Tour Program

We meet at the International Terminal of Istanbul Airport. After ticketing and baggage procedures, we fly to Tokyo on a Turkish Airlines flight. We start the new day on the plane.
Tokyo
After arrival in Tokyo and completion of baggage and passport procedures, we begin our panoramic Tokyo tour with our private vehicle. In the first stop of our city tour, we visit the famous Asakusa District and Sensoji Temple. We continue with Ginza, Japan’s most famous shopping street. Named after the silver “gin” and guild “za” after a silver coin mint was established in 1612, this street offers unlimited shopping opportunities. At the end of our tour, we will visit the Shibuya area, which houses the statue of Hachiko, Japan’s famous dog, and the pedestrian crossing used by 1 million people daily. After the tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Tokyo
After breakfast at our hotel, we will embark on our Fuji & Kawaguchi tour. On this tour, we will first visit the Sacred Mount Fuji, the highest mountain in Japan at 3,776 meters, which has been revered and worshipped by the Japanese people since ancient times. After reaching a suitable point where we can approach this magnificent mountain, we will visit Oshino Hakkai, one of the most beautiful historic villages in Japan. We will also visit Arakurayama Sengen Park, where you can witness one of the most iconic views of Mount Fuji in Japan. Finally, on our boat ride on Lake Kawaguchi, we will enjoy the breathtaking natural scenery and have the opportunity to take photos. At the end of the tour, we will transfer back to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Tokyo
After breakfast at our hotel, we will proceed with our Kamakura and Yokohama tour. We first continue getting to know the country through the Kamakura region, Tokyo’s oldest historic city. Kamakura is the place where the shogunate system was first established. We begin our visit with Kotoku Temple, a Buddhist temple belonging to the Jōdo-shū sect. The temple is famous for Kamakura’s Great Buddha statue, one of Japan’s most iconic symbols. We experience the city’s ethnic fabric by visiting Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine, one of the most important Shinto shrines in Japan, and Komachi-dori Street. Afterwards, we head to Yokohama, Japan’s third-largest city, with a population of 3.7 million. Here we visit Yokohama Chinatown, Japan’s largest Chinatown with a history of 160 years. At the end of our tour, we will have free time in the Motomachi area, the city’s most central street where we can see the character of the city. Then we transfer to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Tokyo - Osaka
After breakfast at our hotel, we check out. Then we head to the train station and begin our journey to Osaka by Shinkansen (bullet train). Osaka has traditionally been regarded as the “Kitchen of the Nation” or the gourmet food capital of Japan. In simple terms, Osaka means “Big Hill” or “Large Slope.” On our city tour in Osaka, we first visit Osaka Castle, one of the finest examples of Japanese architecture, built in the 16th century. The castle was constructed by Toyotomi Hideyoshi, who united Japan and ruled from 1585 to 1598, and it is known that an average of 100,000 workers were involved in its construction. After Osaka Castle, we visit Shitennoji Temple, one of Japan’s oldest temples. Shitennoji is one of the oldest temples in Japan and was built in 593 by Prince Shotoku of Japan. After these visits, we will have free time in Osaka’s markets, where we will have the chance to discover the culinary highlights of this city, which can be considered a paradise for shopping and dining. At the end of the tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Osaka
After breakfast at our hotel, we will enjoy a full-day Nara and outlet tour. First, we head to Nara, one of Japan’s former capitals and also the cradle of Japanese arts, crafts, literature, culture, and industry, located about an hour away, and visit Todai-ji Temple. Todai-ji is not only the world’s largest wooden structure but also houses the world’s largest Buddha statue. In Nara Park, we will also see the Nara deer; you can feed them by hand and take selfies with them. Afterwards, we will continue to Rinku Premium Outlets. Featuring 250 Japanese and international brands, Rinku Premium Outlets offers the chance to refresh your wardrobe with attractive prices and special promotions. Overnight at our hotel.
Osaka
After breakfast at our hotel, we will enjoy a full-day Kyoto city tour. First, we will visit the Kinkaku-ji Temple, which is made of gold. We will then explore the Fushimi Inari Shrine, which was featured in the filming of Memoirs of a Geisha. The hundreds of consecutive torii gates will surely capture your attention. Later, we will visit the mystical atmosphere of the Arashiyama Bamboo Grove, located in the Arashiyama area and considered one of the most fascinating forests in the world. At the end of our tour, we will have free time in the Gion district, famous for its geishas, where you can enjoy your time and take photos. After the tour, we return to Osaka. Overnight at our hotel.
Osaka - Seoul
After breakfast at our hotel, we check out and transfer to Osaka Airport. Following our check-in and baggage procedures, we fly to Seoul on a domestic airline. After approximately a 2-hour flight, we arrive in Seoul. After passport control, we begin our panoramic city tour. The places we will see include Gyeongbokgung Palace, built in 1395 by King Taejo, the founder of the Joseon Dynasty; Insadong Street, located in the heart of the city; and Myeong-dong Street, home to many luxury brands. After a meal and shopping break given by our guide, we transfer to our hotel. Guests who wish may join Han River boat tours organized in the city as an evening activity. Overnight at our hotel.
Seoul - Istanbul
After breakfast at our hotel, we will carry out our “Seoul above and below ground, both sides of the Han” tour. On this tour, we will experience Seoul as the locals do and explore the city using the metro network. With a metropolitan population of approximately 24.5 million, Seoul is home to half of the country’s population, and for this reason, residents prefer to use the meticulously woven transportation network underground and above ground rather than wheeled vehicles. First, after leaving our hotel, we will use this network to cross to the popular district on the other side of the river, namely Gangnam, the area known for the once-famous “Gangnam Style” song. Gangnam, in the Korean sense, is a district of high-rise buildings inhabited by what they describe as “new money” people; the song and dance are actually a reference to this. Here, we will go to the point where Gangnam’s iconic hand gesture is located, and then proceed to the iconic “Starfield Library,” where we will have free time. After that, we will head to Hongdae, Seoul’s Istiklal Avenue and the new center of university youth and the K-pop movement. In this street, where we will see a variety of colorful scenes—from concept cafes with pet animals inside, where you can pet the animals as long as you are a customer, to young performers giving live performances in the middle of the street—we will have free time. Then we will move to Insa-dong, one of the city’s historical centers. In this area, where old Korean houses remain and have been overshadowed by plazas and high-rise buildings in today’s Seoul, we will have free time for shopping on Insa-dong Street, a remnant of old Seoul. After experiencing Korean street food and desserts, as well as cafes and restaurants that blend old and new with original hanok-style traditional Korean houses, and the famous Korean barbecue restaurants, those who wish may return to the hotel and rest until the next day, or continue exploring with the guide. We will conclude our tour at our hotel. At the time announced by our guide, we will meet at the hotel, collect our luggage from the hotel’s baggage room, and transfer to Seoul Airport. After baggage and passport control, we will board our Turkish Airlines flight to Istanbul.
Istanbul
We arrive at Istanbul Airport in the early morning local time, and our tour comes to an end. See you on your next adventure.
