Participation Requirement
This trip is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

You are required to have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.
For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will provide to you. In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa to T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger. Since there is a possibility that our guests under the age of 18 may be asked for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents by the police officer on duty at country entry and exit when traveling alone or with only one of their parents, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents be sensitive about this matter.
Optional Tours & Activities
Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we work with with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not reached, the trips cannot be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicle used for the optional tour/activity may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide depending on the open/closed status of museums, ruins, or venues at the places to be visited and on weather conditions.
Accommodation
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated km.3-person rooms may be allocated depending on hotel availability, and the bed provided for the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldaway beds and coach beds, participants making 3rd-person and/or child reservations are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the type of bed. Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group stated in the pricing section. Breakfasts taken at the hotel among the services included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country in question and generally with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.

Time Zone
There is a +4 hour difference between Bangkok and Turkey. In Turkey, it is 16:00 in Bangkok
Phone Usage
It can be used if your mobile phone line is open for international calls (roaming). Communication may be difficult in some areas
Clothing and Necessary Items
We recommend bringing T-shirts that can be put on and taken off easily, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, and a light jacket for the evenings. In addition, you may bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards.
Food Culture
Chicken and seafood are quite common in Southeast Asia. Region-specific spices are used in meals.
Electricity
Although electricity is 230 volts, 220 volts is used in the hotels where you will stay. The sockets are Type A double and Type B triple sockets. Shopping
In addition to souvenirs, it is possible to find handicrafts specific to the country you are visiting and natural food and beverage items.
Important Notes
Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for destinations/passports requiring a visa) does not mean that entry into the country will be allowed. The passport police have the authority to deny you entry into the country. Bin Rota is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger. BinRota is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. Delays may occur on scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the current trip and flight. BinRota is obliged to inform these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fee. Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of cities, carried out panoramically with guide narration from inside the vehicle, and lasting at most 2-3 hours without museum or archaeological site entries. Bin Rota is not responsible if panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot be carried out on the day and time of the tour due to roads closed by local authorities, areas not permitted for visits or entry, or when the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be carried out by public transportation or on foot where possible at points where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted.
