Granada - Albaicin & Sacramonte Gypsy District Night Tour: You will watch an unforgettable Flamenco show in the old gypsy settlements located opposite the Alhambra Palace, on the slopes of Sierra Nevada Mountain; after the show, you will have the opportunity to tour the Sacromonte and Albaicin area and see the Alhambra Palace illuminated.

Seville - Flamenco Show Night Activity: You will experience an unforgettable night in Seville, one of the cities where Flamenco, a Spanish classic and one of the most important symbols of Andalusian culture, was born. In a traditional Flamenco venue, you will witness one of the most authentic arts of Spanish culture accompanied by passionate dances, impressive guitar melodies and powerful vocals.

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT  

This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people.  If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through your agency.

You are required to have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.

For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will provide for your visa application.

To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports should be renewed, and if it is a country applying visas to citizens of the Republic of Turkey, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.

Since our guests under 18 years of age may be asked by the police officer on duty at the country’s entry and exit points for a document showing the joint consent of the mother and father when traveling alone or with only one of their parents, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents be sensitive about this issue.

HEALTH 

There is no vaccination requirement for entry into Spain. We do not think there will be any problem that could threaten your health in meals taken at good restaurants and hotels in the region. However, when you are not with the group, we recommend that you be careful about food and drink, absolutely consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk and dairy products, eat meat and fish products that you are sure are well cooked, and choose fruits such as bananas and pineapples that can be peeled.

OPTIONAL TOURS  & ACTIVITIES       

Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we work with, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not met, the excursions cannot be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicle used for the optional tour/activity may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide depending on the opening/closing status of museums, historical sites, or venues at the destinations and weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION     

During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the specified km distances.

3-person rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed provided for the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or coach beds, participants making reservations for a 3rd person and/or child are deemed to have accepted the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the type of bed.

Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section.

Breakfasts provided at the hotel among the services included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country and generally with a limited menu, called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.

CURRENCY     

The currency of Spain is Euro (EUR).

TIME ZONE      

Spain is 2 hours behind Turkey in summer time and 1 hour behind in winter time.

For example, when it is 18:30 in Turkey in summer, it is 17:30 in Spain.

PHONE USE     

Your mobile phone line can be used if it is open to international calls (roaming).

CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS    

If you are going in the summer season, we recommend that you bring T-shirts, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a thin jacket for the evenings, and a thin sweater that can be easily put on and taken off.  In addition, you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards. In the winter season, we recommend clothing that allows you to move comfortably and keep warm.

FOOD CULTURE            

Spanish cuisine derives from a complex history in which invasions and conquests of Spain changed traditions and introduced new ingredients. Thus, Spain's current and ancient cuisine combines old and new traditions. Gazpacho soup, Fajita and delicious snack Tapas are among the important flavors of the cuisine.

ELECTRICITY            

The electrical outlets are the same as in Turkey.

SHOPPING          

There are shopping malls in city centers and the opportunity to shop from small stalls selling souvenirs.

IMPORTANT NOTES            

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for a visa-required destination/passport) does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed. The passport police have the authority not to let you into the country. Bin Rota is not responsible for this, responsibility belongs to the passenger.

The agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the actual trip and flight. The agency is obliged to notify such changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees

Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of cities, carried out panoramically with guide commentary from inside the vehicle, and do not include entrance fees to museums or historical sites, lasting at most 2-3 hours. Bin Rota is not responsible for the failure of panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, to take place on the day and time corresponding to the tour if they are not permitted by local authorities to be visited or entered, or if they cannot be carried out due to closed roads because of any event, and likewise if weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be carried out by public transportation or on foot where possible at closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not permitted.

