PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT

This tour is organized with a participation requirement of at least 40 people.  If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end of the trip and not older than 10 years.

HEALTH

No vaccination requirement is in place for entry into Italy. We do not think you will encounter any health-threatening problems with meals taken at the region's good restaurants and hotels. However, when you are not with the group, we recommend that you be careful about food and drink, definitely consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk and dairy products, eat meat and fish products that you are sure are well cooked, and for fruit, eat fruits that can be peeled such as bananas and pineapples.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES

Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we work with with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the sufficient number is not reached, the excursions cannot be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicle used for optional tours/activities may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of the museums, archaeological sites, or venues in the destinations and weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at a distance greater than the stated km. 

3-person rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding beds and coach beds, participants are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type in 3rd person and/or child reservations. 

Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and meeting the age group specified in the pricing section. 

Breakfasts included in the tour program and taken at the hotel are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country being visited and generally with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.

CURRENCY

Italy's currency is the Euro (EUR). It is advisable to have Euro (EUR) with you.

TIME ZONE

Italy is 3 hours behind Turkey during daylight saving time and 2 hours behind during winter time. For example, when it is 18:30 in Turkey in summer, it is 15:30 in Italy.

CLOTHING AND REQUIRED ITEMS

If traveling in the summer season, we recommend bringing T-shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton pants, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket for evenings, and a light sweater.  In addition, you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards. In the winter period, we recommend clothes that allow you to move comfortably and keep you warm.

FOOD CULTURE

Italian cuisine, which varies by region, is among the world's richest cuisines with the contribution of Mediterranean influence. From snacks prepared with fresh tomatoes, greens, and country-specific cheeses to pizzas of magnificent taste, from pasta made with various sauces to seafood, it offers a wide selection.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for destinations/passports requiring a visa) does not mean that entry into the country will be allowed. The passport police have the authority to deny you entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.  

The agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or the times before the current trip and flight may change. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees. 

Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of up to 2-3 hours, organized for the general introduction of cities and carried out panoramically from the vehicle with guide commentary, excluding museum and archaeological site entries. Panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, are not the responsibility of the agency if they cannot take place on the day and time coinciding with the tour due to places not permitted to be visited or entered by local authorities, or because of closed roads due to any event, or when it becomes impossible to carry out the tour due to weather conditions. Some tours may, where possible, be conducted by public transport or on foot in places with closed roads or where vehicle entry is not allowed.

