  • The flights specified in the program have been obtained from the relevant airline and the relevant cruise company. Our agency is not responsible for any changes that may occur in the schedules. Therefore, our agency reserves the right to make changes to the program due to any schedule change.
  • The operations agency reserves the right to change the flight route and flight time if deemed necessary. For example, it may change a flight route announced as Nice for a ship departing from Marseille to Marseille, or vice versa. Domestic flight tickets that guests joining the program from outside Istanbul purchase themselves are not the responsibility of the sales agency or the operations agency.
  • The operations agency reserves the right to change the content of land tours if deemed necessary.
  • For connecting flights requested during or after the reservation, the relevant airline has the right to change the connecting flight times.
  • The documents required for visa applications are provided within 48 hours. You must request your visa confirmation letters from your agency at least 2 days before your application.
  • During round-trip transfers between airports and ports and between airports and ports, guests are responsible for their own belongings. No agency representative, guide, or driver has the right to take custody of luggage, nor can they be held responsible in any way.
  • Two of the dinners you will have during the cruise are formal dinners, and every male passenger who wishes to dine there must bring at least one suit, while female passengers must bring at least one evening dress.
  • THE CRUISE COMPANY AND THE CAPTAIN RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES TO THE ROUTE AND THE TIMES AT THE PORTS BEFORE OR DURING THE TOUR.
  • During the cruise, the restaurant and tables where our group will have dinner are generally predetermined and numbered according to names, depending on the cruise company, while on some cruise companies they will be open-seating. On ships where tables are predetermined, everyone will sit at the previously assigned tables from the first evening meal through the last evening meal, while guests who wish may also have their meals at other restaurants on the ship, subject to arrangements by the ship's authorized personnel.
  • During check-in at the ship, without exception, every passenger (only 1 person in couples) must present their credit card at the ship's reception or pay a cash deposit when receiving their cabin keys. As a result of this presentation, an authorization of approximately 300 euros will be taken from each credit card. This is for the expenses you will incur on board after checking in to the ship during the voyage. You will be able to make your onboard expenses (for alcoholic drinks, soft drinks, or beverages) using the magnetic cards provided to you by the ship's reception. Cash is not accepted anywhere on the ship except at the casino. You can view all your expenses on the televisions in your rooms.
  • At the beginning of our cruise, luggage tags in specific colors for all the luggage of our group will be delivered to you along with your cruise ticket. You must attach these tags to your luggage at the cruise port.
  • Your luggage may not arrive at your cabins until late in the evening on the ship's first departure day. This is caused by the congestion and crowds and is definitely the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, it is advisable to put the essentials you will need on the first day you board the ship in a small hand bag and carry it with you.
  • The ship's departure times must be strictly observed. At ports, you must board the ship no later than 60 minutes before our ship's departure time. Otherwise, you may not be allowed to board the ship. Our agency will not be responsible for such a situation.
  • At the end of our cruise, you must pack your luggage, attach the tags that will have been left in your cabins in advance, and leave your luggage in front of your cabin doors by 00.00 the night before. After completing the disembarkation procedures, our group will collect their luggage from the station where the group's luggage is located. WE KINDLY REQUEST THAT EACH OF OUR GUESTS COLLECT THEIR OWN LUGGAGE BY TOUCHING AND CHECKING IT.
  • Travel abroad is not permitted with passports that are more than 10 years old, even if they are still valid.
  • Your passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the tour end date.
  • Your passport must not be torn or worn.
  • For each program, the relevant visa procedures are the responsibility of the sales agency and the passenger. You can learn which visa is required for the relevant tour from that tour's program.
  • ALL GUESTS MUST CARRY THEIR ROUND-TRIP AIRLINE TICKETS AND CRUISE TICKETS WITH THEM.
  • We recommend that our guests enable their mobile phones for use abroad.
  • On ships, the currency used is generally the Euro or USD, depending on the region in which the ship sails. On the first day of the cruise, you can pay a deposit to your room account in cash or by credit card at the machines on board.
  • For all programs, the minimum number of participants is 20 people (10 cabins). The operations agency reserves the right to cancel the tour one month in advance if a sufficient majority is not reached. It may offer the guest an alternative program.
  • During the tour, the ship's captain has the right to disembark guests who physically assault or insult ship employees. In such a case, no refund will be made to the passenger.
