PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT
This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the latest cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour starts. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

HEALTH
There is no vaccination requirement for entry into Germany. We do not think there will be any issue that would threaten your health regarding meals taken at good restaurants and hotels in the region. However, when you are not with the group, we recommend that you be careful about food and drink, definitely consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk and dairy products, and eat meat and fish products that you are sure are well cooked, and for fruit, eat fruits that can be peeled, such as bananas and pineapples.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES
Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we receive service from with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and there is no obligation to join. If the required number is not reached, the excursions may not take place, or the prices, content, and vehicle to be used for the optional tour/activity may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums, archaeological sites, or venues in the places to be visited, and according to weather conditions.
ACCOMMODATION
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the stated km distances.
Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and in such rooms, the bed offered to the 3rd person may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable beds or coach beds, participants making reservations for a 3rd person and/or a child are deemed to have accepted the possible congestion in the rooms and the type of bed.
Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section.
Breakfasts included among the services in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country you are in and generally as a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.
CURRENCY
The European currency is Euro (EUR). It is useful to have Euro (EUR) with you.
TIME ZONE
Germany, Luxembourg, France, Belgium and the Netherlands are 1 hour behind Turkey in summer time and 2 hours behind in winter time.
For example, when it is 18:30 in Turkey in summer, it is 17:30 in the relevant countries.
CLOTHING AND ESSENTIAL ITEMS
If you are going in the summer season, we recommend taking t-shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket for the evenings, and a thin sweater. In addition, you may bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards. In the winter period, we recommend clothing that allows you to move comfortably and keep warm.
FOOD CULTURE
When German food culture is mentioned, the first things that come to mind are cakes, potatoes, and of course beer. In this culture, which has a wide variety of meat and vegetables, there is also a very wide variety of beer and wine.
French cuisine, whose roots go back to the Middle Ages, has a rich culture. Famous for its renowned wines and various cheeses, French cuisine is known worldwide for meat dishes cooked with different sauces and for delicacies such as the famous desserts crème brûlée, macaron, and soufflé.
Belgian cuisine combines German and French cuisines with its traditions.
Dutch cuisine is not a very rich cuisine, but its cheeses are worth trying. Other delicacies are generally fast-food style.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for a destination/passport requiring a visa) does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed. The passport police have the authority not to let you into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.
The agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or the times before the current excursion and flight may change. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children between 0-2 years of age do not pay airport tax and airport service fees.
The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of up to 2-3 hours, organized for the general introduction of the cities and carried out panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide narration, and do not include museum or archaeological site entrances. In the event that the panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, cannot be carried out because the places are not permitted to be visited or entered by local authorities on the day and time coinciding with the tour, or due to closed roads because of any event, or when the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions, the agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out the said tours. Some tours may be carried out by public transportation or on foot, within possibilities, at points where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not permitted.
