PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT  

This tour is organized with a minimum participation of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days prior to the tour start date. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the trip and must not be older than 10 years.

In destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the "Documents Required for Visa" list provided by your agency.

To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or otherwise damaged passports; it is necessary to renew such passports and, if the destination country requires a visa for Turkish citizens, to have the relevant visa on the new passport. In case of non-compliance, responsibility lies with the passenger.

Since there may be a request for a document showing joint parental consent by the police officer responsible at entry-exit points when our guests under 18 years of age travel alone or with only one parent, we recommend that our guests under 18 years of age and their parents pay attention to this matter.

HEALTH 

There is no mandatory vaccination requirement for entry into Spain. We do not expect any health-threatening issues with meals taken in good restaurants and hotels in the region. However, we advise you to be careful regarding food and drink when you are not with the group, to definitely consume bottled water, to avoid ice, milk and dairy products, to consume meat and fish products that you are sure are well-cooked, and to eat fruits like bananas and pineapples whose peels can be removed.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES       

Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency providing services with a minimum participation of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not met, tours may not take place, or optional tour/activity prices, content, and vehicles used may vary according to the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums, historical sites, or venues in the destinations are open/closed and weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION     

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km.

Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability, and in these types of rooms, the bed provided for the 3rd person may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or coach beds, participants who are the 3rd person and/or children booking are deemed to have accepted potential crowding in the room and the type of bed.

Child discounts apply to a single (1) child staying with 2 adults and falling within the age group specified in the pricing section.

Breakfasts included in the tour program, which are part of the services included in the package, are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally as a continental breakfast consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group.

The currency of Spain is Euro (EUR).

It is advisable to carry Euro (EUR) with you.

TIME ZONE      

Spain is 2 hours behind Turkey during summer time and 1 hour behind during winter time.

For example, when it is 18:30 in Turkey in summer, it is 17:30 in Spain.

TELEPHONE USAGE     

If your mobile phone line is enabled for international calls (roaming), it can be used.

CLOTHING AND ESSENTIAL ITEMS    

If traveling in summer, we recommend bringing easily wearable t-shirts, short and long-sleeved shirts, cotton pants, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket for evenings, and a light sweater. Additionally, you may bring hats, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, cameras, video cameras, and their chargers and spare memory cards. In winter, we recommend clothing that allows you to move comfortably and keeps you warm.

FOOD CULTURE            

Spanish cuisine stems from a complex history where Spanish invasions and conquests changed traditions and introduced new ingredients. Thus, Spain's current and traditional cuisine combines old and new traditions. Gazpacho soup, Fajita, and delicious tapas snacks are important flavors of the cuisine.

ELECTRICITY            

Electrical sockets are the same as in Turkey.

SHOPPING          

Shopping opportunities are available in shopping centers located in city centers and small stalls selling souvenirs.

IMPORTANT NOTES            

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for destinations/passports where a visa is required) does not guarantee entry into the country. The passport police have the authority to deny you entry. Bin Rota is not responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the passenger.

The agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol. There may be delays in scheduled and special flights, or flight times may change before the existing tour and flight. The agency is obligated to notify passengers of such changes as soon as possible. Our passengers purchase the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees.

Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours organized for general introduction to cities, conducted panoramically with guide commentary from the vehicle, and do not include entrance to museums or historical sites. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, may not be carried out if local authorities do not permit visiting or entering them on the day and time corresponding to the tour, or due to closed roads caused by any event, or if weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour. In such cases, Bin Rota is not responsible for the inability to conduct the aforementioned tours. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot, depending on the circumstances, at points where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted.

