PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT  

This tour is organized with a minimum request requirement of 40 people. If sufficient occupancy is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour start date. The canceled tour due to late participation will be notified to you together with your agency.

Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the end of the trip and you must have a 10-character old-style passport.

For destinations where a visa is required, your agency must submit the visa application on your behalf with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list.

In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border crossing of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa to the Turkish identity document, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.

For minor children under 18, when traveling alone or with only one of their mother or father, a document showing the mutual consent of the parents, which may be requested by the police officer at entry and exit, should be available; we recommend that children and their parents aged 18 show maturity in this regard.

HEALTH 

There is no vaccination requirement for Turkish citizens entering Tunisia. We recommend that you do not drink tap water throughout your trip and only consume bottled water that will be opened by you for the first time.

Optional tours and Activities are organized by the local agency at the service center with a minimum request requirement of 20 people, and participation is not included. If sufficient numbers are not met, the tours may not take place or the prices, content, or vehicles used for optional tours/activities may vary. In addition, the schedules and times of optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of the museums, ruins or venues at the destination and weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., distances of more than km are available. Depending on the structure of 3-person rooms, they may be provided, but the bed offered to the 3rd person in this type may be smaller than standard beds. A 3-person room consists of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Extra beds are folding beds or rollaway beds, and for 3rd person and/or child reservations, it is considered that the differences in local availability and bed type have been accepted. Child discounts are valid only for one (1) child staying with 2 adults and meeting the age group specified in the meals section. They are served with a limited menu consisting of coffee and may be served in a separate hall reserved for groups.

CURRENCY

The currency of Tunisia is the Tunisian Dinar (TNR).

It is useful to have Euro (EUR) and US Dollar (USD) with you.

TIME ZONE

There is a 2-hour difference between Turkey and Tunisia. When it is 12:00 in Turkey, it is 10:00 in Tunisia.

CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS

When entering mosques and churches in the country, shorts, skirts, clothes that leave the shoulders exposed, and tight-fitting clothes should be avoided. We recommend that women bring a thin shawl or scarf with them. Also, if you have a hat or sunglasses, you must not use them while you are inside a place of worship. Both men and women are required to remove their shoes when entering a mosque.

FOOD CULTURE

Tunisian cuisine has Mediterranean influences, and fish restaurants and fresh seafood are quite common in coastal cities.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for visa-required destinations) does not mean that entry into the country will be granted. The passport control officer has the right not to admit you into the country. The Agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.

The Agency is an institution that intermediates between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and private flights, or the times before the current trip and flight may change. The Agency is obliged to notify such changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. For children aged 0-2, no field tax or field services fee is charged.

The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities; they are conducted with guide narration from inside the vehicle, do not include museum and archaeological site entrance fees, and usually last 2-3 hours. In cases where panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be carried out because local authorities do not permit visits or entry; when they cannot be carried out due to closed roads or events; or when the tour cannot be conducted due to weather conditions, the Agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out these tours. Some tours may be carried out by public transportation or on foot, where possible, at points where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not permitted.

Tour Program
Istanbul - Tunisia
At Istanbul Airport, at the Turkish Airlines counter in the International Departures Terminal, after ticketing, baggage, and boarding procedures, we depart for Tunisia on a scheduled Turkish Airlines flight. Upon arrival at Tunis International Airport, we leave the airport with our private vehicle waiting for us to begin our panoramic city tour. Among the places to be seen are Habib Bourguiba, which preserves colonial French architecture, Tunis Cathedral, Bab Bhar, the Tunis Medina listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, and Kasbah Square. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel and have free time. Dinner and overnight at our hotel.
Theunis
After breakfast at our hotel, we depart for the Ancient Roman City Tour of Dougga/Thugga. Thugga, known today as Dougga, is listed as one of the best-preserved Roman cities on the UNESCO World Heritage List. As you approach the city, it gives the impression of a city frozen in time. In this city, whose history dates back to the 6th century BC, the street layout can still be read, and one can see how planned and systematic Rome was. What sets Dougga apart from other ancient cities is that, in addition to the Roman layers, you can also see Numidian and Phoenician structures. In a single city, you will witness 3 different civilizations. After our tour, we return to our hotel and have free time. Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel.
Tunisia – Casablanca – Rabat
After breakfast at our hotel, we head to the airport for our scheduled local airline flight to Casablanca. Upon arrival in Casablanca, transfer to our hotel in Rabat and free time for our guests to explore the city.
Allocation
After breakfast at the hotel, we begin our Panoramic Rabat City Tour. During our tour, the Kasbah Oudaya district, with its blue-and-white houses and its location overlooking the Atlantic Ocean; the Hassan Tower, a minaret whose construction began in the 12th century but was never completed; the Mohammed V Mausoleum, which holds a sacred place in Morocco's modern independence history and contains some of the finest examples of traditional Islamic architecture; and the Rabat Royal Palace, which holds a central place in Morocco's sovereignty and state tradition and dazzles with its monumental Islamic architecture, will be viewed from the outside. After our panoramic tour, we will transfer to our hotel. Dinner and overnight at our hotel.
Rabat – Meknes – Fes – Rabat
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for the Panoramic Meknes & Fes Tour. Our first stop on the tour is Fes, where we will see the Fes Royal Palace, which holds a distinguished place in Morocco’s long-standing state tradition and rich architectural history and dazzles with its monumental splendor; Bab el-Makhzen, one of the most captivating monumental structures of Fes el-Jdid and a pinnacle of Maghrebi craftsmanship; the Old Medina, the heart of Fes; and the Al Attarine Madrasa, which holds an exceptional place in Morocco’s medieval education and Islamic art history and reflects the aesthetic genius of the Marinid period. After our Fes tour, we head to Meknes. Upon arrival, we begin our Meknes city tour. In Meknes, which was founded by Moulay Ismail in the 17th century and surrounded by approximately 40 km of walls, the places we will see include the Bab Mansour City Gate, the city’s most impressive historic entrance with its rich tile decorations and imposing structure; El Hedim Square, Meknes’ heart and the city’s most vibrant meeting point with its traditional markets, street performers, and lively atmosphere of local life; and the Jewish Quarter, a cultural heritage area bearing the traces of the Jewish community that lived there for centuries. After the tour, we return to our hotel and have free time. Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel.
Rabat - Marrakech
After breakfast at the hotel, we transfer to Marrakech, which holds an exceptional place in Morocco’s deep-rooted dynasty and cultural history and is known as the “Red City” due to the characteristic color of its adobe buildings. Upon arrival, we begin our panoramic Marrakech city tour. After our panoramic city tour, during which we will see the Koutoubia Minaret and Jemaa el-Fna, the largest square in Africa, famous for bringing together all the colors of Africa, street performances, snake charmers, and open-air restaurants, we transfer to our hotel and have free time to rest. In the evening, our guests who wish may join the optional Dar Soukkar Event (60 EUR). At Dar Soukkar, a stylish and modern venue transformed from an old sugar factory, we enjoy a specially prepared dinner followed by a night full of entertainment with live music, stage performances, and a DJ. With its modern concept and energetic atmosphere, it offers the opportunity to experience the Marrakech night from a different perspective. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel and have free time. Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel.
Marrakesh – Istanbul
After breakfast at the hotel, we have free time. Then we transfer to the airport and take our Turkish Airlines scheduled flight to Istanbul. Upon arrival, our tour ends.
