PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT  

This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days prior to the tour start date. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the trip and must not be older than 10 years.

In destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the "Documents Required for Visa" list provided by your agency.

To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the destination country due to torn, worn, wet, and/or otherwise damaged passports; such passports must be renewed, and if the destination country requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. In case of non-compliance, the responsibility lies with the passenger.

Since children under 18 traveling alone or with only one parent may be asked by immigration officers to present a document showing joint parental consent, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents exercise caution in this matter.

HEALTH 

There are no mandatory vaccinations for entry into Spain. We do not expect any health-threatening issues with meals taken at good restaurants and hotels in the region. However, when you are not with the group, we advise you to be careful with food and drink, strictly consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk, and dairy products, consume meat and fish products only if you are sure they are well-cooked, and eat fruits like bananas and pineapples whose peels can be removed.

Optional tours and activities are organized by our local partner agency with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people and are not mandatory. If the required number is not met, the tours may not take place, or optional tour/activity prices, content, and vehicles used may vary according to the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums, historical sites, or venues are open/closed and weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION     

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located further than the specified kilometers.

Triple rooms are assigned based on hotel availability. In such rooms, the bed provided for the 3rd person may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or coach beds, participants (the 3rd person and/or children) booking triple rooms are deemed to have accepted potential crowding in the room and the type of bed.

Child discounts apply to a single (1) child accompanying two adults and falling within the age group specified in the pricing section.

Breakfasts included in the tour package are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited, generally as a limited continental menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group.

CURRENCY     

The currency of Spain is the Euro (EUR).

It is advisable to carry Euro (EUR) with you.

TIME ZONE      

Spain is 2 hours behind Turkey during summer time and 1 hour behind during winter time.

For example, when it is 18:30 in Turkey during summer, it is 17:30 in Spain.

If your mobile phone line is enabled for international calls (roaming), it can be used.

CLOTHING AND ESSENTIAL ITEMS    

If traveling in summer, we recommend bringing easily wearable t-shirts, short and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket, and a thin sweater for evenings. Additionally, you may bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards. For the winter season, we recommend clothing that allows comfortable movement and keeps you warm.

FOOD CULTURE            

Spanish cuisine originates from a complex history where Spanish invasions and conquests changed traditions and introduced new ingredients. Thus, Spain's current and traditional cuisine combines old and new traditions. Gazpacho soup, Fajitas, and delicious tapas are important flavors of the cuisine.

ELECTRICITY            

Electrical sockets are the same as in Turkey.

SHOPPING          

Shopping opportunities are available in shopping centers located in city centers and small souvenir stalls.

IMPORTANT NOTES            

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for destinations/passports where a visa is required) does not guarantee entry into the country. The passport police have the authority to deny you entry. Bin Rota is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger.

The agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol. There may be delays in scheduled and special flights, or flight times may change before the scheduled tour and flight. The agency is obligated to notify passengers of these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers purchase the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes or airport service fees.

Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction to cities, conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include entrance to museums or historical sites. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, may not take place if local authorities do not permit visiting or entering on the designated day and time, or due to closed roads caused by any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible. In such cases, Bin Rota is not responsible for the inability to conduct the aforementioned tours. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot, depending on available options, at points where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted.

