Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.

Since our guests under 18 may be asked for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents by the police officer on duty at the country entry-exit points when traveling alone or with only one of their parents, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents be sensitive about this issue.

HEALTH

There is no vaccination requirement for entry into Europe. We do not think there will be any issue that would threaten your health with meals taken at good restaurants and hotels in the region. However, when you are not with the group, we recommend that you be careful about what you eat and drink, definitely consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk and dairy products, eat meat and fish products that you are sure are well cooked, and for fruit, eat fruits that can be peeled such as bananas and pineapples.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES

Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we receive service from with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the sufficient number is not reached, the excursions cannot be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicle used for optional tours/activities may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide depending on whether the museums, ruins, or venues in the places to be visited are open/closed and according to weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated km.

Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are pull-out beds and so-called coach beds, participants making 3rd person and/or child reservations are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible tightness in the rooms and the type of bed.

Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section.

Breakfasts included in the tour program and taken at the hotel are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country being visited and generally with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.

CURRENCY

The European currency is Euro (EUR).

It is useful to have Euro (EUR) with you.

TIME ZONE

The Netherlands is 2 hours behind Turkey in daylight saving time and 1 hour behind in winter time.

For example, when it is 18:30 in Turkey in summer, it is 16:30 in the Netherlands.

In winter, when it is 18:30 in Turkey, it is 17:30 in the Netherlands.

PHONE USAGE

Your mobile phone line can be used if it is open to international calls (roaming).

CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS

If traveling in the summer season, we recommend bringing easy-to-put-on and easy-to-take-off t-shirts, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket for the evenings, and a light sweater. In addition, you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards. In the winter period, we recommend clothing that allows comfortable movement and keeps you warm.

SHOPPING

Shopping opportunities are available in shopping centers located in city centers and from small stalls selling souvenirs.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for a visa-required destination/passport) does not mean that entry into the country will be granted. The passport police have the authority to refuse you entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.

The agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. On scheduled and special flights, there may be a risk of delay or times may change before the existing trip and flight. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport services fee

The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide narration and not including museum or archaeological site entrance fees. The agency is not responsible for the failure to carry out panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, if on the day and time corresponding to the tour they are not allowed to be visited or entered by local authorities, or if they cannot take place due to closed roads because of any event, and likewise in situations where the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. Tour Program
Istanbul - Amsterdam
After meeting your guide at Istanbul Airport International Terminal, you will complete your baggage and ticket procedures at the Turkish Airlines counter and then depart for Amsterdam on a scheduled Turkish Airlines flight. Upon arrival, we will proceed with a panoramic Amsterdam city tour, during which Dam Square, the Royal Palace, the National Monument, and Central Station will be among the sights to be seen. Guests who wish may visit the Flower Market and the Red Light District during their free time. Afterwards, we will make a short photo stop at Museum Square. We then transfer to our hotel and provide free time afterward. Accommodation will be at our hotel in Amsterdam.
Amsterdam
We start the day with breakfast at our hotel. Then we depart for the Marken & Zaanse Schans & Volendam tour. In Marken, you can observe the lives of fishermen in their charming little houses. After having the opportunity to see and take photos of Zaanse Schans, a magical town with windmills, we head to Volendam, a lovely coastal town. You will not want to leave the harbor area of Volendam, an old fishing village that inspired the song “Those who want to see the true beauty of the Netherlands should go to Volendam.” After the tour, we transfer to our hotel. Then we provide free time. Accommodation will be at our hotel in Amsterdam.
Amsterdam - Bruges - Amsterdam
After breakfast at our hotel, we head to Bruges. Known as the “Venice of Belgium” because of its houses in the water and streets made up of canals, the city’s historic fabric and medieval architecture have been preserved intact to this day, as it was fortunately not damaged during World War II. The single-story, almost cake-like houses with colorful roofs, churches, statues, and cobblestone medieval streets that appear in the city square will draw us into a fairytale. Free time will be given so you can further explore this magical city, after which we will transfer to our hotel. Accommodation will be at our hotel in Amsterdam.
Amsterdam - Istanbul
After breakfast at our hotel, you will have free time. Then, at the time specified by our guide, we head to the airport. Upon arrival at the airport, after baggage, ticket, and customs procedures, we take a Turkish Airlines scheduled flight to Istanbul. With our arrival, our tour and services come to an end.
