PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT

This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 30 people.  If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days prior to the tour start date. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the tour end date and not older than 10 years. 

In destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the "Documents Required for Visa" list provided by your agency.

HEALTH

There are no mandatory vaccinations for entry into England and Scotland. We do not anticipate any health-threatening issues from meals taken at the region's good restaurants and hotels. However, we recommend that when you are not with the group, you exercise caution regarding food and drink: consume only bottled water, avoid ice, milk, and dairy products, eat only meat and fish products that you are sure are well-cooked, and for fruits, choose those that can be peeled such as bananas and pineapples.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES

Optional tours and activities are organized by our local partner agency with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people and are not mandatory. If the required number is not met, the tours may not take place, or optional tour/activity prices, content, and vehicles used may vary depending on the number of participants. Additionally, the dates and times of optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide based on whether museums, historical sites, or venues are open/closed and weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located further than the specified kilometers. 

Triple rooms are assigned subject to hotel availability. In such rooms, the bed provided for the 3rd person may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or coach-style beds, participants who are the 3rd person and/or children booking are deemed to have accepted potential crowding in the room and the type of bed. 

Child discounts apply only to one (1) child accompanying two adults and falling within the age group specified in the pricing section. 

Breakfasts included in the tour services are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited, generally as a limited continental menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group.

TIME ZONE

There is a 2-hour difference between Turkey and the United Kingdom.

CLOTHING AND ESSENTIAL ITEMS

We recommend bringing easily wearable t-shirts, short-sleeved and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a raincoat, a light jacket for evenings, and a thin sweater. Additionally, you may bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards.

FOOD CULTURE

English cuisine is very close to European cuisine.  Sunday roast, fish & chips, English breakfast, sautéed mushrooms, grilled tomatoes, and baked beans are the most famous dishes.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for destinations/passports where a visa is required) does not guarantee entry into the country. The border police have the authority to deny you entry. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the traveler.  

The agency acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and special flights, or flight times may change before the current tour and flight. The agency is obligated to notify passengers of such changes as soon as possible. Our passengers purchase the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes or airport service fees. 

Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction to cities, conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include entrance fees to museums or historical sites. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, may not take place if local authorities do not permit visits or entry on the scheduled day and time, or due to closed roads caused by any event. Similarly, if weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour, the agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out these tours. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot, depending on available facilities, at points where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted.

