PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT  

This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days prior to the tour start date. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the trip and not older than 10 years.

In destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the "Documents Required for Visa" list provided by your agency.

To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or otherwise damaged passports; such passports must be renewed, and if the destination country requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. In case of non-compliance, the responsibility lies with the passenger.

Since police officers at entry and exit points may request a document showing joint parental consent when guests under 18 years of age travel alone or with only one parent (mother or father); we recommend that our guests under 18 years of age and their parents exercise caution in this matter.

HEALTH 

There is no mandatory vaccination requirement for entry into Spain. We do not expect any health-threatening issues with meals taken at good restaurants and hotels in the region. However, when you are not with the group, we advise you to be careful with food and drink, strictly consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk, and dairy products, consume meat and fish products that you are sure are well-cooked, and eat fruits like bananas and pineapples whose peels can be removed.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES       

Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency providing services with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not met, tours may not take place, or optional tour/activity prices, content, and vehicles used may vary according to the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums, historical sites, or venues are open/closed and weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION     

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located further than the specified kilometers.

Triple rooms are assigned based on hotel availability. In these rooms, the bed provided for the 3rd person may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or coach beds, participants who are the 3rd person and/or children booking are deemed to have accepted potential crowding in the room and the type of bed.

Child discounts apply to a single (1) child accompanying 2 adults and falling within the age group specified in the pricing section.

Breakfasts included in the tour package, which are part of the services included in the tour, are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally as a limited menu known as continental breakfast consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee. For groups, it may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group.

The currency of Spain is Euro (EUR).

It is advisable to carry Euro (EUR) with you.

TIME ZONE      

Spain is 2 hours behind Turkey during summer time and 1 hour behind during winter time.

For example, when it is 18:30 in Turkey in summer, it is 17:30 in Spain.

TELEPHONE USE     

If your mobile phone line is enabled for international calls (roaming), it can be used.

CLOTHING AND ESSENTIAL ITEMS    

If traveling in summer, we recommend bringing easily wearable t-shirts, short and long-sleeved shirts, cotton pants, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket, and a thin sweater for evenings. Additionally, you may bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards. During the winter season, we recommend clothing that allows comfortable movement and keeps you warm.

FOOD CULTURE            

Spanish cuisine originates from a complex history where Spanish invasions and conquests changed traditions and introduced new ingredients. Thus, Spain's current and traditional cuisine combines old and new traditions. Gazpacho soup, Fajita, and delicious tapas snacks are important flavors of the cuisine.

ELECTRICITY            

Electrical sockets are the same as in Turkey.

SHOPPING          

Shopping opportunities are available in shopping centers located in city centers and small stalls selling souvenirs.

IMPORTANT NOTES            

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for destinations/passports where a visa is required) does not guarantee entry into the country. The passport police have the authority to deny you entry. Bin Rota is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger.

The agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol. There may be a risk of delays in scheduled and special flights, or flight times may change before the existing tour and flight. The agency is obligated to notify passengers of these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers purchase the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes and airport service fees.

Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction to cities, conducted panoramically with guide commentary from inside the vehicle, and do not include entrance to museums or historical sites. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, may not take place if local authorities do not permit visiting or entering on the day and time corresponding to the tour, or due to closed roads caused by any event, or if weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour. In such cases, Bin Rota is not responsible for the inability to conduct the aforementioned tours. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot, depending on circumstances, at locations where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted.

