PARTICIPATION CONDITION

This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people.  If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.

 

In destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will provide to you for the visa application.

 

In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports must be renewed and, if the country applies a visa to T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.

 

Since our guests under the age of 18 traveling alone or with only one of their parents may be asked for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents by the police officer on duty at the country entry-exit points, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents be sensitive on this matter.

 

HEALTH

There is no vaccination requirement at the entrance to Luxembourg. We do not think that there will be any health-threatening problems with meals taken at the region's good restaurants and hotels. However, when you are not with the group, we recommend that you be careful about food and drink, definitely consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk and dairy products, consume meat and fish products that you are sure are well cooked, and eat fruits with peel such as bananas and pineapples.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES

Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency from which we receive service with a minimum participation of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the sufficient number is not reached, excursions cannot be carried out or the prices, content, and vehicle to be used for optional tours/activities may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums, archaeological sites or venues in the places to be visited and according to weather conditions.

 

ACCOMMODATION

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at a distance greater than the specified km.

 

Triple rooms are provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed provided to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding beds and coach beds, participants are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible tightness in the rooms and the bed type in 3rd person and/or child reservations.

 

Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section.

 

Breakfasts included in the hotel services in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country and usually with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.

 

CURRENCY

The European currency is Euro (EUR).

It is useful to have Euro (EUR) with you.

 

TIME ZONE

Germany, Luxembourg, France, Belgium and the Netherlands are 1 hour behind Turkey in summer time and 2 hours behind in winter time.

For example, when it is 18:30 in Turkey in summer, it is 17:30 in Germany.

 

PHONE USE

It can be used if your mobile phone line is open for international calls (roaming).

 

CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS

If you are going in the summer season, we recommend that you bring t-shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton pants, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket and a light sweater for the evenings. In addition; you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, video camera and their chargers and spare memory cards. In the winter period, we recommend clothes that allow you to move comfortably and keep you warm.

 

FOOD CULTURE

When German culinary culture is mentioned, the first things that come to mind are cakes, potatoes and of course beer. In this culture, which has a wide variety of meat and vegetable dishes, there is also a great variety of beer and wine.

 

French cuisine, whose roots go back to the Middle Ages, has a rich culture. French cuisine, which is renowned worldwide for its famous local drinks and various cheeses, is known for meat dishes cooked with different sauces and famous desserts such as crème brûlée, macaron and soufflé.

 

Belgian cuisine combines the traditions of German and French cuisine.

 

Although Dutch cuisine is not a very rich cuisine, its cheeses are worth trying. The other flavors are generally fast-food style.

Electrical outlets are the same as in Turkey.

 

SHOPPING

There are shopping opportunities in shopping centers located in city centers and at small stalls selling souvenirs.

 

IMPORTANT NOTES

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for destinations/passports requiring a visa) does not mean that entry into the country will be allowed. The passport police have the authority to refuse you entry into the country. Bin Rota is not responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the passenger.

 

BinRota is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or the hours may change before the current trip and flight. BinRota is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees

 

Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities and carried out panoramically with guidance from the vehicle, lasting at most 2-3 hours and not including museum or archaeological site entries. Bin Rota is not responsible for the inability to carry out the mentioned tours in the event that panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, are not permitted to be visited or entered by local authorities on the day and time corresponding to the tour, or if they cannot be carried out due to closed roads due to any event, or when the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may, where possible, be carried out by public transport or on foot in areas with closed roads or where vehicle entry is not permitted.

