ABOUT THE TOUR PROGRAM

• Your travel documents and airline tickets must be with you throughout the trip.

• Sufficient participation is required for the package tour to take place (generally, the minimum sufficient participation is designed as 20 and the maximum as 40 people, but it may vary depending on the date and tour). If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

• Where deemed necessary, without prior notice and without disrupting the program content; the right is reserved to change the order of sightseeing in the tours/cities and the airline company.

• Having a valid passport and/or visa does not mean that entry into the country will be granted. The passport police have the authority to deny entry into the country; BinRota is not responsible for this situation, and full responsibility belongs to the passenger.

• BinRota acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. As there may be a risk of delay in scheduled and private flights, flight times may also change; BinRota is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. ABOUT

NOTES ON GUIDING AND TOURS

• Panoramic city tours are tours conducted with guide narration from inside the vehicle for the general introduction of cities, do not include museum/ruin site entrances, and last at most 2-3 hours.

• Our agency is not responsible for tours not being carried out due to the closure of places to be visited by local authorities, road closures, or adverse weather conditions. Some tours may, due to closed roads or points where vehicle access is not permitted, be carried out by public transport or on foot insofar as possible.

• Optional / extra tours are organized by the local agency with the condition that at least 1/3 of the group participates, and participation is not mandatory. If the sufficient number is not met, the excursions may not take place, or the price, content, and vehicle to be used may vary according to the number of participants. The days and times of optional tours may change depending on whether the museums/ruins are open or closed and on weather conditions.

• Torn, worn, wet, or similarly damaged passports must be renewed; if the destination country is one that applies a visa to Turkish citizens, the valid visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.

• When guests under 18 travel alone or with only one parent, a joint consent form may be requested at border crossings; we recommend paying attention to this matter.
