Tour Program
Istanbul - Seoul
We will meet at Istanbul Airport International Terminal. After completing ticket and baggage procedures, we will fly to Seoul on a Turkish Airlines flight. Overnight on the plane.
only
Upon our arrival in Seoul in the morning, we will begin our Seoul city tour. Today’s program includes a visit to Gyeongbokgung Palace, one of the most important structures in Korean history. Built in 1395 by King Taejo, the founder of the Joseon Dynasty, this magnificent palace was the dynasty’s main residence, the center of state administration, and one of the most impressive examples of Korean architecture. Within the palace, areas such as Gyeonghoeru Pavilion and the Queen’s Living Quarters showcase the splendor of the Joseon period. During our visit, we may also have the chance to witness the traditional changing of the guard ceremony as we walk through the palace’s spacious courtyards. After our palace tour, we will head to the Insa-dong district, famous for its unique atmosphere. Located in the very heart of Seoul, Insa-dong is one of the most authentic places to experience Korean culture, with its antique shops, traditional craft stores, tea houses, and art galleries. Here, you can shop and enjoy a pleasant walk through the area’s narrow streets. Our next stop is Myeong-dong Street, one of the city’s most vibrant commercial districts. Known for its luxury brand stores, world-famous cosmetic chains, street food, and colorful signs, this area best represents Seoul’s modern face. Here, we will have free time for both shopping and tasting Korean street food. After the lunch and shopping break determined by our guide, we will meet again and transfer to our hotel. Following free time to spend the evening as you wish, overnight at our hotel.
only
After breakfast, we will embark on our “Seoul Above and Below Ground, Both Sides of the Han” tour. On this tour, we will experience Seoul as the locals do and travel around the city using the metro network. Seoul, with a metropolitan population of approximately 24.5 million, is home to half of the country’s population, and for this reason, its residents prefer to use the meticulously woven transportation networks underground and above ground rather than rubber-tired vehicles. First, after leaving our hotel, we will use this network to go to Gangnam, the popular district on the other side of the river, known from the song “Gangnam Style.” Gangnam is a district of plazas inhabited by what Koreans call the newly rich, and the song and dance are in fact a reference to this. Here, we will go to the point marked by Gangnam’s symbol, the hand gesture, and then continue to the iconic “Starfield Library.” After some free time there, we will head to Hongdae, Seoul’s Istiklal Avenue and the new center of university youth and the K-Pop movement. In this street, where you will see a variety of scenes ranging from concept cafes where pet animals are kept and, as long as you are a customer, you can pet them, to young people performing live in the middle of the street, we will spend some free time before moving on to one of the city’s historical centers, Insa-dong. In this area, where old Korean houses once stood but have now been replaced by plazas and high-rise buildings, we will have free time for shopping on Insa-dong Street, one of the remaining traces of old Seoul. After experiencing Korean street food and desserts, as well as cafes and restaurants that blend the old and new while preserving the original structures of traditional Korean houses, known as Hanok, and the famous Korean barbecue restaurants, those who wish may return to the hotel and rest until the next day, or continue exploring with the guide. We will end our tour at our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Seoul - Osaka
After breakfast, we will transfer to Seoul Airport to take our flight to Osaka. Following our baggage and ticket procedures, we will fly to Osaka on a local airline flight. Upon arrival, we will carry out our Osaka City Tour. Osaka is traditionally regarded as the “Kitchen of the Nation” or the gourmet food capital of Japan. Literally, Osaka means “Big Hill” or “Large Slope.” During our city tour in Osaka, we will first visit Osaka Castle, one of the finest examples of Japanese architecture, built in the 16th century. The castle was constructed by Toyotomi Hideyoshi, who ruled Japan from 1585 to 1598 and unified the nation, and it is known that an average of 100,000 workers were employed in its construction. After Osaka Castle, we will visit Shitennoji Temple, one of the oldest temples in Japan. Shitennoji is one of the oldest temples in Japan and was built in 593 by Prince Shotoku of Japan. After these visits, we will have free time in Osaka’s bazaars and have the chance to explore the city’s culinary spots, considered a paradise for shopping and dining. At the end of the tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Osaka
After breakfast, we will take our Kyoto city tour. First, we will visit the Kinkaku-ji Temple, made of gold. We will tour Fushimi Inari Shrine, which was featured in the filming of the movie Memoirs of a Geisha. The hundreds of consecutively lined torii gates will surely catch your interest. Afterwards, we will visit the mystical atmosphere of the Arashiyama Bamboo Grove, one of the most interesting forests in the world, located in the Arashiyama district. At the end of our tour, we will have free time in the Gion district, famous for its geishas, where you can enjoy your time and have the opportunity to take photos. At the end of the tour, we return to Osaka. Overnight at our hotel.
Osaka - Tokyo
After breakfast, we check out from our hotel. Then we head to the train station and begin our journey to Tokyo by Shinkansen (Bullet Train). We won’t have to wait long to start feeling the energy of this fascinating city! Upon arrival, we will begin our Tokyo city tour. Our first stop is Asakusa / Senso-ji Temple, which beautifully reflects Tokyo’s traditional spirit. Built in 645, this Shinto temple, famous for its giant red lanterns, invites us into the mystical atmosphere of the past as one of Japan’s oldest and most visited sacred sites. Just in front of the temple, we step into a time journey along Nakamise, Japan’s first open-air shopping street. Here, in more than 70 authentic shops lined up one after another, we will have the opportunity to discover many things, from Japanese handicrafts and traditional clothing to local snacks and interesting souvenirs. If you wish, you can taste local street foods and pick up small surprises for your loved ones. At the end of our tour, we move on to the Ginza district, one of the country’s most prestigious shopping and fashion streets, to discover Tokyo’s modern face. With its modern architecture, luxury boutiques, elegant cafés, and vibrant atmosphere on the streets, Ginza offers Tokyo’s elegance and dynamism together. After the tour, we head to our hotel and settle in to rest for our first night in Tokyo. Overnight at our hotel.

Next, we will proceed to Hokokuji Temple, known for its serene atmosphere and bamboo groves. Here, we will have the opportunity to experience mochi, a traditional Japanese sweet, served with green tea. In the final part of our tour, we will stop by a large open-air outlet center and enjoy free time for shopping. At the end of the day, we will return to our hotel in Tokyo. Overnight at our hotel.
