IMPORTANT NOTES
• If passports and required documents are submitted completely, the AGENCY will assist with visa applications. For international trips, a passport valid for at least 6 months is mandatory.
• The AGENCY is not responsible for any problems arising from the late or incomplete submission of required documents for visas.
• Having obtained a visa does not guarantee entry into that country. Passport police have the authority to deny entry. In such cases, responsibility lies with the traveler.
• In hotels with triple rooms, an extra bed may be smaller than standard beds. Some hotels do not offer a third bed. The AGENCY will inform guests during sales for packages working with such hotels.
• Child prices are valid only if children stay in the same room and cabin as their parents as the 3rd and 4th person. For the 0-2 years age application, the child must not have turned 2 years old on the tour return date; for the 3-12 years age application, the child must not have turned 12 years old on the tour return date.
• Due to external reasons, the AGENCY reserves the right to make changes to the program.
• If participation is insufficient, the AGENCY will notify guests of cancellation/changes 21 days before the tour departure.
• The AGENCY acts as an intermediary between passengers and airlines and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. Flight times may change prior to departure. All times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure date. Passengers purchase the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
• Domestic low-cost flights include a 20 kg baggage allowance.
• The AGENCY reserves the right to change the hotels specified in the program, provided the category remains the same.
• Optional tours are organized based on a minimum participation requirement. If participation is insufficient, they cannot be organized. If the number of participants is insufficient, prices may be revised by the guide and a new arrangement made.
• For optional tours along the route, guests not participating will be directed by the guide to rest areas located before city entrances.
• Tours that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be carried out. The AGENCY is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
• In case of cancellation or changes, the "AGENCY SALES CONTRACT" applies.
• During the cruise, two of your evening meals are formal dinners. It is recommended that every male guest wishing to dine there has at least one suit, and female guests have at least one evening gown.
• During the cruise, the restaurants and tables where our group will have dinner are predetermined and numbered according to names. Therefore, everyone will sit at their predetermined locations from the first meal to the last meal on board.
• During check-in for the ship, every passenger (only one person per couple) must present a credit card to the ship reception or deposit cash. Cash is not used anywhere on the ship except in the casino. On board, EUR currency and credit cards are accepted. You can view all your expenses via the televisions in your cabins.
• Bringing alcohol, irons, hair dryers, etc., onto the ship is strictly prohibited.
• At the beginning of our cruise, luggage tags of specific colors will be sent to you along with your cruise ticket for all our group's luggage. These tags must be attached to your luggage at the cruise port.
• Your luggage may not arrive in your cabins until late evening on the first day of the ship's departure. This is due to congestion and crowding, which is definitely the ship's responsibility. Therefore, it is advisable to pack essential needs for the first day in a small handbag and carry them with you.
• Strict adherence to the ship's departure times is required. At ports, boarding must be completed at least 60 minutes before the ship's departure time. Otherwise, you may not be able to board. The agency will not be responsible for such situations.
• At the end of our cruise, you must collect your luggage, attach the labels previously left in your cabins, and leave them in front of your cabin doors by 00:00. After disembarkation procedures, our group will collect their luggage from the designated station. WE URGENTLY REQUEST THAT EACH GUEST PERSONALLY PICK UP AND CHECK THEIR OWN LUGGAGE.
• ALL PASSENGERS MUST CARRY THEIR ROUND-TRIP FLIGHT TICKETS AND CRUISE TICKETS WITH THEM. PASSENGERS WHO DO NOT HAVE PRINTED COPIES OF THE TICKETS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN ENTRY INTO THE COUNTRY/THE SHIP.

Day 1 ISTANBUL – MARSEILLE
Meeting at the Turkish Airlines counter in front of the Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal at 05:00. Departure to Marseille on Turkish Airlines flight TK 1365 at 07:05. After our arrival at 09:30 local time, we board our waiting bus and head towards the port of Marseille. After check-in procedures, you will have free time to settle into your cabins. Our ship departs from the port at 18:00 in the evening.
