IMPORTANT NOTES
• If passports and required documents are submitted completely, the AGENCY will assist with visa applications. For international trips, a passport valid for at least 6 months is mandatory.
• The AGENCY is not responsible for any problems arising from the late or incomplete submission of required documents for visas.
• Having obtained a visa does not guarantee entry into that country. Passport police have the authority to deny entry. In such cases, responsibility lies with the traveler.
• In hotels with triple rooms, an extra bed may be smaller than standard beds. Some hotels do not offer a third bed. The AGENCY will inform guests during sales for packages working with such hotels.
• Child prices are valid only if children stay in the same room and cabin as their parents as the 3rd and 4th person. For the 0-2 years age application, the child must not have turned 2 years old on the tour return date; for the 3-12 years age application, the child must not have turned 12 years old on the tour return date.
• Due to external reasons, the AGENCY reserves the right to make changes to the program.
• If participation is insufficient, the AGENCY will notify guests of cancellation/changes 21 days before the tour departure.
• The AGENCY acts as an intermediary between passengers and airlines and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. Flight times may change prior to departure. All times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure date. Passengers purchase the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
• Domestic low-cost flights include a 20 kg baggage allowance.
• The AGENCY reserves the right to change the hotels specified in the program, provided the category remains the same.
• Optional tours are organized based on a minimum participation requirement. If participation is insufficient, they cannot be organized. If the number of participants is insufficient, prices may be revised by the guide and a new arrangement made.
• For optional tours along the route, guests not participating will be directed by the guide to rest areas located before city entrances.
• Tours that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be carried out. The AGENCY is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
• In case of cancellation or changes, the "AGENCY SALES CONTRACT" applies.
• During the cruise, two of your evening meals are formal dinners. It is recommended that every male guest wishing to dine there has at least one suit, and female guests have at least one evening gown.
• During the cruise, the restaurants and tables where our group will have dinner are predetermined and numbered according to names. Therefore, everyone will sit at their predetermined locations from the first meal to the last meal on board.
• During check-in for the ship, every passenger (only one person per couple) must present a credit card to the ship reception or deposit cash. Cash is not used anywhere on the ship except in the casino. On board, EUR currency and credit cards are accepted. You can view all your expenses via the televisions in your cabins.
• Bringing alcohol, irons, hair dryers, etc., onto the ship is strictly prohibited.
• At the beginning of our cruise, luggage tags of specific colors will be sent to you along with your cruise ticket for all our group's luggage. These tags must be attached to your luggage at the cruise port.
• Your luggage may not arrive in your cabins until late evening on the first day of the ship's departure. This is due to congestion and crowding, which is definitely the ship's responsibility. Therefore, it is advisable to pack essential needs for the first day in a small handbag and carry them with you.
• Strict adherence to the ship's departure times is required. At ports, boarding must be completed at least 60 minutes before the ship's departure time. Otherwise, you may not be able to board. The agency will not be responsible for such situations.
• At the end of our cruise, you must collect your luggage, attach the labels previously left in your cabins, and leave them in front of your cabin doors by 00:00. After disembarkation procedures, our group will collect their luggage from the designated station. WE URGENTLY REQUEST THAT EACH GUEST PERSONALLY PICK UP AND CHECK THEIR OWN LUGGAGE.
• ALL PASSENGERS MUST CARRY THEIR ROUND-TRIP FLIGHT TICKETS AND CRUISE TICKETS WITH THEM. PASSENGERS WHO DO NOT HAVE PRINTED COPIES OF THE TICKETS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN ENTRY INTO THE COUNTRY/THE SHIP.

Day 1 ISTANBUL – BERGAMO - SAVONA
Meeting at 06:30 in front of the Pegasus Airlines counter at the Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Departures Terminal. We depart for Bergamo at 09:30 on Pegasus Airlines flight PC1211. Upon arrival at 10:20 local time, we board our waiting bus and transfer to Savona port where our ship is located. Check-in procedures and cabin assignment will follow. Our ship will depart from the port at 18:00.