Tour Program
Istanbul - London
We meet at Istanbul Airport, and after completing baggage and ticket procedures, we depart on a Turkish Airlines scheduled flight to London, the capital of the United Kingdom. Immediately upon arrival, we begin our panoramic city tour to explore this magnificent metropolis where past and present intertwine. Highlights include the Tower of London, which has witnessed centuries of history; the elegant silhouette of Tower Bridge spanning the Thames; Hays Galleria along the riverbank; the London Dungeon, famous for its chilling tales; the iconic Big Ben; the grand Parliament Building; Buckingham Palace, the heart of the British Royal Family; the banks of the River Thames; and Piccadilly Circus with its vibrant atmosphere. After this enjoyable tour that introduces us to the general character of the city, guests will have free time. Overnight at our hotel.
London (London Eye & Thames River Boat Tour & British Museum)
After breakfast at our hotel, we set off for a full-day city tour. First, we enjoy breathtaking views of London from above aboard the iconic London Eye observation wheel on the banks of the River Thames. Next, we embark on a boat cruise along the Thames, where we have the opportunity to see landmarks such as the Houses of Parliament, St. Paul's Cathedral, and many other iconic structures from the water. In the afternoon, we take a walking tour through Covent Garden, London's vibrant entertainment district renowned for its restaurants, pubs, and shops, followed by some free time. Continuing our tour, we visit the British Museum, home to one of the world's richest collections, including artifacts that were taken from Turkey. Afterward, we explore Trafalgar Square, the famous Harrods department store, and Knightsbridge. Upon completion of the tour, we are transferred back to our hotel for an overnight stay.
London – Stonehenge – Bath – Cardiff
After breakfast at our hotel, we depart and head towards Stonehenge, England's mysterious prehistoric monument. Witnessing this legendary stone circle, built thousands of years ago from massive stone blocks, we stand before one of humanity's greatest mysteries. Next, we travel to Bath, a spa town renowned since Roman times and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site for its historic character. During our walking tour of the city, we visit the two-thousand-year-old Roman Baths, the magnificent Bath Cathedral, and the Royal Crescent, considered a masterpiece of Georgian architecture. In the afternoon, we cross into Wales and arrive in Cardiff, the capital. On our panoramic tour of this vibrant center of Celtic culture, we see the imposing medieval Cardiff Castle, the famous Principality (Millennium) Stadium, the historic City Hall, and the modern Cardiff Bay area. After the tour, we transfer back to our hotel and enjoy free time. Overnight stay at our hotel.
Cardiff - Chester - Liverpool
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart Cardiff in our private vehicle and begin our journey north. Along the way, we make a brief stop in the charming city of Chester, founded by the Romans and preserved with its medieval walls to this day; here, we explore the historic The Rows—its distinctive two-story wooden galleries—and narrow streets. Next, we arrive in Liverpool, the city globally renowned as the birthplace of The Beatles. During our panoramic tour of this port city, celebrated for its industrial and musical heritage, we will visit key sights including the UNESCO-protected Albert Dock, the iconic Pier Head, the famous "Three Graces" buildings, Mathew Street and the area around the Cavern Club associated with The Beatles, and the magnificent Liverpool Cathedral. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel and enjoy free time. Overnight stay at our hotel.
Liverpool - Edinburgh
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart from Liverpool in our private vehicle and embark on a pleasant journey northward to Scotland. Along the way, we enjoy views of the United Kingdom's famous green landscapes, the Lake District, and rural scenery before arriving in Edinburgh, the capital of Scotland. During our panoramic tour of this UNESCO World Heritage city, we admire the majestic Edinburgh Castle perched atop an extinct volcanic rock, stroll along the historic Royal Mile—the city's heart that connects the castle to Holyrood Palace—witness the Gothic splendor of St. Giles' Cathedral, and explore Princes Street, which represents the city's modern face. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel and have free time. Overnight stay at our hotel.
Edinburgh – Cairnryan – Belfast – Dublin
After our early breakfast, we depart from our hotel and head towards Cairnryan port on Scotland's west coast. Along the way, we enjoy the lush green landscapes of the Scottish countryside and complete our ferry procedures upon arrival at the port. Crossing the Irish Sea by ferry, we travel to Belfast, the capital of Northern Ireland, before continuing south by road to Dublin, the capital of the Republic of Ireland. After a long but enjoyable day, we arrive in Dublin in the evening and check into our hotel. Following free time to rest, explore the surroundings, or have dinner, we spend the night at our hotel. NOTE: Ferry schedules are subject to availability and operational planning and may change.
Dublin
After breakfast at the hotel, we embark on a full-day tour to discover Dublin in all its facets. Our panoramic tour begins with the Liffey River flowing through the heart of the city, Trinity College—Ireland's oldest and most prestigious university, the bustling O'Connell Street, and the colorful Georgian houses with distinctive doors that give the city its unique character. We then view from outside some of Ireland's most significant historical landmarks: Dublin Castle, St. Patrick's Cathedral (considered the nation's principal cathedral), and Christ Church Cathedral, one of the city's spiritual centers. After a leisurely walk through St. Stephen's Green, a Victorian-era park serving as an oasis in the city center, we enjoy free time along Dublin's famous shopping street, Grafton Street, and in the lively Temple Bar district. Here, you can shop for souvenirs, explore historic pubs, or simply soak in the atmosphere by watching street performers. Following the tour, we transfer back to our hotel for overnight accommodation.
Dublin - Istanbul
After breakfast at the hotel, you will have free time until the transfer time set by your guide. At the scheduled meeting time, you will be transferred to the airport. Following baggage and ticket procedures, our journey back to Istanbul begins on Turkish Airlines' scheduled flight. Upon arrival in Istanbul, our tour concludes.
