For destinations requiring a visa, a visa application must be submitted with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for a Visa” list that your agency will provide. To avoid problems with customs police at the border crossing when using passports that are torn, worn, wet and/or damaged in a similar manner, such passports must be renewed, and any visa must be transferred to the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.

We recommend that guests under the age of 18 exercise the necessary care in this regard, as they may be asked by police officers at country entry and exit points for a document showing the joint consent of their parents if they are traveling alone or accompanied by only one of their mother or father.

HEALTH

We do not anticipate any problems that would threaten your health with the meals served at good restaurants and hotels in the region. However, it is important to be careful about eating and drinking during times when you are not with the group.

We strongly recommend consuming bottled water, avoiding ice, milk and dairy products, choosing meat and fish products that you are certain have been thoroughly cooked, and preferring fruits such as bananas and pineapples that can be peeled.

Current vaccination/PCR rules must be followed when entering the country and returning home.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for destinations/passports where a visa is required) does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed. Passport police have the authority to refuse you entry into the country. Bin Rota is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger. BinRota is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and charter flights, or flight times may change before the existing tour and flight. BinRota is obliged to notify you of these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children between 0 and 2 years of age do not pay airport taxes or airport service fees. Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting no more than 2–3 hours, organized for a general introduction to the cities and conducted panoramically with guide narration from inside the vehicle; they do not include museum or archaeological site admissions. If panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, cannot take place because local authorities do not permit visiting or entering the relevant places on the corresponding day and time, or because roads are closed due to any event, and likewise when weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour, Bin Rota is not responsible for the inability to operate these tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, on roads that are closed or at points where vehicle access is not permitted.

Our recommendation for an evening activity in Prague is the Czech Night Event; enjoy a magnificent dinner at one of the city's finest restaurants accompanied by local dance performances, and have the chance to become better acquainted with Czech folk dances, music and musical instruments.  Another evening activity recommendation in Prague, one of Europe's most beautiful capitals, is a boat tour on the Vltava River, famous for its canals that divide the city in two and bring it to life, where you can watch daytime and nighttime views of the fairytale city of Prague.

In Vienna, the capital of art, you can attend the Vienna Concert Event as an evening activity. You will experience an unforgettable night at this concert event, featuring the salon orchestra that has made Vienna known throughout the world, magnificent soloists and waltzes you will never tire of watching.

After breakfast at the hotel, we begin our journey to Prague. Along the way, we will visit Dresden and take a panoramic tour of this elegant city, known as the “Florence of the Elbe” for its Baroque architecture, art galleries, and location on the banks of the Elbe River. The main sights to be seen from the outside during our tour include the Zwinger Palace, the Semper Opera House, the Catholic Court Church, and the Frauenkirche, which was rebuilt after World War II. After learning about the city from our guide, we will enjoy views of the Elbe River from Brühl’s Terrace and have a short amount of free time in the city center. During the city tour, we will first see the Charles Bridge over the Vltava River and take a short walk across this structure, which captivates visitors with its Gothic and Baroque architecture. We will then proceed to the Old Town Square, where we will receive information about landmarks such as the Astronomical Clock, the Church of Our Lady before Týn, and the Jan Hus Monument. We will also see important sights such as Wenceslas Square, Republic Square, the Municipal House, and the Jewish Quarter panoramically. After the tour, we will be transferred to our hotel. Prague – Karlovy Vary – Prague
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for our Karlovy Vary tour. Once a favorite destination of European high society and statesmen in the 17th and 18th centuries, Karlovy Vary offers a unique natural setting where we will see dozens of magnificent palaces built side by side, the hotel where Atatürk stayed in 1918, and the homes of Dvořák, Mozart, Goethe, Beethoven, Tsar Peter the Great of Russia, and Pushkin. We will then visit the thermal galleries where 12 different springs emerge. Following our visit to Karlovy Vary, we depart for a visit to Prague Castle. Located on the city’s most prominent hill, west of the Vltava River, this historic castle has been the center of the city’s administration for more than 1,000 years and is listed in the Guinness World Records as the “Oldest Castle and Largest Castle Complex in the World.” This will be an excellent opportunity to explore it on foot.
