Need to Know
  • Provided that passports and the necessary documents are submitted completely, the AGENCY will assist with obtaining visas. For international trips, a passport valid for at least 6 months is mandatory.
  • The AGENCY is not responsible for problems arising from the failure to submit the necessary documents requested for the visa on time and in full.
  • Obtaining a visa does not mean that entry into that country will be granted. Passport control officers have the authority to deny a person entry into the country. In such a case, responsibility lies with the passenger.
  • Since extra beds are provided in triple rooms at hotels, the third bed may be smaller than a standard bed. Some hotels do not provide a third bed. For packages involving such hotels, the AGENCY will inform its guests at the time of sale.
  • Child prices are valid only on the condition that the children stay in the same room and cabin as their parents, with the third and fourth persons occupying the room and cabin. Under the 0–2-year-old child policy, the child must not have turned 2 by the return date of the tour; under the 3–12-year-old child policy, the child must not have turned 12 by the return date of the tour.
  • The AGENCY reserves the right to make changes to the program due to external reasons.
  • In the event of insufficient participation in the tour, the AGENCY will notify its guests of the cancellation/change 21 days before the tour departure.
  • The AGENCY acts as an intermediary between the airline and our passengers and is subject to the 28 September 1955 Hague Protocol. Flight times may change before departure. All times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
  • There is a 20 kg baggage allowance on domestic low-cost flights.
  • The AGENCY reserves the right to change the hotels specified in the program, provided that their category remains the same.
  • Optional tours are organized subject to a minimum number of participants. They may not be organized if participation is insufficient. If the number of participants is insufficient, prices may be revised by the guide and a new arrangement may be made.
  • Guests who will not participate in optional tours to be conducted along the route will be directed by our guide to rest areas located before the city entrances.
  • Tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason during the tour will not be carried out. The AGENCY is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
  • In the event of cancellation or changes, the “AGENCY SALES AGREEMENT” shall apply.
  • Two of the dinners you will have during the cruise are formal dinners, and every male passenger wishing to dine there is advised to bring at least one suit, while female passengers are advised to bring at least one evening dress.
  • During the cruise, the restaurant and tables where our group will have dinner will have been determined in advance and numbered according to names. Therefore, from the first meal to the last meal on board, everyone will sit in the places determined in advance.
  • At check-in, without exception, every passenger (only one person in the case of couples) must present a credit card at the ship’s reception or pay a cash deposit when collecting the cabin keys. Cash is not accepted anywhere on the ship except the casino. EUR and credit cards are accepted on board. You can view all your expenditures on the televisions in your cabins.
  • It is strictly forbidden to bring alcohol, irons, hair dryers, etc. onto the ship.
  • At the beginning of our cruise, luggage tags in specific colors for all the luggage belonging to our group will be delivered to you together with your cruise ticket. You must attach these tags to your luggage at the cruise port.
  • Your luggage may not arrive at your cabins until late in the evening on the first day of the ship’s departure. This is a situation caused by the crowds and congestion and is entirely the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, on the first day when you board the ship, it is advisable to put your essential items in a small handbag and carry it with you.
  • The ship’s departure times must be strictly observed. At ports, you must board the ship no later than 60 minutes before our ship’s departure time. Otherwise, you may not be allowed to board. Our agency will not be responsible for such a situation.
  • At the end of our cruise, you must pack your luggage, attach the tags that will have been left in your cabins the night before, and leave your luggage in front of your cabin doors by 00:00. After completing the disembarkation procedures, our group will collect its luggage from the station where the group’s luggage is located. WE KINDLY AND URGENTLY REQUEST THAT EACH OF OUR GUESTS COLLECT THEIR OWN LUGGAGE BY TOUCHING AND CHECKING IT.
  • ALL GUESTS MUST CARRY THEIR ROUND-TRIP AIRLINE TICKETS AND CRUISE TICKETS WITH THEM. GUESTS WHO DO NOT PRINT OUT THEIR TICKETS ARE THEMSELVES RESPONSIBLE FOR ENTRY INTO THE COUNTRY / ONTO THE SHIP.

Day 1    ISTANBUL – BERGAMO - SAVONA
Meeting at 05:50 in front of the Pegasus Airlines counter in the international departures terminal of Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport. Departure for Bergamo at 08:50 on Pegasus Airlines flight PC 1211. After arriving at 10:30 local time, we board our waiting bus and set off for the port of Savona. Free time to settle into the cabins after check-in procedures. Our ship will depart from the port at 16:30.  

Day 2    BARCELONA
Our ship will dock at the port of Barcelona at 14:00. Guests who wish may join the “Barcelona City Tour,” organized as an optional excursion by their guides. We begin our panoramic city tour of Barcelona, one of Europe’s most beautiful metropolises, with our private vehicle from the port. During our city tour, the Sagrada Familia will first be seen from the outside. Afterwards, La Rambla, the Christopher Columbus Monument, the Maremagnum artificial harbor, Catalunya Square, Paseo de Gracia, whose houses Gaudi transformed into a street museum, and his most fundamental work, the Sagrada Familia, are among the places we will see. After free time for shopping, we will return to our ship. Our ship will depart from the port at 19:30 in the evening.