Tour Program
Istanbul - Bari - Naples - Pompeii
After meeting your guide at Istanbul Airport’s International Terminal, we fly to Bari on Turkish Airlines’ scheduled flight. Upon arrival, we set off for Naples by our private coach waiting for us. After arrival, we take our panoramic tour and transfer to our hotel. Afterwards, free time. We join the Pompeii Ancient City tour. In this ancient city preserved for centuries in the shadow of Mount Vesuvius, structures such as the Basilica, Forum, baths, and bakeries will be seen. After the tour, we return to Naples by our coach. Overnight at our hotel.
Naples - Amalfi - Positano - Naples
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for the Positano-Amalfi Tour. With our boat departing from Sorrento, we head to Positano, which boasts some of the most beautiful beaches on the Amalfi Coast, with its pastel-colored houses and narrow streets lined with boutique shops, and explore it. Known as the pearl of the Amalfi Coast, in Positano we will see pastel-colored houses lined along steep slopes, art galleries, boutique shops selling handmade products, and cafés. You can enjoy both the sea and the enchanting view of the town from the coast at Spiaggia Grande, Positano’s main beach and harbor. Our next stop after Positano will be Amalfi, one of the most iconic towns on the Amalfi Coast, sharing the same name as the coast. In Amalfi, which offers visitors an unforgettable experience with both its historical and natural beauty, places we will see while exploring the city will include the Amalfi Cathedral and the Chiostro del Paradiso (Cloister of Paradise). After our tour, we transfer to our hotel in Naples and have free time. Overnight at our hotel.
Naples - Rome
After breakfast at our hotel, we depart for Rome. Upon arrival, we will take a panoramic tour of Rome. Places to be seen include the Colosseum (from the outside), Piazza Venezia, the Victor Emmanuel II Monument, the Trevi Fountain, and the Spanish Steps. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel. Then you will have free time. In the evening, we join the Rome Masterpieces & Vatican & Night Tour. Places to be seen include the Baths of Caracalla, Circus Maximus, the Vatican, Piazza Navona, and the Pantheon. You will have free time for dinner and can enjoy the flavors of Italian cuisine at Rome’s famous restaurants. Overnight at our hotel in Rome.
Rome - Castel Romano - Lake District - Florence
After breakfast at the hotel, we join the Castel Gandolfo & Nemi & Castel Romano Outlet tour. In Castel Gandolfo, we visit the Pope’s summer residence and take a short walk accompanied by views of Lake Albano. During this walk, you can observe the birds on the lake and enjoy nature. Then we have free time in Nemi Village. Here you will have the opportunity to taste local delicacies or go shopping. Nemi is famous for its strawberries and delicious food. For our shopping-loving guests, we stop at Castel Romano Outlet. Here you can find discounted products from Italian brands. At the end of the tour, we return to Rome. Afterwards, we depart for Florence. Upon arrival, we check in to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel in Florence.
Florence - Pisa - Siena - San Gimignano - Florence
After breakfast at the hotel, we begin our full-day Pisa – Siena – San Gimignano excursion. Our first stop is Pisa. After seeing the Leaning Tower of Pisa and the Cathedral in the Piazza dei Miracoli, we head to San Gimignano. In this town, famous for its medieval walls and towers, we take a short walk. Then we visit UNESCO-listed Siena, where we see landmarks such as the Duomo, the Church of San Domenico, and Piazza del Campo. You can wander through Siena’s historic center and trace the footprints of the Italian Renaissance. At the end of the day, we return to our hotel in Florence. You will have free time for dinner, and you can enjoy the flavors of Tuscan cuisine at Florence’s famous restaurants. Overnight at our hotel.
Florence - Portofino - Outlet - Milan
After breakfast at our hotel, we will take our panoramic Florence tour. During our tour, we will see the Arno River, which divides Florence into two, the Ponte Vecchio Bridge, famous for its jewelers, Palazzo Vecchio, where the Medici family ruled Florence, Piazza della Signoria, home to the masterpieces Hercules and David, the Duomo of Santa Maria del Fiore, which has the third-highest dome in Italy, and the Baptistery, famous for its doors. We will conclude our tour with a photo break at Michelangelo Hill, where we can enjoy a view of the entire city and the Arno River, and then we will head to Portofino. Upon our arrival around lunchtime, we will spend time in a captivating atmosphere with its colorful houses, harbor, and lush greenery behind it. After exploring the beauties of Portofino, we will continue on to Milan. For shopping enthusiasts, we will stop at the famous Fidenza Village Outlet Center. In the evening, we will arrive in Milan and check in to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Milan - Como - Lugano - Milan
After breakfast at the hotel, we will take a panoramic city tour of Milan. During the panoramic city tour, some of the places to be seen include the Milan Duomo, the largest church in Italy and the second largest in the country, whose construction took approximately 500 years to complete, Fortezza Castle, and the Vittorio Emanuele Gallery, home to some of the world’s most famous fashion boutiques. Afterwards, we will proceed with the Como & Lugano tour. After seeing structures such as Piazza Cavour and the Duomo around Lake Como, which is of glacial origin, we cross into Switzerland and take a short walk along the shores of Lake Lugano. After discovering the beauty of Lugano, we return to Milan. Overnight at our hotel.
Milan - Venice - Istanbul
After breakfast, we leave the hotel and head to Venice. We cross to the historic peninsula by vaporetto and begin our panoramic city tour of Venice. During our tour, we visit structures such as St. Mark's Square, the Doge's Palace, the Rialto Bridge, the Bell Tower, and the Bridge of Sighs. You may have the opportunity to take a gondola ride through Venice's canals and visit the city's famous glass workshops. Afterwards, we are transferred to Venice Airport and return to Istanbul on a scheduled Turkish Airlines flight. With our arrival, our tour comes to an end.