Tour Program
Istanbul - Seville
We meet our guide at the Istanbul Airport International Terminal. After our scheduled Turkish Airlines flight to Sevilla, we arrive in the capital of Andalusia. From the airport, we begin a panoramic city tour of Sevilla with our waiting vehicle. Our first stop is the impressive Plaza de España, followed by the historic Torre del Oro (Golden Tower), Maria Luisa Park with its fountains and lush gardens, and the enchanting Santa Cruz neighborhood, known for its narrow streets and authentic atmosphere. After the panoramic city tour, we proceed to visit the Alcazar Palace and the Seville Cathedral. During this tour, we will see the Alcazar Palace, one of the most elegant examples of Andalusian architecture, and the Seville Cathedral, which holds the title of the world's largest Gothic cathedral (panoramic view). Following our sightseeing, we transfer to our hotel for overnight stay.
Seville - Cordoba - Granada
After enjoying breakfast at our hotel, we set off for Cordoba, the heart of Andalusian history. Upon arrival, we begin our tour of the Old City and Mosque of Cordoba. In the 10th and 11th centuries, Cordoba was one of the most populous cities in the world and a leading center for science, art, and culture in Europe. This ancient city, where Jews, Christians, and Muslims lived peacefully side by side for centuries, is now inscribed on UNESCO's World Heritage List. Our tour includes visits to some of Cordoba's iconic landmarks: the Roman Bridge, the city walls, the Muslim and Jewish quarters, and Calle de las Flores (Flower Street). We will then explore the Great Mosque of Cordoba (Mezquita), construction of which began in 785 and was completed in 987. Recognized as one of the most impressive masterpieces of Western Islamic art, this architectural marvel captivates visitors with its elegant details and historic atmosphere. After the tour, we continue our journey to Granada. Upon arrival, we transfer to our hotel and spend the night there.
Granada
After breakfast at our hotel, we depart for a guided tour of the Alhambra Palace (entrance tickets included). Please note: access to the Nasrid Palaces and the Harem is subject to daily quotas; late reservations cannot guarantee entry. Quota-free admission applies only to areas outside the Harem. During this visit, you will explore the UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its Arabesque architecture, pools, and gardens. Following the tour, we proceed to Granada for a city sightseeing tour. Highlights include wandering through historic streets filled with artifacts from the Umayyad and Abbasid eras, as well as visiting Gran Via, La Rambla Avenue, the Arab Bazaar, and the Town Square. After the tour, we transfer back to our hotel and enjoy free time. In the evening, guests who wish may join an optional night tour of the Albaicin and Sacromonte Gypsy neighborhoods organized by our guide (60 EUR). This experience includes an unforgettable Flamenco show set in ancient Gypsy settlements at the foot of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, directly opposite the Alhambra. After the performance, you will have the opportunity to explore the Sacromonte and Albaicin districts and view the illuminated Alhambra Palace. We then return to our hotel for overnight stay and free time.
Granada - Toledo - Madrid
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Madrid. Our first stop is Toledo, Spain's former capital and one of the cities inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List, also known as the city of El Greco. It is among the rare cities that have remained largely unchanged from the 16th century to the present day. Upon arrival, our city tour will include some of its most iconic landmarks: the majestic Toledo Cathedral, the striking silhouette of the Alcázar of Toledo, the historic Puerta de Bisagra (Bisagra Gate), and panoramic views of the city. We will explore a city that bears traces of Roman, Visigothic, Arab, Gothic, and Renaissance architecture, with its narrow streets, El Greco's paintings, and, of course, its renowned cathedral. During the tour, we will walk through the narrow and authentic alleys of the Jewish Quarter. After the tour, we transfer back to our hotel. Overnight stay at our hotel in Madrid.
Madrid - Segovia - Madrid
After breakfast at our hotel, we depart for Segovia, one of Spain's best-preserved Roman monuments and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Upon arrival, our city tour will include the Segovia Aqueduct, a unique example of Roman engineering; the historic city center; and Plaza Mayor, the heart of the city. We will also view the Segovia Cathedral, considered one of the most important works of Spanish Gothic architecture, and the fairytale-like Alcázar of Segovia Castle from panoramic viewpoints. At Mirador del Alcázar, offering breathtaking views of both the city and the castle, we will stop for a photo break. After exploring Segovia, we proceed to Madrid. Upon arrival in Madrid, we head to Las Rozas Village Outlet Center, a renowned shopping destination known for its stylish boutiques of world-famous prestigious brands, select shopping areas, cafes, and restaurants. As one of Madrid's most popular shopping destinations, this exclusive outlet center offers free time to take advantage of special deals on top-tier brands. Following an enjoyable shopping experience, we transfer back to our hotel. In the evening, guests who wish may join an optional Flamenco Show (60 EUR) organized by our guide. During this special evening, you will have the opportunity to witness the unique performance of flamenco dance, one of the most iconic symbols of Spanish culture, where passion, music, and rhythm come together. Accompanied by traditional guitar melodies, captivating dance performances, and powerful vocals, this unforgettable experience promises to be truly memorable. After the tour, we return to our hotel for overnight accommodation.
Madrid - Istanbul
After breakfast at our hotel, we depart for our panoramic city tour of Madrid. Highlights include the Puerta de Alcalá, Cibeles Square and Fountain, Paseo del Prado and the Apollo Fountain, Retiro Park, Castellana Avenue, the Arena, the Botanical Garden, Neptune's Fountain, and the City Hall. Following the tour, you will have free time. At the time specified by your guide, we will transfer to Madrid Airport. After completing baggage, ticket, and customs procedures, we board our Turkish Airlines scheduled flight to Istanbul. Upon arrival, our tour and services conclude.
