PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT
This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour starts. A tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

HEALTH
There is no vaccination requirement for entry into Italy. We do not expect to encounter any problem that would threaten your health in meals to be taken at the region's good restaurants and hotels. However, when you are not with the group, we recommend that you be careful about food and drink, that you definitely consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk and dairy products, consume meat and fish products that you are sure are well cooked, and for fruit, eat fruits that can be peeled, such as bananas and pineapples.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES
Optional tours and Activities are organized by the local agency we use with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If sufficient numbers are not reached, excursions may not take place, or optional tour / activity prices, content, and the vehicle to be used may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of optional tours / activities may be changed by the guide according to the open/closed status of museums, ruins or venues in the places to be visited and weather conditions.
ACCOMMODATION
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km.
3-person rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable and called coach beds, participants making 3rd person and/or child reservations are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the type of bed.
Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section.
Breakfasts included in the tour program and taken at the hotel are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served for groups in a separate hall allocated to the group.
CURRENCY
Italy's currency is the Euro (EUR). It is advisable to have Euro (EUR) with you.
TIME ZONE
Italy is 3 hours behind Turkey in summer time and 2 hours behind in winter time. For example, when it is 18:30 in Turkey in summer, it is 15:30 in Italy.
CLOTHING AND ESSENTIAL ITEMS
If you are going in the summer season, we recommend that you bring T-shirts, short- and long-sleeved shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, cotton pants, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket for the evenings, and a thin sweater. In addition, you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards. In the winter period, we recommend clothing that allows you to move comfortably and keep you warm.
FOOD CULTURE
Italian cuisine, which varies by region, is among the world's richest cuisines with the contributions of Mediterranean influence. From snacks prepared with fresh tomatoes, greens, and country-specific cheeses to delicious pizzas, from pasta made with all kinds of sauces to seafood, it offers a wide range of options.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for destinations/passports requiring a visa) does not mean that entry into the country will be granted. The passport police have the authority to refuse you entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.
The agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or the times may change before the current trip and flight. The agency is obliged to inform such changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees.
Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of cities, conducted panoramically with guide commentary from the vehicle, lasting at most 2-3 hours and not including museum or archaeological site entrances. Panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, if they do not take place on the day and time corresponding to the tour due to reasons such as being not permitted by local authorities to be visited or entered, or due to closed roads because of any event, and likewise in cases where the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions, the agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out the aforementioned tours. Some tours may be carried out by public transportation or on foot where possible in places with closed roads or where vehicle entry is not permitted.
