heritage through its ancient mosques, madrasas, stone structures, and bustling streets. Next, we see the Muhammad Ali Mosque, located within the Saladin Citadel, renowned for its grand dome, slender minarets, and interior walls clad in alabaster, earning it the nickname "Alabaster Mosque." Continuing our tour, we visit the Unknown Soldier Monument, built to honor soldiers who lost their lives in the October 1973 War and serving as an iconic symbol of modern Egyptian history. We then proceed to Heliopolis to view the Baron Empain Palace, one of Cairo's most unique architectural landmarks, inspired by Indian and Khmer styles, featuring elaborate reliefs and a distinctive towered silhouette; here, we pause for photographs. Following this, we pass Tahrir Square, one of modern Egypt's most famous squares and a central hub for administrative, political, and social life in the city. In the final segment of our tour, we head toward the heart of historic Cairo: the Khan el-Khalili Bazaar. With its narrow alleys, traditional craft shops, spice merchants, souvenir stalls, and vibrant atmosphere, this is one of the city's most colorful areas. We allow free time for shopping and exploration. Afterward, we transfer to our hotel. Guests wishing may optionally join an Evening Dinner Cruise on the Nile River (USD 110), organized by our guide. Following the cruise and dinner, where we will experience the magical ambiance of the Nile and Cairo, we return to our hotel for overnight accommodation.
Cairo – Grand Egyptian Museum – Pyramids – Sphinx – Cairo
After breakfast at our hotel, we will embark on the Grand Museum & Pyramids & Sphinx Tour with lunch included. We set off to explore some of the most iconic symbols of Cairo and ancient Egyptian civilization. Our first stop will be the Grand Egyptian Museum, rising near the Giza Pyramids and recognized as the world's largest museum dedicated to a single civilization. With its contemporary architecture, the museum brings together the magnificent heritage of ancient Egypt; through Tutankhamun galleries, statues of pharaohs, mummies, artifacts of daily life, royal treasures, and thousands of-year-old items including Khufu's funerary boats, we will gain an intimate understanding of various periods of Egyptian civilization. After the museum visit, we enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. Following the meal, we proceed to the Giza Plateau, home to the Great Pyramid of Khufu—the only surviving wonder of the Ancient World—as well as the pyramids of Khafre and Menkaure. Built during the Fourth Dynasty as monumental tomb complexes for the pharaohs, these pyramids offer breathtaking views against the surrounding desert landscape, with scheduled photo stops along the way. Continuing our tour, we visit the Great Sphinx of Giza, carved from a single block of limestone into the rock, featuring a human head and lion's body, symbolizing the power and wisdom of the pharaohs. Standing guard over the Giza Plateau for thousands of years in front of the Khafre Pyramid complex, this monumental structure remains one of the most mysterious and iconic masterpieces to survive from ancient Egypt. After the tour, we transfer back to our hotel for overnight accommodation.
Cairo – Alexandria – Cairo
After breakfast at our hotel, we depart for the Alexandria City Tour with lunch included. Our first stop is Qaitbay Citadel, built in the 15th century by Mamluk Sultan Qaitbay on the site of one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, the Lighthouse of Alexandria. With its strategic coastal location, thick defensive walls, towers, and military architecture that has protected the Port of Alexandria throughout history, the citadel offers a close look at the city's maritime heritage. Continuing our tour, we visit the Ancient Roman Theatre located within the Kom el-Dikka archaeological site. This structure, featuring semi-circular marble seating rows and columns, is one of the most significant surviving examples of urban life from the Roman period. Surrounding ruins of ancient baths, residential buildings, and mosaics shed light on Alexandria's social and cultural life during the Roman and Byzantine eras. Next, we explore the Kom El Shoqafa Catacombs, one of Alexandria's most impressive ancient sites. These underground tombs feature three levels of burial chambers, spiral staircases, and unique architecture that blends Egyptian, Greek, and Roman artistic traditions. The reliefs, statues, and sections used for funeral rites reflect the city's role as a meeting point of diverse civilizations. Our final stop is Pompey's Pillar, standing on the site of the magnificent Temple of Serapis dedicated to the god Serapis in antiquity. Although commonly known as Pompey's Pillar, this monumental column was actually erected in honor of the Roman Emperor Diocletianus and is constructed from red Aswan granite. We admire the pillar along with the surrounding ancient ruins before returning to our hotel. Upon arrival, guests will have free time. Overnight stay at our hotel.
Cairo – Saqqara – Memphis – Cairo – Istanbul
After breakfast at our hotel, we depart for the guided tour of Saqqara and Memphis with lunch included. First, we head to the Valley of the Dead (Saqqara), where the inhabitants of Memphis, Egypt's oldest capital, were buried. After approximately half an hour's journey, we arrive in Memphis, where we will see statues of pharaohs, ancient temples, and palace ruins. We then visit the Step Pyramid of King Djoser, attributed to the Third Dynasty that ruled Egypt in the 27th century BC; it is known as the first and largest stone structure built from stone blocks in Egyptian history. Following the tour, we transfer to Cairo Airport and complete our check-in and baggage procedures for our scheduled Turkish Airlines flight to Istanbul. Upon arrival at Istanbul Airport, our tour and services come to an end.
