PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS  

This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days prior to the tour start date. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the trip and not older than 10 years.

In destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the "Documents Required for Visa" list that your agency will provide to you.

To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or otherwise damaged passports; such passports must be renewed, and if the destination country requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. In case of non-compliance, responsibility lies with the passenger.

Since police officers at entry/exit points may request a document showing joint parental consent when guests under 18 years of age travel alone or with only one parent; we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents pay special attention to this matter.

HEALTH 

There are no mandatory vaccinations for entry into Spain. We do not expect any health-threatening issues with meals taken at good restaurants and hotels in the region. However, when you are not with the group, we advise you to be careful with food and drink, strictly consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk, and dairy products, consume meat and fish products that you are sure are well-cooked, and eat fruits like bananas and pineapples whose peels can be removed.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES       

Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency providing services with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not met, tours may not take place, or optional tour/activity prices, content, and vehicles used may vary according to the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums, historical sites, or venues are open/closed and weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION     

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located further than the specified kilometers.

Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. In these rooms, the bed provided for the 3rd person may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or coach beds, participants who are the 3rd person and/or children booking are deemed to have accepted potential crowding in the room and the type of bed.

Child discounts apply only to one (1) child staying with two adults and falling within the age group specified in the pricing section.

Breakfasts included in the tour package, which are part of the services, are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally as a limited continental menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee. For groups, they may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group.

CURRENCY     

The currency of Spain is Euro (EUR).

It is advisable to carry Euro (EUR) with you.

TIME ZONE      

Spain is 2 hours behind Turkey during summer time and 1 hour behind during winter time.

For example, when it is 18:30 in Turkey in summer, it is 17:30 in Spain.

PHONE USAGE     

If your mobile phone line is enabled for international calls (roaming), it can be used.

CLOTHING AND ESSENTIAL ITEMS    

If traveling in summer, we recommend bringing easily wearable t-shirts, short and long-sleeved shirts, cotton pants, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket, and a thin sweater for evenings. Additionally, you may bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards. During the winter season, we recommend clothing that allows comfortable movement and keeps you warm.

FOOD CULTURE            

Spanish cuisine originates from a complex history where Spanish invasions and conquests changed traditions and introduced new ingredients. Thus, Spain's current and traditional cuisine combines old and new traditions. Gazpacho soup, Fajita, and delicious tapas snacks are important flavors of the cuisine.

ELECTRICITY            

Electrical outlets are the same as in Turkey.

SHOPPING          

Shopping opportunities are available in shopping centers located in city centers and small stalls selling souvenirs.

IMPORTANT NOTES            

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for destinations/passports where a visa is required) does not guarantee entry into the country. The passport police have the authority to deny you entry. Bin Rota is not responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the passenger.

The agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol. There may be delays in scheduled and private flights, or flight times may change before the existing tour and flight. The agency is obligated to notify passengers of these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers purchase the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax or airport service fees.

Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction to cities, conducted panoramically with guide commentary from the vehicle, and do not include entrance to museums or historical sites. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, may not take place if local authorities do not permit visiting or entering on the scheduled day and time, or due to closed roads caused by any event. Similarly, if weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour, Bin Rota is not responsible for the inability to conduct the aforementioned tours. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot, depending on circumstances, at locations where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted.