Tour Program
Istanbul – Luxembourg
After meeting your guide at the New Airport International Terminal, and completing your baggage and ticket procedures at the Turkish Airlines counter, we depart for Luxembourg on a scheduled Turkish Airlines flight. Upon arrival, we will take a panoramic city tour of Luxembourg. During our tour, you will have the opportunity to see Petrus Valley, the old town center and its narrow streets, the city cathedral, and the Ducal Palace. Afterwards, we set off for our Remich & Schengen tour. We begin with a tour of Schengen, located in the middle of Luxembourg, Germany, and France. In the Schengen area, where the free movement agreement was signed by European Union countries, you can take souvenir photos in front of the building and monument. Later, we arrive in the Remich region amid vineyards. Due to Luxembourg’s low-tax policies, the Remich region offers the chance to enjoy shopping in this charming and peaceful town. After our Remich & Schengen tour, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Luxembourg – Reims – Paris
After having breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Reims. Upon arrival, we will enjoy a panoramic city tour of Reims. We will have the opportunity to discover the city’s historic atmosphere by seeing the magnificent Notre-Dame de Reims Cathedral, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List, and its surroundings. During the short free time we will have, you may stroll around the cathedral square and enjoy time at nearby cafés and boutique shops. After our Reims tour, we board our transfer vehicle and continue to Paris. Upon arrival in Paris, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Paris
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for a panoramic tour of Paris. During our panoramic tour, we will see the Opera Square and Opera House, Tuileries Gardens, Concorde Square, the world-famous shopping avenue Champs-Élysées, the Arc de Triomphe, the Eiffel Tower, the Military Museum, the Parliament building, Napoleon’s Tomb, the Louvre Palace and Museum, the National Assembly building, Madeleine Church, Grand Palais, Petit Palais, Comédie-Française, Chaillot Palace, and Vendôme and Trocadéro Squares. We then depart for the Paris Dream Tour (Paris Icons & Montmartre Hill). For our Paris Dream tour, we set off again. On this excursion, we pass through the lively Pigalle district, one of the city’s most interesting centers, and head up to Montmartre Hill, known as the Artists’ Hill, where bohemian life still continues today. After seeing the Sacré-Cœur (Basilica of the Sacred Heart) here, you will have free time in the Artists’ Square for a portrait drawing and photos. After the Montmartre Hill tour, we visit the Eiffel Tower, the symbol of Paris as well as France, to enjoy the city’s breathtaking view as part of the Paris Icons tour. During the photo stop, guests who wish may purchase tickets and go up the tower. After our free time, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Paris
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for the St. Germain tour and the outlet. We experience St. Germain, famous for its jazz music and cafés, where many thinkers and philosophers such as the philosopher Jean-Paul Sartre and writer Simone de Beauvoir lived. We will take a walking tour during which we will see the Luxembourg Gardens, the Pantheon, St. Michel, and then panoramic views of Notre Dame Cathedral and Sorbonne University. At the end of the tour, we provide free time for enjoyable shopping at Paris’s famous outlet shopping center. At the end of the excursion, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Paris – Bruges – Brussels
After breakfast at the hotel, we set off for a Bruges excursion. Known as the “Venice of Belgium” thanks to its houses built over the water and its streets made up of canals, the city’s historic fabric and medieval architecture have preserved their integrity to this day, as it miraculously escaped damage during World War II. In the city square, the single-story, colorful-roofed houses that resemble cakes, along with churches, statues, and cobblestone medieval streets, will draw us into a fairy-tale atmosphere. Afterwards, we transfer to Brussels and take our panoramic city tour. Brussels, the capital of Belgium, is also home to many institutions related to the European Union and NATO. On our tour of this city, which has successfully preserved many historical works throughout history, we will carry out a panoramic city tour of Grand Place, one of Europe’s most famous and lively squares, as well as many historical sites and streets renowned for their Gothic-style historical and architectural character. After our Brussels tour, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Brussels – Amsterdam
After breakfast at our hotel, we depart for Amsterdam. On our panoramic city tour of Amsterdam, we will see Dam Square, the Royal Palace, the National Monument, and Central Station. Guests who wish may visit the Flower Market and the Red Light District during their free time. During the free time provided, you can enjoy the city and take plenty of photos. Afterwards, we will make a short photo stop at Museum Square and then transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Amsterdam
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for the Marken & Zaanse Schans & Volendam tour. In Marken, you can observe the lives of fishermen in charming little houses. After having the opportunity to see and take photos of Zaanse Schans, a magical town with windmills, we head to Volendam, a charming seaside town. You will never tire of spending time in the harbor area of Volendam, an old fishing village that inspired the song “If you want to see the true beauty of Holland, you should go to Volendam.” After the tour, we transfer to our hotel. Then we give free time. Overnight at our hotel.
Amsterdam – Cologne – Istanbul
After breakfast at our hotel, we depart for Cologne. Upon arrival in this charming small city, which experienced its most prosperous period in the 16th century, we will take our panoramic city tour. Afterwards, at the time specified by your guide, we transfer to Cologne Airport. After baggage, ticket, and customs procedures, we fly to Istanbul on a scheduled Turkish Airlines flight. With our arrival, our tour and services come to an end.
