The Bali Government will apply a Tourist Tax to foreign tourists traveling by air, sea, and land. The tax will need to be paid electronically and will not apply to domestic Indonesian tourists. A tourism tax of 150,000 IDR (10 USD) will be charged from all foreign visitors.

1- Our travelers will be able to fill in the data and pay the fee by logging into the Love Bali application via the website https://lovebali.baliprov.go.id or mobile before arriving at the Bali arrival gate.

2- The payment methods to be used must be credit card, bank transfer, virtual account, and QRIS.

3- If payment cannot be made through the Love Bali application, foreign tourists will be required to make cashless payments at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) payment points at the airport.

4- When the transaction is successful, our foreign tourist travelers will receive a notification that the fee has been paid. After payment is completed, our travelers will be able to enter the country.

 

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT 

This trip is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people.  If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years. 

For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will forward to you for the visa application. 

To avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa to T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.  

Since our guests under 18 may be asked for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents by the police officer on duty at country entry and exit when traveling alone or with only one of their parents; we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents be sensitive about this issue.

HEALTH

For entry into Indonesia, any Covid vaccinations must be complete. A negative PCR test is required 48 hours before the flight and again upon arrival in the country and on the 3rd day. We do not think there will be any issue with the food served that will negatively affect your health. We recommend that you do not drink tap water.

EXTRA TOURS & ACTIVITIES

Extra tours and activities are organized by the local agency from which we receive service, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If sufficient numbers are not achieved, trips may not be carried out, or extra tour/activity prices, content, and the vehicle used may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of extra tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to the open/closed status of museums, ruins, or venues at the places to be visited and depending on weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION   

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at a distance greater than the specified km. 

Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability, and the bed provided for the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are made up of folding beds and beds called coach beds, participants are deemed to have accepted the possible crowding in the rooms and the bed type in 3rd person and/or child reservations. 

Child discounts are valid for one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section. 

Breakfasts taken at the hotel among the services included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country and usually with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served for groups in a separate hall allocated to the group.

CURRENCY    

The currency of Indonesia (IDR) is the Indonesian Rupiah. It is useful to have US Dollars (USD) with you.

TIME ZONE     

There is a + time difference between Indonesia and Türkiye. While it is 12:00 in Türkiye, it is 16:00 in all three countries

PHONE USE    

It can be used if your mobile phone line is open to international calls (roaming). Communication may be difficult in some areas.

CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS  

We recommend bringing T-shirts, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, and a light jacket for the evenings that can be easily put on and taken off. In addition, you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera, their chargers, and spare memory cards.

FOOD CULTURE           

In Southeast Asia, chicken and seafood are quite common. Local spices are used in dishes.

SHOPPING          

In addition to souvenirs, you may find local handicrafts and natural food and beverage products specific to the country you visit.

IMPORTANT NOTES            

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for visa-required destination/passport) does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed. The passport police have the authority to refuse you entry. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger. 

The agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the current trip and flight. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees. 

Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities and conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide commentary, lasting at most 2-3 hours and not including museum or site entrance fees. The agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, if they cannot be conducted on the day and time of the tour because they are not permitted to be visited or entered by local authorities, or due to closed roads caused by any event, or if the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted, within possibilities.

Tour Program
Istanbul - Kuala Lumpur
We meet at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen International Departures Terminal, and after ticketing, baggage, and boarding procedures, our scheduled AirAsia flight via Kuala Lumpur to Bali begins. We welcome the new day aboard the plane.
Kuala Lumpur - Bali - Ubud
Upon arrival at Kuala Lumpur Airport and after a short wait, we take our seats on the flight to Bali. After arriving in Bali, we meet our guide and transfer to Ubud with our private vehicle waiting for us. After a panoramic city tour, we check into our hotel. Afterwards, we take part in a 1-hour Bali massage. At the end of the massage, we return to the hotel and stay overnight at our Ubud hotel.