Tour Program
Istanbul - Barcelona
After meeting your guide at the Istanbul Airport International Terminal, proceed to the Turkish Airlines counter for baggage and ticket procedures before departing on a Turkish Airlines scheduled flight to Barcelona. Upon arrival, we will begin a panoramic city tour of Barcelona, exploring Catalonia's capital and Spain's second-largest city. Highlights of our tour include the Christopher Columbus Monument, La Sagrada Familia Basilica, La Rambla Boulevard, Montjuïc Hill, Plaza España and Plaça de Catalunya, Passeig de Gràcia, Gran Via Avenue, the Plaza de Toros (bullring), and the Olympic Port. Following the panoramic sightseeing, we will transfer to our hotel and check into our rooms. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Barcelona
We begin our day with breakfast at the hotel. Afterwards, we depart for a guided tour of Girona and Figueras, including entry to the Dalí Museum. Our journey starts in Girona, the jewel of Northern Catalonia. This region is historically rich and uniquely shaped by centuries of invasions and rule. Highlights include its cobblestone narrow streets, the Lion Statue, the Jewish Quarter, the Cathedral Square, ancient city walls, churches, and museums. Next, we head to Figueres, the town where Salvador Dalí was born in 1904. Here, you will visit the Dalí Museum, which houses over 4,000 works created using various techniques. The artist himself designed every detail of the museum. Following this, we proceed to La Roca Village Outlet, Barcelona's famous shopping paradise, where you can enjoy exclusive deals from world-renowned brands. At the end of the day, we transfer back to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Barcelona - Zaragoza - Madrid
After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, we begin our pleasant journey toward Spain's interior and head to our first stop, Zaragoza. Upon arrival, our city tour of Zaragoza includes panoramic views of the life-giving Ebro River, the majestic Pilar Cathedral, a symbol of the city; the historic La Seo Cathedral, bearing traces of various architectural periods; San Pablo Church, notable for its Mudéjar style; Plaza España, one of the city's vibrant gathering spots; and the impressive Pilar Bridge offering stunning city vistas. Following our Zaragoza tour, we continue our journey to Madrid, the capital of Spain. Upon arrival, we commence a panoramic city tour of Madrid, visiting key landmarks such as the Puerta de Alcalá, Cibeles Square and Fountain, Paseo del Prado with the Apollo Fountain, Retiro Park, Castellana Avenue, the Arena, the Botanical Garden, Neptune Fountain, and the City Hall. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel, check into our rooms, and spend the night there.
Madrid - Toledo - Madrid
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for a tour of Toledo. As Spain's former capital and one of the cities inscribed on UNESCO's World Heritage List, Toledo—known as the city of El Greco—is among the rare places that have remained largely unchanged from the 16th century to the present day. Upon arrival, our city tour will include its grandest landmarks: Toledo Cathedral, the imposing silhouette of Toledo Castle, the historic Puerta de Bisagra (Bisagra Gate), and panoramic views of the city. We will explore narrow streets lined with buildings bearing traces of Roman, Visigothic, Arab, Gothic, and Renaissance architecture, admire El Greco's paintings, and visit his famous cathedral. In this unique city where history, art, and culture intertwine, after our guide's commentary, you will have free time to discover the surroundings, shop, and enjoy your stay. Following the tour, we transfer back to our hotel in Madrid. Overnight stay at our Madrid hotel.
Madrid - Seville
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Seville. Upon arrival, a panoramic city tour will include the Plaza de España, Torre del Oro, the Monastery of Santa Paula, Maria Luisa Park with its famous fountains and gardens, and Plaza de Santa Cruz. During the tour, we will also view the Alcazar Palace, one of the finest examples of Moorish architecture, and the Seville Cathedral, the third-largest cathedral in the world (exterior only). After the tour, we transfer back to our hotel. In the evening, guests who wish may join an optional Flamenco Show Night event, featuring classic Spanish performances (€60). We return to the hotel at night and spend the night there.
Seville - Cordoba - Granada
After enjoying breakfast at our hotel, we head towards the heart of Andalusian history to Cordoba. Upon arrival, we begin the Old City and Mosque Tour (entrance tickets included). During the 10th and 11th centuries, Cordoba was one of the most populous cities in the world and became a leading European center for science, art, and culture. This ancient city, where Jews, Christians, and Muslims lived peacefully side by side for centuries, is now inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Our tour will include historically and culturally significant sites such as the Roman Bridge, the city walls, the Muslim and Jewish quarters, and Calle de las Flores (Flower Street). Next, we visit the Great Mosque of Cordoba (Mezquita), construction of which began in 785 and was completed in 987. Recognized as one of the most impressive works of Western Islamic art, this architectural masterpiece captivates visitors with its elegant details and historic atmosphere. Afterward, we transfer to Granada and spend the night at our hotel.
Granada
After breakfast at our hotel, we depart for a guided tour of the Alhambra Palace (entrance tickets included). Please note: access to the Nasrid Palaces and the Harem is subject to daily quotas; late reservations cannot guarantee entry. Quota-free admission applies only to areas outside the Harem. During this visit, you will explore the UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its Moorish architecture, pools, and gardens. Following the tour, we proceed to Granada for a city sightseeing tour. Along historic streets featuring artifacts from the Umayyad and Abbasid periods, highlights include Gran Vía, La Rambla Avenue, the Arab Bazaar, and the Town Square. After the tour, we transfer back to our hotel and enjoy free time. In the evening, guests wishing to join an optional night tour of the Albaicín and Sacromonte Gypsy neighborhoods (€60) will depart with our guide. This experience includes an unforgettable Flamenco show set in ancient Gypsy quarters opposite the Alhambra, at the foot of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. After the performance, you will have the opportunity to stroll through the Sacromonte and Albaicín districts and view the illuminated Alhambra Palace. We then return to our hotel for overnight stay and free time.
Granada - Malaga - Istanbul
After breakfast at our hotel, you will have free time until the time set by your guide. Following this, we will transfer you to Malaga Airport. After completing baggage, ticket, and customs procedures, you will fly with Turkish Airlines' scheduled flight to Istanbul. Upon arrival, your tour and services will come to an end.