Day 3    AT SEA
On this day spent sailing at sea, you can spend your time using the ship’s indoor and outdoor pools and activities such as the fitness center and sauna, or shopping at the duty-free stores. In addition, you may wish to enjoy yourself at the bar accompanied by shows and music and try your luck at the casino. 

Day 4    CADIZ
Our ship will dock at the port at 07:30 in the morning. Guests who wish may join the “Cadiz City Tour,” organized as an optional excursion by their guides. We begin our city tour with our private vehicle from the port. It is an important city in Spain’s Andalusia Region and is home to the navy. After discovering its historical and cultural sites, we will have free time for shopping and return to our ship. Our ship will depart from the port at 17:00 in the evening.

Day 5    LISBON
Our ship will dock at the port at 10:00 in the morning. After breakfast, guests who wish may join the optional “Estoril & Cascais” excursion organized by their guides. Return to our ship after the tour. Following dinner, guests who wish may join the optional Fado Night tour organized by our guide. Overnight stay will be on board our ship. 

Day 6    LISBON
After breakfast, guests who wish may join the optional “Lisbon City Tour” organized by their guides. We begin our visit to Lisbon, one of Europe’s most colorful capitals, with the Jerónimos Monastery in the Belém district and the Belém Tower on the oceanfront. Afterwards, during our walking tour in the old city center known as Baixa, we will have the opportunity to see Praça do Comércio, the former trade square where ships from distant colonies unloaded their cargo, Rua Augusta, and Praça dos Restauradores. Our ship will depart from the port at 14:00.

Day 7    GIBRALTAR
Our ship will dock at the port at 13:00 at noon. After breakfast, guests who wish may join the optional “Gibraltar Tour” organized by their guides. During our tour, which begins after disembarking, we travel by private vehicles to the “Rock of Gibraltar,” Gibraltar’s iconic landmark, and visit St. Michael’s Cave; after this impressive natural formation filled with stalactites and stalagmites, we have the chance to observe the region’s charming Barbary macaques in their natural habitat. Afterwards, we take a photo break at a panoramic viewpoint overlooking the meeting point of the European and African continents and enjoy the unique view of the Strait of Gibraltar. After descending from the Rock, we proceed to the city center and take a short walk along Main Street. We complete our tour with shopping and a café break during free time, then return to our ship. Our ship will depart from the port at 19:00 in the evening.

Day 8    MALAGA
Our ship will dock at the port of Malaga at 08:00 in the morning. Guests who wish may join the “Malaga City Tour,” organized as an optional excursion by their guides. We set off for Malaga, a port and coastal city established on the Mediterranean coast along the “Costa del Sol.” Paseo de Parque (Park Avenue), Plaza de la Merced, the Cervantes Theatre, Puerto Marina (the Port), and La Alcazaba are among the places we will see. After free time for shopping, we will return to our ship. Our ship will depart from the port at 18:00 in the evening.

Day 9    CARTAGENA
Our ship will dock at the port of Cartagena at 08:00 in the morning. Guests who wish may join the “Cartagena City Tour,” organized as an optional excursion by their guides. On this unforgettable Cartagena city tour, we discover the epic history and views of San Felipe de Barajas Castle and tour the colorful streets of San Diego, its artisan shops, and the charm of the colonial era. After free time for shopping, we will return to our ship. Our ship will depart from the port at 18:00 in the evening.
 

Day 10    AT SEA
On this day spent sailing at sea, you can spend your time using the ship’s indoor and outdoor pools and activities such as the fitness center and sauna, or shopping at the duty-free stores. In addition, you may wish to enjoy yourself at the bar accompanied by shows and music and try your luck at the casino. 

Day 11    MARSEILLE
Our ship will dock at the port of Marseille at 09:00 in the morning. Guests who wish may join the optional “Marseille Panoramic City Tour & Aix En Provence” organized by their guides. We first begin our city tour of Marseille. Afterwards, some of the places to be seen include Longchamp Fountain, Saint Charles railway station, the old city, Hôtel de Ville, and the marina area. We will then travel to Aix-en-Provence, located 40 minutes from Marseille. We will begin with the famous St. Saviour’s Cathedral, dating from the 12th century, with its Romanesque façade and covered arched walkway. Then, during a pleasant walk through the old part of the city, you will see the ancient inns and the Mazarin district, designed in the 17th century by the brother of Cardinal Mazarin.Check-in procedures will be followed by free time to settle into the cabins. Our ship will depart from the port at 18:00 in the evening. 

Day 12    SAVONA – BERGAMO - ISTANBUL
Our ship will dock at the port of Savona at 08:30. After breakfast on board, we disembark. We depart for Bergamo in our private bus waiting at the port. After arriving at the airport and completing baggage and check-in procedures, we depart for Istanbul at 15:30 on Pegasus Airlines flight PC 1214. Arrival at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport at 20:10 local time. We look forward to meeting you on another enjoyable journey!