Tour Program
Istanbul - Barcelona
At Istanbul Airport International Terminal, after meeting our guide, we complete baggage drop-off and ticket procedures at the Turkish Airlines counter. Following these procedures, we depart for Barcelona on Turkish Airlines’ scheduled flight. Upon arrival, during our panoramic Barcelona city tour, the sights to be seen include the Christopher Columbus Monument, La Sagrada Familia Church, La Rambla Street, Montjuic Hill, Spain Square and Catalunya Square, Paseo de Gracia, Gran Via Street, the Andalusian Arena, and the Olympic Port. After our city tour, we transfer to our hotel and check into our rooms. Overnight at our hotel.
Barcelona
After breakfast at our hotel, we depart for the Girona & Figueres & Dalí Museum Tour (entrance tickets included). Our tour begins with the city of Girona, the jewel of Northern Catalonia. Although the region is historically very rich, it is also a unique place marked by the traces left by numerous occupations and rulers. Among the places to be seen are its narrow cobblestone streets, the Lion Statue, the Jewish Quarter, Cathedral Square, the historic city walls, churches, and museums. We then head to the city of Figueres. In the town where Salvador Dalí was born in 1904, the Dalí Museum, where we can also view his works, is located. The artist, who designed every detail of the museum himself, presents us with more than 4,000 works created using various techniques. Afterwards, we stop at the famous shopping paradise of Barcelona, La Roca Village Outlet, where world-famous brands offer advantageous shopping opportunities. We then transfer to our hotel to conclude the day. Overnight at our hotel.
Barcelona - Zaragoza - Madrid
After breakfast at our hotel, we begin our pleasant journey into the interior of Spain and head to our first stop, Zaragoza. Upon arrival, we will take a city tour of Zaragoza, where the highlights to be seen panoramically include the life-giving Ebro River, the magnificent Basilica of Our Lady of the Pillar, regarded as the symbol of Zaragoza, the historic La Seo Cathedral bearing traces of different architectural periods, the San Pablo Church notable for its Mudejar style, Plaza España, one of the city’s lively meeting points, and the impressive Pilar Bridge, which offers striking city views. After our Zaragoza tour, we continue our journey to Madrid, the capital of Spain. Upon arrival, we begin a panoramic city tour of Madrid. Alcalá Gate, Cibeles Square and Fountain, Paseo del Prado and the Apollo Fountain, Retiro Park, Castellana Streets, the Bullring, the Botanical Garden, the Neptune Fountain, and the City Hall are among the places to be seen. After our tour, we transfer to our hotel and check into our rooms. Overnight at our hotel.
Madrid - Toledo - Madrid
After breakfast at the hotel, we set off for the Toledo Tour. Toledo, one of Spain’s former capitals and an important city on the UNESCO World Heritage List, known as the city of El Greco, is one of the rare cities that has managed to remain unchanged since the 16th century. Upon our arrival, during our city tour, we will see the city’s magnificent landmarks, including Toledo Cathedral, the impressive silhouette of Toledo Castle, the historic gate Puerta de Bisagra, and panoramic city views. In the city, where traces of Roman, Visigothic, Arab, Gothic, and Renaissance architecture can be seen, along with narrow streets, El Greco’s paintings, and of course its famous cathedral, we will take a walking tour through the narrow and authentic streets of the Jewish Quarter. In this special city where history, art, and culture intertwine, after our guide’s explanations, we will have free time to explore the surroundings, shop, and enjoy pleasant moments. After the tour, transfer to our hotel. Accommodation at our hotel in Madrid.
Madrid - Seville
After breakfast at our hotel, we depart for Seville. Upon arrival, we will take a panoramic city tour of Seville, during which we will see Spain Square, the Golden Tower, the Convent of the Poor Clares, María Luisa Park, famous for its pools and gardens, and Santa Cruz Square. During the tour, we will also view, from the outside, the Alcázar Palace, one of the unique examples of Arab architecture, and Seville Cathedral, the third largest cathedral in the world. After the city tour, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Seville - Córdoba - Granada
After breakfast at our hotel, we head toward the heart of Andalusian history, Córdoba. Upon arrival, we begin the Córdoba Old City & Mosque Tour (entrance tickets included). Córdoba became one of the world’s most populous cities in the 10th and 11th centuries, and rose to become one of Europe’s leading centers in the fields of science, art, and culture. At the same time, this ancient city, where Jews, Christians, and Muslims lived together in peace for centuries, is now on the UNESCO World Heritage List. During our tour, we will see historically and culturally significant sites such as the Roman Bridge, City Walls, Muslim and Jewish Quarters, and Calle de las Flores (Flower Street), one of Córdoba’s landmarks. We will then visit the Córdoba Mosque (Mezquita), whose construction began in 785 and was completed in 987, and which is considered one of the most impressive works of Western Islamic art. This architectural masterpiece enchants its visitors with its elegant details and historical atmosphere. Afterwards, we transfer to Granada. Overnight at our hotel.
Grenada
After breakfast at our hotel, we depart for the Alhambra Palace tour (entrance tickets included) (Since the tickets are issued in individual names and are limited, there may be situations in which tickets cannot be secured during high season and for late registrations.) On this tour, we will visit the Alhambra Palace, famous for its Arabesque architecture, pools, and gardens, and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. After the tour, we transfer back to our hotel and have free time. Later, during our Granada city tour, among the works remaining from the Umayyad and Abbasid periods in the historic streets of Granada, sights to be seen include Grand Via, La Rambla Square, the Arab Bazaar, and the Town Hall Square. After the tour, we transfer back to our hotel and have free time. Overnight at our hotel.
Granada - Malaga - Istanbul
After breakfast at our hotel, free time until the time to be determined by our guide. Then we transfer to the airport. After baggage, ticket, and customs procedures, we depart on Turkish Airlines’ scheduled flight to Istanbul. Upon arrival, our tour and services come to an end.
