This document will be provided to you by your agency for a fee. In addition to the C1 document, our guests will obtain their visas by paying at the border. 2 photos are required at the border (white background, 4x6 cm in size). For the Cambodia Visa; (A visa is required for the Green Passport.) It is required that the passport be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the tour end date and be one of the new chip passports. With 2 photos (white background, 4x6 cm in size), our guests can obtain their visas for Cambodia by paying 30 USD at the border. – Border visa fees may change by country decision.)
You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.
HEALTH
No vaccination is required for Turkish citizens entering Vietnam and Cambodia. We do not think you will encounter any problem during lunch and dinner in the good restaurants of the regions that will adversely affect your health. Throughout the trip, we recommend that you do not drink tap water and only consume bottled water that will be opened for the first time by you.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES
Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we receive service from with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and there is no obligation to participate. If the required number is not reached, the tours cannot be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicle to be used for the optional tour/activity may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums, ruins, or venues at the places to be visited and weather conditions.
ACCOMMODATION
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated km.
Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable and coach beds, participants, in 3rd person and/or child reservations, are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible crowding in the rooms and the bed type.
Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section.
Breakfasts taken at the hotel from the services included in the tour program are offered in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country being visited and generally with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.

Vietnam's currency is the Vietnamese Dong (VND)
It is useful to have US Dollars (USD) with you.
TIME ZONE
There is a +5 hour difference between Turkey and both countries. When it is 12:00 in Turkey, it is 17:00 in the countries we will travel to.
TELEPHONE USE
All mobile phone operators can be used if your phone has international roaming enabled. However, network problems may occur in some areas to be visited.
CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS
We recommend that you bring T-shirts that are easy to put on and take off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton pants, comfortable walking shoes, and a thin jacket or cardigan for the evenings. We advise you to prefer non-synthetic, cotton clothing. You may also bring a raincoat and umbrella in case of rain. In addition, you may bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs for possible noise, a camera, a video camera, their chargers, and spare memory cards.
FOOD CULTURE
The region has a cuisine that is quite similar to Far Eastern food culture. We recommend that you do not buy anything from street vendors. In addition, you will notice that the meals we will have in the restaurants and hotels we visit suit your taste.
SHOPPING
In Hanoi, there is a large shopping area spread across side streets. Hanoi, which is rich in silk fabrics and souvenirs, is very cheap. In Siem Reap, Psar Chaa and Night Market are suitable places for buying clothes and souvenirs.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Having a valid passport and/or a visa obtained (for destinations/passports requiring a visa) does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed. The passport police have the authority to deny you entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.
The agency is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or the times may change before the current trip and flight. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and ground service fees.
The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide narration, and do not include museum or historical site entrance fees. For panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, if they cannot be carried out on the day and time of the tour due to local authorities not allowing visits or entry, or due to closed roads because of any event, likewise in cases where the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions, the agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out the said tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted, within the available possibilities.
