PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT

This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people.  If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour starts. A tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.

HEALTH

There is no vaccination requirement for entry into Italy. We do not expect to encounter any problem that would threaten your health in meals to be taken at the region's good restaurants and hotels. However, when you are not with the group, we recommend that you be careful about food and drink, that you definitely consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk and dairy products, consume meat and fish products that you are sure are well cooked, and for fruit, eat fruits that can be peeled, such as bananas and pineapples.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES

Optional tours and Activities are organized by the local agency we use with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If sufficient numbers are not reached, excursions may not take place, or optional tour / activity prices, content, and the vehicle to be used may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of optional tours / activities may be changed by the guide according to the open/closed status of museums, ruins or venues in the places to be visited and weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km. 

3-person rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable and called coach beds, participants making 3rd person and/or child reservations are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the type of bed. 

Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section. 

Breakfasts included in the tour program and taken at the hotel are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served for groups in a separate hall allocated to the group.

CURRENCY

Italy's currency is the Euro (EUR). It is advisable to have Euro (EUR) with you.

TIME ZONE

Italy is 3 hours behind Turkey in summer time and 2 hours behind in winter time. For example, when it is 18:30 in Turkey in summer, it is 15:30 in Italy.

CLOTHING AND ESSENTIAL ITEMS

If you are going in the summer season, we recommend that you bring T-shirts, short- and long-sleeved shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, cotton pants, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket for the evenings, and a thin sweater.  In addition, you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards. In the winter period, we recommend clothing that allows you to move comfortably and keep you warm.

FOOD CULTURE

Italian cuisine, which varies by region, is among the world's richest cuisines with the contributions of Mediterranean influence. From snacks prepared with fresh tomatoes, greens, and country-specific cheeses to delicious pizzas, from pasta made with all kinds of sauces to seafood, it offers a wide range of options.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for destinations/passports requiring a visa) does not mean that entry into the country will be granted. The passport police have the authority to refuse you entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.  

The agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or the times may change before the current trip and flight. The agency is obliged to inform such changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees. 

Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of cities, conducted panoramically with guide commentary from the vehicle, lasting at most 2-3 hours and not including museum or archaeological site entrances. Panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, if they do not take place on the day and time corresponding to the tour due to reasons such as being not permitted by local authorities to be visited or entered, or due to closed roads because of any event, and likewise in cases where the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions, the agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out the aforementioned tours. Some tours may be carried out by public transportation or on foot where possible in places with closed roads or where vehicle entry is not permitted.

Tour Program
Istanbul - Venice
After meeting your guide at the New Airport International Terminal, we complete your baggage and ticket procedures at the Turkish Airlines counter and then depart for Venice on a scheduled Turkish Airlines flight. Upon arrival, we will take a panoramic city tour of Venice. After crossing to the historic peninsula by vaporetto, our city tour will include the famous St. Mark’s Square and Basilica, the Bridge of Sighs, where prisoners cast one last look at Venice before entering the prison, the Grand Canal and the Rialto Bridge on it, the Doge’s Palace, the Bell Tower and Clock Tower, and the Church of San Giorgio Maggiore. Afterwards, we transfer to our hotel. Free time upon arrival at the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Venice - Milan
After breakfast at the hotel, we will depart for the Verona tour. Upon our arrival in Verona, the places to be seen will include the house of Romeo & Juliet, the subject of the greatest love story in history, Verona Arena, the Scaligero Bridge with its unique architecture, and Verona Cathedral. After our tour, we will continue our journey to Milan. Upon arrival, during our panoramic city tour of Milan, we will see Milan Duomo, Italy’s second-largest church, whose completion took approximately 500 years, Fortezza Castle, and the Vittorio Emanuele Gallery, home to the world’s most famous fashion boutiques. At the end of the tour, we will transfer to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Milan - Florence
After starting the day with breakfast at the hotel, we will depart for the Florence tour. Upon arrival, we set off for a panoramic city tour of Florence. During our tour, we will see the Arno River, which divides Florence into two, the Ponte Vecchio bridge famous for its jewelers, Palazzo Vecchio where the Medici family ruled Florence, Piazza della Signoria, home to the masterpieces of the Renaissance, the statues of Hercules and David, Santa Maria del Fiore Duomo, which has the 3rd highest dome in Italy, and the Baptistery, famous for its doors. After concluding our tour with a photo break at Michelangelo Hill, where we can admire the entire city and the Arno River, we will transfer to our hotel and have free time. Overnight at our hotel.
Florence
After starting the day with breakfast at the hotel, we depart for the Siena & San Gimignano & Pisa excursion. We first head to Siena for our tour. During our city tour of Siena, a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site, this city will take you back centuries in time. Among the places to be seen are the San Domenico Church, the Duomo Cathedral, Piazza del Campo where the Palio races are held, the famous Palazzo del Popolo, now used as the Town Hall, and the narrow streets that still reflect all the traces of the past. Next, we visit San Gimignano, which reflects the magic of the Middle Ages with its surrounding walls and towers, and is therefore known as the “Manhattan of the Middle Ages.” We then depart for the Pisa excursion. During our visit, the world-famous Leaning Tower of Pisa and the Piazza dei Miracoli will be among the places to see. Overnight at our hotel.
Florence - Rome
We start the day with breakfast at our hotel, after which our journey to Rome begins. Upon arrival, we proceed for a panoramic city tour. Sites to be seen include Castel Sant’Angelo, considered the center of Christianity and where Cem Sultan was imprisoned; Venice Square, from which Mussolini addressed the public, and the Vittorio Emanuele II Monument; the Colosseum, which hosted gladiator battles; the Trevi Fountain, made famous by the film La Dolce Vita; and the Spanish Steps, consisting of 135 steps and home to the Barcaccia Fountain. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel and give you free time. Overnight at our hotel.
Rome
After starting the day with breakfast at the hotel, we depart for the Lakes District & Castel Romano Shopping Tour. Our first stop is Castel Gandolfo, where we will see the Pope’s summer residence and the magnificent view of Lake Albano. After arriving at our next stop, Nemi Village, we will enjoy a pleasant walk through the village. Following the walk, there will be a short free time for shopping and to taste Nemi Village’s famous wild strawberry tart. Upon arrival at Castel Romano Outlet, one of Italy’s most famous outlets, we will have free time. At the end of our tour, we depart for the Rome Masterpieces and Vatican & Night Tour. On this tour, the places we will see include the Baths of Caracalla, Circus Maximus, the Vatican, the Palace of Justice, Piazza Navona, the Fountain of the Four Rivers, the Italian Senate Building, and the Pantheon. At the end of the tour, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Rome
The day starts with breakfast at the hotel, after which we depart for the city of Naples. Upon arrival, we proceed with our panoramic Naples city tour. During the tour, we will see the Royal Palace built in the 16th century, the San Carlo Theater, which hosts some of the world’s most important performances, the Umberto I Gallery, famous for its cafés and shops, the San Francesco di Paola Church, inspired by the Pantheon in Rome, Plebiscito Square, Castel Nuovo, and Naples Port. After our excursion, there will be free time. We then transfer to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Rome - Istanbul
The day begins with breakfast at the hotel, followed by free time. At the time indicated by your guide, we transfer to the airport. After baggage, ticket, and customs procedures, we fly to Istanbul on Turkish Airlines scheduled service. Upon our arrival, our tour and services come to an end.
