PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT

This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people.  If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days prior to the tour start. A tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of the trip and not older than 10 years. 

In destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Required Documents for Visa” list that your agency will provide to you for the visa application.

HEALTH

We do not think that you will encounter any problem threatening your health when eating at the region’s good restaurants and hotels. However, when you are not with the group, we recommend being careful about food and drink, definitely consuming bottled water, avoiding ice, milk and dairy products, consuming meat and fish products that you are sure are well cooked, and for fruit, eating fruits that can be peeled, such as bananas and pineapples. Current vaccination/PCR rules must be followed at country entry and upon return to the home country.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES

Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we use with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If sufficient numbers are not reached, the excursions cannot be carried out, or optional tour/activity prices, content, and the vehicle to be used may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums, historical sites, or venues in the places to be visited are open or closed, and according to weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated kilometers. 

Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or coach beds, participants making 3rd person and/or child reservations are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type. 

Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section. 

Breakfasts included among the services in the tour program are served at the hotel in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally with a limited menu, referred to as a continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served for groups in a separate hall allocated to the group.

TIME ZONE

There is a 1-hour time difference between Turkey and Norway. When it is 12:00 in Turkey, it is 11:00 in Norway

CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS

If traveling in the summer season, we recommend bringing T-shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket and a light sweater for the evenings.  In addition, you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs for possible noise, a camera, a video camera and their chargers, and spare memory cards. In the winter period, we recommend clothing that allows you to move comfortably and keeps you warm.

FOOD CULTURE

Italian cuisine, which shows differences by region, is among the richest cuisines in the world with the contributions of Mediterranean influence. It offers a wide range of choices, from snacks prepared with fresh tomatoes, greens, and cheeses unique to the country, to pizzas with wonderful flavor, to pastas made with a variety of sauces, and to seafood.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Having a valid passport and/or obtaining a visa (for a destination/passport requiring a visa) does not mean that entry to the country will be allowed. The passport police have the authority to deny you entry to the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.  

The agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or hours may change before the current trip and flight. The agency is obliged to notify such changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children between 0-2 years of age do not pay airport tax and airport service fees. 

Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, carried out panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide narration, and do not include entrance fees to museums or historical sites. The agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, if they do not take place on the day and time of the tour due to being prohibited from visiting or entering by local authorities, or due to closed roads because of any event, or when weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be carried out by public transportation or on foot where possible at closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not allowed.

