Tour details

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT

This trip is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 30 people.  If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the start of the tour. The tour cancelled due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through your agency.

You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years. 

In destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will provide to you for the visa application.

HEALTH

No vaccination requirement is in place for entry into England and Scotland. We do not expect any issue that would threaten your health with the meals taken at the region’s good restaurants and hotels. Nevertheless, when you are not with the group, we recommend that you be careful about food and drink, definitely consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk and dairy products, eat meat and fish products that you are sure are well cooked, and for fruit, eat fruits that can be peeled such as bananas and pineapple.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES

Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we work with with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and there is no obligation to participate. If the required number is not met, the excursions cannot be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicles used for optional tours / activities may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of optional tours / activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums, ruins, or venues at the places to be visited and according to weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated km. 

Triple rooms can be provided depending on hotel availability, and in such rooms the bed offered to the 3rd person may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or coach beds, participants are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible cramped conditions in the room and the bed type in reservations for the 3rd person and/or children. 

Children's discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and meeting the age group specified in the pricing section. 

Breakfasts included in the tour program and taken at the hotel are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country you are in and generally with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served for groups in a separate lounge allocated to the group.

TIME ZONE

There is a 2-hour difference between Turkey and England.

CLOTHING AND REQUIRED ITEMS

We recommend that you bring T-shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a raincoat, a light jacket and a thin sweater for the evenings. In addition, you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs for possible noise, a camera, a video camera and their chargers and spare memory cards.

FOOD CULTURE

English cuisine is very close to European cuisine.  Sunday roast, fish&chips, English breakfast, sautéed mushrooms, grilled tomatoes, baked beans are the most famous dishes.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for a destination/passport requiring a visa) does not mean that entry into the country will be permitted. The passport police have the authority not to allow you into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.  

The agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or the times before the current trip and flight may change. The agency is obliged to inform these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees. 

The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, conducted panoramically from the vehicle with guide commentary and not including museum or archaeological site entrances. For panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, if they cannot be carried out on the day and time of the tour due to places not being allowed to be visited or entered by local authorities, or due to closed roads because of any event, and also when the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions, the agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out the said tours. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted, within possibilities.

Tour Program
Istanbul - London
You are required to be at Istanbul Airport International Departures terminal 3.5 hours before the flight for ticketing and check-in procedures. After meeting at the international departures counter at Istanbul Airport, we complete our baggage and ticket procedures and begin our journey to London, England on Turkish Airlines’ scheduled flight. Upon arrival in London, we depart for a panoramic city tour of London. During our panoramic city tour, the following places will be seen: The Tower, Tower Bridge, Hays Galleria, London Dungeon, Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, Buckingham Palace, the River Thames, Piccadilly Circus, Admiral Nelson’s Monument, Trafalgar Square, the National Museum, the famous Harrods store, Knightsbridge, and the Natural History Museum. After the tour, free time. Overnight at our hotel.
London
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for the London Eye & Thames River Boat Tour. On this full-day tour, you will have the opportunity to ride the giant observation wheel located on the banks of the River Thames and enjoy the unique views of London. Afterwards, you will take a boat trip on the Thames River, passing by London’s famous Parliament building, St. Paul’s Cathedral, and many other iconic landmarks, giving us the chance to see London from the river. In the afternoon, we take a walking tour of Covent Garden, London’s entertainment center, famous for its restaurants, pubs, and shopping stores (London’s Beyoğlu). Free time for shopping. After the free time, transfer back to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
London
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for our tour of Windsor Castle, the Victoria and Albert Museum, and Oxford Street. Windsor Castle, the world’s oldest and largest castle, which has witnessed 900 years of English history, is also the official residence of the Queen. In the morning, we travel by private coach to Windsor, just outside London. After visiting the castle, where you can witness British splendor firsthand, there will be free time for lunch in the charming streets of the historic town of Windsor. In the afternoon, we return to London, and at the museum built in honor of Queen Victoria and her husband Prince Albert, who died at a young age, you will see magnificent art, design pieces, and jewelry. Afterwards, there will be free time on Oxford Street, London’s world-famous shopping street. Overnight at our hotel.
London - Edinburgh
After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to the train station. We depart for Edinburgh by train. Upon arrival, our panoramic city tour of Edinburgh begins. During the tour, we will start with Edinburgh Castle, the city’s oldest structure as well as its most popular tourist attraction, and then continue along the Royal Mile to panoramically visit the Royal Palace, the Parliament Building, the National Gallery, the statue of Bobby, the dog who did not leave his owner alone in his grave for 10 years, and the café where the legend of Harry Potter was born. After our tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Edinburgh
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for our Glasgow and Stirling Castle tour. We visit Stirling Castle, the site of one of the most important crossroads in Scottish history and a symbol of Scotland’s wars of independence against the English, and the castle associated with William Wallace, whom we know from the film Braveheart. We then head to Glasgow, an important city in Scotland where the Industrial Revolution began and where classical and modern architecture blend together. Among the places to be visited are Glasgow Cathedral, famous for its Gothic architecture, the City Chambers, famous for its Renaissance architecture, and George Square. After free time in Buchanan Street, Scotland’s bustling shopping district, and the surrounding area, we return to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Edinburgh - Istanbul
After breakfast at the hotel, check-out and free time. Transfer to Edinburgh Airport at the time specified by our guide. Following baggage, ticket, and customs procedures, departure for Istanbul on Turkish Airlines. After a comfortable and pleasant flight, arrival in Istanbul and the end of our tour. With our arrival, our tour and services come to an end.