Day 2 BARCELONA
Our ship will dock at the port of Barcelona at 08:00 in the morning. Guests who wish may join the "Barcelona City Tour" organized by our guides as an extra service. With our private vehicle from the port, we begin our panoramic city tour of Barcelona, one of Europe's most beautiful metropolises. During our city tour, first we will see Sagrada Familia from outside. Then La Rambla Street, Cristoforo Colombo Monument, Maremagnum Artificial Port, Catalunya Square, Paseu de Gracia street where Gaudi's houses have been converted into a street museum, and his masterpiece Sagrada Familia are among the places we will see. Afterward, after some free time for shopping, we will return to our ship. Our ship will depart from the port at 18:00 in the evening.
Day 3 CRUISING AT SEA
On this day spent cruising at sea, you can spend your time enjoying the ship's open and closed pools, activities like fitness and sauna, or shopping in duty-free shops. Additionally, you may enjoy fun times at the bar with shows and music, or try your luck in the casino.
Day 4 CAGLIARI
Our ship will dock at the port at 07:30 in the morning. After breakfast on board, guests who wish may join the 'Cagliari City Tour' organized by our guide as an extra service. This city, the capital of Sardinia, is very prominent culturally, historically, and touristically. After our shopping break, we return to the ship. Our ship will depart from the port at 16:00 in the evening.
Day 5 NAPLES
Our ship will dock at the port at 09:00 in the morning. Afterwards, the 'Naples Panoramic City Tour & Pompeii', organized by our guide as an extra service, begins. In our city tour, Piazza del Plebiscito (the central square of Naples), the Royal Palace built in the 17th century, Castel Nuovo (New Castle), San Francesco di Paola Basilica inspired by St. Peter's Square and Pantheon in Rome, Galleria Umberto I where shops are located, San Carlo Theatre built in 1737 and listed in the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage list, and Naples Port are among the places to see. Afterwards, we continue for our Pompeii tour. Return to Naples port.. Our ship will depart from the port at 19:00.
Day 6 CIVITAVECCHIA
Our ship will dock at Civitavecchia port at 08:00 in the morning. After breakfast on board, you will have free time. Guests who wish may join the 'Rome City Tour' organized by our guide as an extra service. In our city tour, St. Peter's Square and Basilica, considered the center of Christianity, Castel Sant'Angelo where Cem Sultan was imprisoned, Venice Square where Mussolini addressed the public, and the monument of II. Vittorio Emanuele, the Colosseum which hosted gladiator fights, the Fountain of Lovers famous with the movie "La Dolce Vita", the Spanish Steps consisting of 135 steps, and the Spanish Steps featuring a sunken ship fountain are among the places to see. Free time after the tour. Afterwards, return to the ship. Our ship will depart from the port at 18:30 in the evening.
Day 7 GENOA – PORTOFINO
Our ship will dock at Genoa port at 08:30. Guests who wish may join the 'Genoa City Tour & Portofino Tour' organized by our guide as an extra service. Genoa, the capital of the Liguria region, undoubtedly deserves much more than its current popularity. The city is the birthplace of pesto sauce and Christopher Columbus, and also the driving force behind Italian football. Thanks to its rich art, music, gastronomy, architecture, and historical features, it became the European Capital of Culture in 2004. This historic city left by the Genoese will surely surprise you. After walking through magnificent mansions, streets, squares, and historical venues, we will have time for shopping. After our tour, we will move back to our ship. Our ship will depart from the port at 17:00.
Day 8 MARSEILLE – ISTANBUL
Our ship will dock at the port at 09:00 in the morning. After breakfast on board, we disembark. We will proceed to Marseille Airport with our private vehicle. After baggage and check-in procedures, we depart for Istanbul on Turkish Airlines flight TK 1368 at 19:05. Arrival in Istanbul at 23:25 local time.