Tour Program
Istanbul - Malaga - Granada
We meet our guide at the Istanbul Airport International Terminal. After our scheduled Turkish Airlines flight to Malaga, we begin a panoramic city tour with our vehicle waiting for us at the airport. Highlights include Plaza de la Merced, the birthplace of renowned painter Pablo Picasso; the magnificent cathedral known as "La Manquita"; the historic shopping street Calle Marqués de Larios; and the harbor area Muelle Uno. We also enjoy panoramic views of the Alcazaba Palace and Gibralfaro Castle. Following the tour, we transfer to Granada and spend the night at our hotel in Granada.
Granada
After breakfast at our hotel, we depart for a guided tour of the Alhambra Palace (entrance tickets included). Note: Access to the Nasrid Palaces and the Harem is subject to daily quotas; late bookings cannot guarantee entry. Quota-free access applies only to areas outside the Harem. During this visit, we explore the Alhambra, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most magnificent masterpieces of Andalusian Islamic architecture. The palace complex leaves an unforgettable impression on visitors with its elegant Arabesque decorations, intricate stonework, arched courtyards, mesmerizing reflecting pools, and tranquil gardens. Guided by our expert guide, we learn about the history of the palace and the splendor of Andalusian civilization. After the tour, we return to our hotel and enjoy free time. In the evening, guests who wish may join an optional night tour of the Albaicín and Sacromonte Gypsy neighborhoods organized by our guide (€60). This tour includes an unforgettable Flamenco performance in the historic gypsy settlements located opposite the Alhambra at the foot of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. Following the show, you will have the opportunity to explore the Sacromonte and Albaicín districts and view the Alhambra illuminated against the night sky. Afterward, we transfer back to our hotel for overnight accommodation.
Granada - Seville
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Granada's panoramic city tour. During this tour, we will explore the historic fabric of Granada, reflecting both its Christian and Andalusian Umayyad heritage. Highlights include Gran Vía de Colón, one of the city's main arteries; Plaza Bib-Rambla, known for its vibrant atmosphere; the Alcaicería (Arab Bazaar), famous for its authentic architecture; Plaza del Ayuntamiento, an important meeting point in the city; and panoramic viewpoints overlooking the historic city center. After gaining insights into Granada's splendor during the Andalusian Umayyad period, the transformation of the city following the Reconquista, and its cultural legacy that has endured to the present day, we transfer to Seville. Upon arrival, we begin our panoramic city tour of Seville. Notable sights include the impressive Plaza de España, the historic Torre del Oro (Golden Tower), Maria Luisa Park with its fountains and lush gardens, and the enchanting Santa Cruz neighborhood, renowned for its narrow streets and authentic ambiance. Following the city tour, we return to our hotel and have free time. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Seville - Cordoba - Seville
After enjoying breakfast at our hotel, we head towards the heart of Andalusian history to Cordoba. Upon arrival, we begin our tour of the Old City and Mosque of Cordoba (entrance tickets included). During the 10th and 11th centuries, Cordoba was one of the most populous cities in the world and a leading center for science, art, and culture in Europe. This ancient city, where Jews, Christians, and Muslims lived together in peace for centuries, is now listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Our tour includes visits to some of Cordoba's iconic landmarks: the Roman Bridge, the City Walls, the Muslim and Jewish quarters, and Calle de las Flores (Flower Street), all of which hold significant historical and cultural value. Next, we visit the Great Mosque of Cordoba (Mezquita), construction of which began in 785 and was completed in 987. Recognized as one of the most impressive works of Western Islamic art, this architectural masterpiece captivates visitors with its elegant details and historic atmosphere. Afterward, we depart for Seville. Upon arrival, we visit the Alcazar Palace, one of the finest examples of Andalusian architecture. Following the tour, we transfer back to our hotel. In the evening, guests who wish may join an optional Flamenco Show Night event (60 euros), featuring classic Spanish performances organized by our guide. We return to our hotel for the night. Overnight stay at our hotel.
Seville - Istanbul
After enjoying breakfast at our hotel and completing check-out procedures, we depart for a visit to the Seville Cathedral. Upon arrival, we begin our guided tour of the cathedral, which boasts the title of the world's largest Gothic cathedral and is renowned for its magnificent architecture and rich history. Following the tour, we transfer to the airport. After baggage and passport formalities, we return to Istanbul on Turkish Airlines' scheduled flight. Upon arrival in Istanbul, our tour concludes.