Tour Program
Istanbul – Paris
After meeting your guide at Istanbul Airport International Terminal, you will complete your baggage and ticket procedures at the Turkish Airlines counter and then depart for Paris on a scheduled Turkish Airlines flight. Upon arrival, we will take a panoramic city tour of Paris. During our tour, the places to be seen include Opera Square and the Opera House, the Tuileries Gardens, Concorde Square, the world-famous shopping street Champs-Élysées, the Arc de Triomphe, the Eiffel Tower, the Military Museum, the Parliament building, Napoleon’s Tomb, the Louvre Palace and Museum, the National Assembly Building, the Madeleine Church, the Grand Palais, the Petit Palais, the Comédie-Française, the Palais de Chaillot, Vendôme Square, and Trocadéro Square. At the end of the tour, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Paris
After breakfast at our hotel, we set off for the Paris Saint-Germain & Luxembourg Gardens and Outlet Tour. Our first stop on the tour will be the (panoramic) Notre Dame Cathedral. We visit the Sorbonne University, the oldest university in France, and Sorbonne Square; the Panthéon Mausoleum, where the graves of famous French writers and poets are located; the French Senate Building; and Saint-Sulpice Church, known as the jewel of artistic architecture in Paris and which has hosted the weddings of many world-famous names. We then visit the Luxembourg Gardens, which have been a source of inspiration for painters with their colorful flowers, impressive lake views, captivating statues, and historic monuments. At the end of our tour, we offer free time for pleasant shopping at Paris’s famous outlet shopping center. After the excursion, we transfer back to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Paris – Brussels
After breakfast at our hotel, we depart for Brussels. Upon arrival, we will take a panoramic city tour. Brussels, the capital of Belgium, is also home to many institutions related to the European Union and NATO. In this city, which has managed to preserve many historical monuments throughout its history, our tour will include a panoramic city visit through Grand Place, one of Europe’s most famous and lively squares, as well as many historic sites and streets known for their Gothic style and architectural heritage. After our Brussels tour, we will transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Brussels – Ghent – Bruges – Amsterdam
After breakfast at our hotel, we check out and depart for Amsterdam. Along the way, we will take a short walking tour of Ghent, with its captivating architecture and canals. We then continue on the road and arrive in Bruges, our next stop on the route. Upon arrival, we will take a tour of Bruges, where the houses located on the water and the streets made up of canals have earned it the nickname “The Venice of Belgium,” and where the city’s historical fabric and medieval architecture have remained intact to this day, almost untouched thanks to the city escaping damage during World War II by a stroke of luck. The one-story, colorful-roofed houses that resemble cakes, along with churches, statues, and cobblestone medieval streets in the city square, will draw us into a fairy tale. After our tour here, we continue our journey to Amsterdam. Upon arrival, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Amsterdam
After breakfast at our hotel, we will take a panoramic city tour of Amsterdam. During our city tour, we will see Dam Square, the Royal Palace, the National Monument, the Old Town area, Begijnhof (one of the oldest courtyards in the Netherlands), the Flower Market (Bloemenmarkt), Spui Square, Magere Brug (the Skinny Bridge) over the Amstel River, the Museum Quarter area, Leidseplein, and Rembrandt Square. Our guide will provide information about the city’s architecture, the historic houses lining the canals, and the cycling culture. At the end of the tour, we depart for the Marken & Zaanse Schans & Volendam excursion. In Marken, you can observe the fishermen’s lives in their charming little houses. After the opportunity to see and take photos of Zaanse Schans, a magical town with windmills, we head to Volendam, a charming coastal town. You will not get enough of the time you spend in the harbor area of Volendam, an old fishing village that inspired the song “If you want to see the true beauty of Holland, you should go to Volendam.” After the excursion, we transfer to our hotel. Then free time is given. Overnight at our hotel.
Amsterdam - Utrecht - Monschau - Cologne
After breakfast at our hotel, we depart from Amsterdam, the capital of the Netherlands, and set off for Cologne. We will have stops along the way. Our first stop is Utrecht, one of the country’s most historic and charming cities. We take a short walk along the Oudegracht canal in the city center, see the area around the Dom Tower, and enjoy a short break at local cafés. We then continue toward Germany, stopping for a photo break in the fairy-tale town of Monschau. With its wooden houses, stone bridges, and streets decorated with colorful flowers, Monschau is one of Germany’s most beautiful towns. After our short visit, we continue on to Cologne. Upon arrival, we take a panoramic city tour, during which the famous Cologne Cathedral, the banks of the Rhine River, and the Old Town area are among the places we see. Overnight at our hotel.
Cologne – Heidelberg – Colmar – Mulhouse (Alsace)
