PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT

This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.

HEALTH

There is no vaccination requirement for entry into Germany. We do not think there will be any health-threatening issues with meals taken at good restaurants and hotels in the region. However, when you are not with the group, we recommend that you be careful about food and drink, definitely consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk and dairy products, eat meat and fish products that you are sure are well cooked, and for fruit, eat fruits that can be peeled, such as bananas and pineapples.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES

Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we receive service from with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not reached, the excursions may not take place, or the prices, content, and vehicles used for the optional tour/activity may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide depending on the opening/closing status of museums, ruins, or venues at the places to be visited, and according to weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances farther than the stated km. 

Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since the extra beds are folding beds and coach beds, participants are deemed to have accepted the possible congestion in the rooms and the bed type in 3rd person and/or child reservations. 

Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section. 

Breakfasts taken at the hotel among the services included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country where you are, and generally with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.

CURRENCY

The European currency is Euro (EUR). It is advisable to have Euro (EUR) with you.

TIME ZONE

Germany, Luxembourg, France, Belgium and the Netherlands are 1 hour behind Turkey during daylight saving time and 2 hours behind during winter time.

For example, when it is 18:30 in Turkey in summer, it is 17:30 in the relevant countries.

CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS

If you are going in the summer season, we recommend that you bring t-shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a thin jacket and a thin sweater for the evenings. In addition, you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards. In the winter period, we recommend clothes that allow you to move comfortably and keep you warm.

FOOD CULTURE

When German food culture is mentioned, cakes, potatoes and of course beer come to mind first. In this culture, which has a wide variety of meat and vegetable dishes, there is also a great variety of beer and wine. 

French cuisine, whose roots date back to the Middle Ages, has a rich culture. Famous for its renowned wines and a wide variety of cheeses, French cuisine is known worldwide, and is recognized for meat dishes cooked with different sauces and delicacies such as the famous desserts crème brûlée, macaron, and soufflé. 

Belgian cuisine combines German and French cuisines with its traditions. 

Dutch cuisine is not a very rich cuisine, but its cheeses are worth trying. The other flavors are generally fast-food style.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for visa-required destinations/passports) does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed. The passport police have the authority to deny you entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.  

The agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or the times may change before the current tour and flight. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children between 0-2 years of age do not pay airport tax and airport service fees. 

The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide narration and not including museum or site entrance fees. The agency is not responsible if the panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, cannot be carried out on the day and time of the tour due to roads closed by local authorities, roads that are not allowed to be visited or entered for any event, or if the tour cannot take place due to weather conditions. Some tours may be carried out by public transportation or on foot, within possibilities, at points where roads are closed or vehicle access is not allowed.

