PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT
This tour is operated with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour start date. The cancelled tour due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of the trip and not older than 10 years.
For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will forward to you.
To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visas to T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
Since our guests under the age of 18 may be asked for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents by the police officer on duty at entry/exit points when traveling alone or with only one of their parents, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents pay attention to this matter.
HEALTH
There is no vaccination requirement for entry into Italy. We do not think there will be any problem that would threaten your health in meals taken at the region’s good restaurants and hotels. However, when you are not with the group, we recommend that you be careful about food and drink, definitely consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk and dairy products, consume meat and fish products that you are sure are well cooked, and for fruit, eat fruits that can be peeled such as bananas and pineapples.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES
Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we receive service from with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If sufficient numbers are not met, the excursions may not take place, or the prices, content, and vehicle used for the optional tour/activity may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide depending on the opening/closing status of museums, archaeological sites, or venues in the places to be visited, and on weather conditions.
ACCOMMODATION
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than those specified in km.
Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are of the folding and/or coach bed type, participants making 3rd person and/or child reservations are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the type of bed.
Child discounts are valid for one (1) child only who stays with 2 adults and falls within the age group specified in the pricing section.
Breakfasts included in the tour program and taken at the hotel are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country and are usually offered with a limited menu, generally called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall reserved for the group.
CURRENCY
The currency of Italy is Euro (EUR).
It is advisable to have Euro (EUR) with you.
TIME ZONE
Italy is 1 hour behind Turkey in summer time and 2 hours behind in winter time.
For example, when it is 18:30 in Turkey in summer, it is 17:30 in Italy.
TELEPHONE USE
It can be used if your mobile phone line is open to international calls (roaming).
CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS
If traveling in the summer season, we recommend that you bring T-shirts, short- and long-sleeved shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a thin jacket for the evenings, and a thin sweater. In addition, you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards. In the winter period, we recommend clothing that allows comfortable movement and keeps you warm.
CUISINE CULTURE
Italian cuisine, which shows differences by region, is among the richest cuisines in the world thanks to the contributions of the Mediterranean influence. From snacks prepared with fresh tomatoes, greens, and local cheeses to pizzas of wonderful flavor, from pastas made with a variety of sauces to seafood, it offers a wide range of options.
SHOPPING
There are shopping centers in city centers and opportunities to shop at small stalls selling souvenirs.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for destinations/passports requiring a visa) does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed. The passport police have the authority to refuse you entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.
The agency is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or the times before the current tour and flight may change. The agency is obliged to notify such changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees.
Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of up to 2-3 hours, organized for the general introduction of the cities and conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide narration, not including museum or archaeological site admissions. For panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, if they do not take place on the day and time of the tour due to closures by local authorities, roads closed due to any event, or when weather conditions make the tour impossible, the agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out the aforementioned tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, within possibilities, at points where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted.