Day 2 MARSEILLE
Our ship will dock at Marseille port at 08:30 in the morning. Guests who wish may join the extra "Marseille Panoramic City Tour & Aix En Provence" tour organized by our guide. During today's tour, after meeting our guide, we will first go to Aix-en-Provence, located 40 minutes from Marseille. The tour begins with the famous St. Saviour's Cathedral, dating back to the 12th century, known for its Romanesque front facade and covered arched walkway. Later, during a pleasant walk in the old part of the city, you will see the ancient caravanserais here and the Mazarino district, designed by the brother of Cardinal Mazarin in the 17th century. After a short break, we will return to Marseille, an important maritime city. Some of the places to be visited include Longchamps Fountain, Saint Charles train station, the old town, Hotel de Ville, and the marina area. After free time in the city center, we will return to our ship. At the end of the tour, we transfer to our ship. Our ship will depart from the port at 18:30 in the evening.
Day 3 BARCELONA
Our ship will dock at Barcelona port at 08:00 in the morning. Guests who wish may join the extra "Barcelona City Tour" organized by our guides. Starting our panoramic city tour in Barcelona, one of Europe's most beautiful metropolises, via our private vehicle from the port. As part of our city tour, Sagrada Familia will be among the places seen from the outside first. Afterwards, La Rambla Street, Cristoforo Colombo Monument, Maremagnum Artificial Port, Catalunya Square, Paseu de Gracia street (where Gaudi's houses have been converted into a street museum), and his masterpiece Sagrada Familia will be among the places we visit. After free time for shopping, we will return to our ship. Our ship will depart from the port at 18:00 in the evening.
Day 4 IBIZA
Our ship will dock at Ibiza port at 12:30 in the morning. Guests who wish may join the extra "Ibiza City Tour" organized by our guides. Starting our tour from the Dal't Vila district, Catedral de Santa Maria, dedicated to the Holy Virgin, will be among the places we see. Afterwards, we will visit the Paseo Vara de Rey area, which has many shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants, and then return to our ship after free time for shopping. Our ship will depart from the port at 20:00.
Day 5 AT SEA
On this day spent cruising at sea, you can spend your time enjoying the ship's open and closed pools, activities like fitness and sauna, or shopping in duty-free stores. Additionally, you may enjoy fun times at the bar with shows and music, or try your luck in the casino.
Day 6 PALERMO
Our ship will dock at Palermo port at 08:00. Guests who wish may join the extra Palermo City Tour organized by our guide. Cappella Palatina, San Giovanni Cathedral, Politeama Square, Normanni Palace, Quattro Canti Square, Via Roma, and Via Liberta streets will be among the places visited. After the tour, we return to Palermo port. Our ship will depart from the port at 16:30.
Day 7 CIVITAVECCHIA
Our ship will dock at Civitavecchia port at 08:30 in the morning. After breakfast on board, there will be free time. Guests who wish may join the 'Rome City Tour' organized by our guide. In our city tour, St. Peter's Square and Basilica (considered the center of Christianity), Castel Sant'Angelo where Cem Sultan was imprisoned, Piazza Venezia where Mussolini addressed the people, the monument to II. Vittorio Emmauele, the Colosseum which hosted gladiator fights, the Trevi Fountain made famous by the film "La Dolce Vita", the Spanish Steps consisting of 135 steps, and the Spanish Steps featuring a sunken ship fountain will be among the places visited. Free time after the tour. Then return to the ship. Our ship will depart from the port at 19:00 in the evening.
Day 8 SAVONA – BERGAMO - ISTANBUL
Our ship will dock at Savona port at 08:30. After breakfast on board, we will complete our disembarkation procedures and then board our bus. We set off towards Bergamo Airport. After our arrival, we will complete baggage and check-in procedures, and depart for Istanbul at 15:30 on Pegasus Airlines flight PC1214. Arrival in Istanbul at 20:10 local time. See you again on another enjoyable trip!