Tour Program
Istanbul - Düsseldorf - Amsterdam
After meeting with your guide at Istanbul Airport International Terminal, we complete your baggage and ticket procedures at the Turkish Airlines counter and depart for Düsseldorf on a scheduled Turkish Airlines flight. Upon arrival, we will take a panoramic Düsseldorf city tour, during which we will see the world-famous shopping street Königsallee, MedienHafen, notable for its modern architecture, and Rheinturm, one of the city’s landmarks. In addition, a short walk around Altstadt (Old Town) and the Rathaus area will give you the opportunity to get acquainted with the city’s historical texture. After the tour, we will depart for Amsterdam. Upon arrival in Amsterdam, during our panoramic city tour, we will see Dam Square, the city’s historical and social heart, a central meeting point surrounded by palaces and monuments; the National Monument, built in memory of those who lost their lives in World War II; the magnificent Royal Palace, originally built as the city hall and now used for royal ceremonies; and the Central Station, which stands out with its Neo-Renaissance architecture and connects the city to many points across the Netherlands and Europe. After the tour, you will have free time, and then we will transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Amsterdam
After breakfast at our hotel, we depart for the Marken & Zaanse Schans & Volendam tour. In Marken, you can observe the lives of fishermen in their charming little houses. After having the chance to see and take photos of Zaanse Schans, a magical town with windmills, we head to Volendam, a lovely seaside town. You will not get enough of the time you spend in the harbor area of Volendam, an old fishing village that inspired the song “Those who want to see the true beauty of Holland should go to Volendam.” After the tour, we transfer to our hotel. Amsterdam - Bruges - Brussels
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart to visit Bruges. Known as the “Venice of Belgium” thanks to its houses built over water and its streets formed by canals, the city’s historical fabric and medieval architecture have preserved their integrity to the present day, almost by chance, as it was not damaged during World War II. The single-story, colorful, cake-like houses that appear in the city square, along with churches, statues, and the cobblestone medieval streets, will draw us into a fairy-tale atmosphere. Afterwards, we transfer to Brussels and enjoy a panoramic city tour. Brussels, the capital of Belgium, is also home to many institutions related to the European Union and NATO. In this city, which has succeeded in preserving many historical monuments throughout history, our tour includes a panoramic visit to Grand Place, one of Europe’s most famous and lively squares, as well as many other historic sites and streets renowned for their Gothic architectural texture. After our Brussels tour, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Brussels - Paris
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Paris. Upon our arrival in Paris, we will take a panoramic city tour of Paris. During our panoramic tour, we will see the Opera House and Square, famous for its magnificent Haussmann-era architecture, which represents the cultural elegance of Paris; Tuileries Garden, one of Paris’s most famous historic gardens with its orderly landscape dating back to the royal period; Concorde Square, one of the largest squares in the city; Champs-Élysées, the world-famous shopping avenue; the Arc de Triomphe, built by Napoleon and a symbol of French victories and national pride; the Eiffel Tower, the symbol of Paris; the Military Museum, which showcases French military history with rich collections; the Parliament building, notable for its Neoclassical architecture; the Tomb of Napoleon, the French Emperor; the Louvre Palace and Museum, one of the most important art museums, located within an old royal palace; the National Assembly building, a structure distinguished by its columns; Madeleine Church, one of the most characteristic churches in Paris; Grand Palais, with its glass-and-iron dome hosting exhibitions and art events; Petit Palais, known for its fine arts collections; Comédie-Française, France’s oldest national theater; Chaillot Palace, overlooking the Seine and the Eiffel Tower; Vendôme Square, with its luxury hotels and jewelry boutiques; and Trocadéro Square, one of Paris’s most popular photo spots. Paris
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for the Paris Dream Tour (Paris Icons & Montmartre Hill). We are setting off for our Paris Dream Tour. On this excursion, we will pass through the lively Pigalle District, one of the most interesting areas of the city, and then ascend Montmartre Hill, known as the Artists’ Hill, where bohemian life still continues today. After seeing the Sacré-Cœur (Basilica of the Sacred Heart), there will be free time at Place du Tertre for you to have your portrait drawn and take photos. Following the Montmartre Hill tour, with the Paris Icons excursion, we visit the Eiffel Tower, the symbol of both Paris and France, to enjoy the city’s breathtaking views. During the photo stop, guests who wish may purchase tickets to go up the tower. After the free time, we transfer back to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Paris
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for the St. Germain tour and outlet. We experience St. Germain, which is famous for its jazz music and cafés and where many thinkers and philosophers such as philosopher Jean-Paul Sartre and writer Simone de Beauvoir lived. We will take a walking tour where we will see Luxembourg Gardens, the Pantheon, St. Michel, and then panoramic views of Notre Dame Cathedral and Sorbonne University. At the end of the tour, we offer free time for enjoyable shopping at Paris’s famous outlet shopping center. After the excursion, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Paris - Reims - Luxembourg
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Reims, considered the capital of France’s Champagne region. Upon arrival, during our free time, you may explore the city’s historical texture, shop in the area where the champagne cellars are located, and those who wish may enjoy a tasting of famous French champagnes. Reims is also home to the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Notre-Dame Cathedral, where the coronation ceremonies of the kings of France were held. After free time, we continue our journey to Luxembourg. Upon arrival in Luxembourg, we will take a panoramic city tour. During our tour, you will have the opportunity to see the historic Petrus Valley surrounded by ancient walls, the old town center, its narrow streets dating back to the Middle Ages, elegant buildings, the city cathedral blending Gothic and Renaissance influences, and the Ducal Palace, one of the city’s iconic structures. After the tour, transfer to the hotel and free time for relaxation. Overnight at our hotel.
Luxembourg - Cologne - Istanbul
After breakfast at our hotel, we depart for the city of Cologne. Upon arrival in this charming small city, which experienced its most prosperous period in the 16th century, we will take a panoramic city tour. During our panoramic tour, the places to be seen include Cologne Cathedral, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the banks of the Rhine River, and Hohenzollern Bridge. During the short free time we will have on the banks of the Rhine, you can feel the atmosphere of the city and take photos. Afterwards, we transfer to Cologne Airport at the time indicated by your guide. Following baggage, ticket, and customs procedures, we fly to Istanbul on Turkish Airlines’ scheduled service. With our arrival, our tour and services come to an end.