Tour Program
Istanbul - Madrid
We meet our guide at Istanbul Airport's International Terminal. After our scheduled Turkish Airlines flight to Madrid, we arrive in Spain's capital, Madrid. From the airport, we begin our panoramic city tour with a vehicle waiting for us. During this tour of Madrid, Spain's elegant capital, we will have the opportunity to closely explore the city's historic fabric, grand squares, and impressive architectural landmarks. Along the way, we will see one of Madrid's iconic structures, the Puerta de Alcalá, and take a photo stop at Cibeles Square and the magnificent Cibeles Fountain, considered the heart of the city. We then proceed along Paseo del Prado, surrounded by art, history, and splendor, to discover the graceful Apollo Fountain. Other key highlights of our tour include Retiro Park, where greenery and tranquility meet; Castellana Avenue, one of the city's major arteries; Arena, known for its historical atmosphere; the Madrid Botanical Garden, captivating visitors with its botanical diversity; Neptune Fountain, noted for its elegance; and the City Hall, admired for its striking architecture. After this enjoyable tour that allows us to experience Madrid's spirit from past to present, its grand squares, and its unique urban atmosphere, we transfer to our hotel and enjoy free time. In the evening, guests who wish may join an optional Flamenco Show organized by our guide (60 EUR). On this special night, you will have the chance to witness an unforgettable performance of flamenco dance, one of the most important symbols of Spanish culture, blending passion, music, and rhythm. Accompanied by traditional guitar melodies, captivating dance displays, and powerful vocals, this memorable experience promises to be truly unforgettable. Following the show, we transfer back to our hotel for overnight stay.
Madrid - Segovia - Madrid
After breakfast at our hotel, we depart for Segovia, one of Spain's best-preserved Roman monuments and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Upon arrival, our city tour will include the iconic Segovia Aqueduct, a masterpiece of Roman engineering; the historic city center; and Plaza Mayor, the heart of the city. We will also admire the Segovia Cathedral, considered one of the finest examples of Spanish Gothic architecture, and the fairytale-like Alcázar of Segovia. From the Mirador del Alcázar viewpoint, offering breathtaking panoramic views of both the city and the castle, we will pause for photos. After completing our Segovia tour, we proceed to Madrid. Upon arrival in Madrid, we head to Las Rozas Village Outlet Center, a renowned shopping destination known for its stylish boutiques of world-famous luxury brands, select shopping areas, cafes, and restaurants. As one of Madrid's most popular shopping destinations, this exclusive outlet offers free time to enjoy advantageous shopping across a range of distinguished brands. Following a pleasant shopping experience, we transfer back to our hotel for overnight accommodation.
Madrid - Toledo - Granada
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Granada. Our first stop along the way is Toledo, Spain's former capital and one of the cities inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List, famously known as the city of El Greco. It is among the rare cities that have remained largely unchanged from the 16th century to the present day. Upon arrival, our city tour will include some of its most iconic landmarks: the majestic Toledo Cathedral, the striking silhouette of the Alcázar of Toledo, the historic Puerta de Bisagra (Bisagra Gate), and panoramic views of the city. We will explore a place where architectural traces of Roman, Visigothic, Moorish, Gothic, and Renaissance styles coexist, winding through narrow streets, admiring El Greco's paintings, and visiting his renowned cathedral. In this city, we will also take a walking tour through the narrow, authentic alleys of the Jewish Quarter. After the tour, we transfer back to our hotel for an overnight stay in Granada.
Granada
After breakfast at our hotel, we depart for a guided tour of the Alhambra Palace (entrance tickets included). Please note: access to the Nasrid Palaces and the Harem is subject to daily quotas; late reservations cannot guarantee entry. Quota-free admission applies only to areas outside the Harem. During this visit, you will explore the UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its Arabesque architecture, pools, and gardens. Following the Alhambra tour, we proceed to Granada for a city tour. Highlights include wandering through historic streets lined with artifacts from the Umayyad and Abbasid eras, as well as visiting Gran Via, La Rambla Avenue, the Arab Bazaar, and the Town Square. After the tour, we transfer back to our hotel and allow free time. In the evening, guests who wish may join an optional night tour of the Albaicín and Sacromonte Gypsy neighborhoods (€60), organized by our guide. This experience includes an unforgettable Flamenco performance in the ancient Gypsy settlements located opposite the Alhambra Palace at the foot of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. After the show, you will have the opportunity to explore the Sacromonte and Albaicín districts and view the Alhambra illuminated against the night sky. We then return to our hotel for overnight stay and free time.
Granada - Cordoba - Seville
After enjoying breakfast at our hotel, we head to Cordoba, the heart of Andalusian history. Upon arrival, we begin our tour of the Old City and Mosque of Cordoba. In the 10th and 11th centuries, Cordoba was one of the most populous cities in the world and a leading center for science, art, and culture in Europe. This ancient city, where Jews, Christians, and Muslims lived peacefully side by side for centuries, is now listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. During our tour, we will visit key historical and cultural landmarks of Cordoba, including the Roman Bridge, the city walls, the Muslim and Jewish quarters, and Calle de las Flores (Flowers Street). Next, we will explore the Great Mosque of Cordoba (Mezquita), construction of which began in 785 and was completed in 987. Recognized as one of the most impressive works of Western Islamic art, this architectural masterpiece captivates visitors with its elegant details and historic atmosphere. After the tour, we continue our journey to Seville. Upon arrival, we transfer to our hotel and spend the night in Seville.
Seville - Istanbul
After breakfast at our hotel, we begin a panoramic city tour of Seville. Our first stop is the impressive Plaza de España, followed by the historic Torre del Oro (Golden Tower), Maria Luisa Park with its fountains and lush gardens, and the enchanting Santa Cruz neighborhood, known for its narrow streets and authentic atmosphere. After the panoramic city tour, we proceed to visit the Alcazar Palace and Seville Cathedral. During this tour, we will see the Alcazar Palace, one of the most elegant examples of Andalusian architecture, and Seville Cathedral, which holds the title of the world's largest Gothic cathedral (viewed from outside). Next, we transfer to Seville Airport. After completing baggage, ticket, and customs procedures, we fly to Istanbul on a scheduled Turkish Airlines flight. Upon arrival, our tour and services come to an end.