After breakfast at our hotel, we leave Cologne and head south into Germany. As we travel along the Rhine River, the vineyards and castles adorning the landscape let us experience the atmosphere of “Romantic Germany.” Around lunchtime, we arrive in Heidelberg, one of the most beautiful stops on the Romantic Road. Heidelberg is Germany’s oldest university city and is known for its young, lively atmosphere. We view the city’s landmark, Heidelberg Castle, panoramically, and then take a short walk around the Alte Brücke (Old Bridge). Here, we pause for photos along the banks of the Neckar River and enjoy some free time in the narrow streets. Afterwards, we continue toward the French border, passing through the lush green nature of the Black Forest (Schwarzwald) region and arriving in Alsace. Famous for its colorful houses and flower-filled streets, Colmar looks like a town straight out of a fairy tale. We take a short guided walking tour in the city center, seeing the canal district known as Petite Venise (Little Venice), Rue des Marchands, and the Old Customs House (Koïfhus). Guests who wish may taste local delicacies such as famous Alsace pastries and macarons at local patisseries. At the end of the day, we take a short drive to Mulhouse. Overnight at our hotel.
Mulhouse – Lugano – Lake Como – Milan
After breakfast at our hotel, we depart France and head toward Switzerland. As we travel amid the unique scenery of the Alps, we arrive in Lugano, an elegant city on the shores of a lake. On our short walk, we will see the lakeside promenade area, flower-filled parks, and Via Nassa street. We then cross into Italy and reach Lake Como. In this region, where the towns of Bellagio and Varenna can be admired from a distance, we take a walk along the lake shore and a photo break. After that, we continue to Milan, the capital of fashion. Upon arrival, our panoramic city tour will include views of Piazza Duomo, the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, and the La Scala Opera House. Overnight at our hotel.
Milan – Verona – Venice
After breakfast at our hotel, we depart for the romantic city of Verona. Upon arrival, we will see the Roman Arena, Piazza delle Erbe, Juliet’s Balcony, and the historic market streets. After a short walk and free time, we continue on to Venice. Upon arrival, we cross to the island of Venice by vaporetto, and on our panoramic city tour we will see St. Mark’s Square, the Doge’s Palace, the Rialto Bridge, and Venice’s enchanting canals. Guests who wish may experience this fairy-tale atmosphere from the water with an optional Gondola Tour. Overnight at our hotel.
Venice – Bologna – Florence
After breakfast at our hotel, we depart for Bologna. Upon arrival, we will take a panoramic city tour of Bologna, during which we will see Neptune’s Fountain, Piazza Maggiore (the Main Square), the Old Stock Exchange Building, Europe’s first university building, the Quadrilatero (old market), and the Garisenda and Asinelli towers. After the tour, we transfer to Florence. Upon arrival, we will take a panoramic city tour of Florence. During our city tour, we will see the Arno River, which divides Florence into two, the Ponte Vecchio bridge famous for its goldsmiths, Palazzo Vecchio where the Medici family ruled Florence, Piazza della Signoria, home to the Hercules and David statues, Santa Maria del Fiore Duomo, which has the third tallest dome in Italy, and the Baptistery, famous for its doors. Overnight at our hotel.
Florence – Pisa – Siena – Rome
After breakfast at our hotel, we check out and depart for Rome. Along the way, we will stop in Pisa and Siena for sightseeing. Our first stop is Pisa. Upon arrival, we visit the Square of Miracles (Campo dei Miracoli). We will view the Leaning Tower of Pisa, the Baptistery, and the Cathedral from the outside, and guests who wish may have plenty of time to take photos in front of the tower. Our next stop after Pisa is Siena, one of the most impressive cities in Tuscany. In this UNESCO-protected medieval city, we will see Piazza del Campo, the Town Hall, and the exterior of the Duomo Cathedral, a symbol of Gothic architecture. After a short free time, we continue on to Rome. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel and overnight at our hotel.
Rome
After breakfast at our hotel, we begin our panoramic city tour covering Rome’s classic landmarks. Among the places we will see are the iconic Colosseum of the ancient world, Piazza Venezia, the Victor Emmanuel II Monument, the Trevi Fountain, and the Spanish Steps. Free time will be given after lunch. Guests may shop, spend time in cafés, or continue exploring Rome’s streets. In the evening, during the Rome Masterpieces & Vatican Night Tour, we will see the Baths of Caracalla, Circus Maximus, St. Peter’s Square, the Palace of Justice, Piazza Navona, the Fountain of the Four Rivers, the Italian Senate, and the Pantheon. After the tour, where we will experience Rome’s magical atmosphere with its illuminated monuments, we return to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Rome – Istanbul
After breakfast at our hotel, we depart for the Castel Romano & Castel Gandolfo Outlet tour. At this center, home to some of Europe’s most popular outlet stores, you will have the opportunity to shop discounted products from world-famous brands. After shopping, we head to Trastevere, one of Rome’s most authentic neighborhoods. We provide free time in Trastevere, with its narrow streets, traditional Italian restaurants, and colorful atmosphere. Following the tour, we transfer to the airport for our return flight. After ticketing and baggage procedures, our flight begins. The tour ends with our arrival in Istanbul during the late hours of the night.