After breakfast at our hotel, we join a full-day Bali Highlights Tour with lunch included (Coffee Plantation / Rice Terraces & Kintamani Volcano - Holy Water Purification Temple). We visit a Coffee Plantation where we can taste Bali’s famous Luwak coffee and fruit teas. Afterwards, we stop for photos at Tegallalang Rice Terraces, one of the island’s landmarks. Following lunch with a view of Kintamani Volcano and Lake Batur, we head to Tirta Empul, the holy water purification temple. Tirta Empul is a place of purification for Balinese Hindus. They come here to bathe in the sacred spring water and to visit the large Hindu shrines in the water temple. At the end of the tour, we transfer back to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Ubud - Bali
After breakfast, we will check out of our rooms and head to our hotel in Bali. Then we will join the “Ubud Highlights (Kanto Lampa Waterfall - Monkey Forest - Taman Dedari - Saraswati Temple - Ubud Palace + Ubud Market)” tour with lunch included. We start the day at Kanto Lampa Waterfall, where we will take a photo break and enjoy the waterfall, then head to the Monkey Forest. In the continuation of the tour, we observe the natural life of Ubud Monkey Forest. Afterwards, we have lunch at Taman Dedari. After lunch, we get to know Bali’s craftsmanship and daily culture at the Ubud Royal Palace and the colorful Art Market right across from it. At the end of the tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Indonesia
After breakfast at our hotel, we join a lunch-inclusive tour of the Lempuyang Temple (Gates of Heaven) and Tirta Gangga. We begin by visiting the iconic Lempuyang Temple, home to the famous “Gates of Heaven” surrounding Mount Agung. Then we continue to the tranquil Tirta Gangga Water Palace, known for its elegant pools and lush gardens. At midday, we enjoy a Balinese lunch at a local restaurant, and afterward we explore the peaceful Taman Ujung Water Palace, an old royal retreat surrounded by ponds and bridges. This tour perfectly combines spiritual beauty, royal heritage, and breathtaking scenery for an unforgettable cultural experience. Overnight at our hotel.
Indonesia
After breakfast, we are joining the Uluwatu Temple & Padang Padang Beach & Jimbaran Seafood Dinner Tour. In the afternoon, we depart from our hotel and arrive at Uluwatu Temple. Built on the top of a 75-meter cliff in the 11th century, this temple is one of Bali’s most important temples, where you can enjoy the magnificent view of the Indian Ocean. After our visit to the temple, we head to the small cove of Padang Padang Beach, which you may remember from the movie Eat Pray Love, for a swimming and relaxation break where you can enjoy the Indian Ocean. We end the day with a seafood dinner at restaurants with tables lined up along the beach in Jimbaran at sunset. After enjoying the sunset and the breathtaking natural scenery, we return to our hotel to rest. Our guides who will be with you during the day will assist you with any requests you may have. Overnight at our hotel.
Bali - Kuala Lumpur
After breakfast at our hotel, we check out and transfer by private vehicle to the airport for our flight to Kuala Lumpur. Upon arrival, we will take our private vehicle waiting at the airport for our Kuala Lumpur city tour. During the city tour, the places to be seen panoramically include Independence Square, the Sultan Abdul Samad Building, the Royal Palace, the National Museum, the Parliament, the National Monument, the National Mosque, and the Railway Station. After the tour, we join the Batu Caves tour. This Hindu sacred cave temple is also considered the largest cave temple in the world. In front of the cave, the giant statue of the Hindu deity Lord Murugan greets us. Then, accompanied by monkeys, we will climb the 272 steep steps. At the end of the climb, we will find ourselves inside a deep and large cave. After exploring this fascinating cave temple, we will also be able to see the Petronas Twin Towers, the silhouette of Kuala Lumpur, from here.
Kuala Lumpur - Istanbul
According to the meeting time determined by our guide, we transfer to the airport for our return flight. After completing our ticketing and baggage procedures, we take our seats on the flight and our journey begins. Arrival at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport and the end of our tour.
