If not all members of our group participate, our IceBreaker tour may be conducted without a guide. About 1 week before the departure date, our guide will call all of our guests and provide detailed information about this tour.

Due to the late dawn and early dusk in the region, some activities may be carried out while it is dark. Our tour is primarily an activity tour. The days and times of activities may vary.

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT

This trip is organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the start of the tour. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of the trip and not older than 10 years.

For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will provide to you for the visa application.

In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border crossing of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports must be renewed and, if it is a country that applies a visa to T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.

Since our guests under the age of 18 traveling alone or with only one of their mother or father may be asked by the police officer at the country entry/exit points for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents pay special attention to this matter.

EXTRA TOURS ACTIVITIES

Extra tours and Activities are organized by the local agency from which we receive service with a minimum participation of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If sufficient numbers are not reached, excursions cannot be carried out or extra tour / activity prices, content, and vehicles used may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the extra tours / activities may be changed by the guide depending on the open/closed status of museums, archaeological sites or venues in the places to be visited and weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km.

Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable and coach beds, participants making 3rd person and/or child reservations are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible congestion in the rooms and the bed type.

Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section.

Breakfasts provided at the hotel among the services included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally with a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, commonly referred to as continental breakfast, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.

CURRENCY

The currency is EURO; it is useful to have Euro (EUR) with you.

TIME ZONE

There is a 1-hour difference between Turkey and Finland. Turkey is one hour ahead of Finland.
