IMPORTANT NOTES
• If passports and required documents are submitted completely, the AGENCY will assist with visa applications. For international trips, a passport valid for at least 6 months is mandatory.
• The AGENCY is not responsible for any problems arising from the late or incomplete submission of required documents for visas.
• Having obtained a visa does not guarantee entry into that country. Passport control officers have the authority to deny entry. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the traveler.
• In hotels with triple rooms, an extra bed may be smaller than a standard bed. Some hotels do not offer a third bed option. The AGENCY will inform guests during sales regarding packages operated with such hotels.
• Child prices are valid only if children stay in the same room and cabin as their parents as the 3rd and 4th person. For the 0-2 years age category, the child must not have turned 2 years old on the tour return date. For the 3-12 years age category, the child must not have turned 12 years old on the tour return date.
• Due to external reasons, the AGENCY reserves the right to make changes to the program.
• In case of insufficient participation, the AGENCY will notify guests of cancellation or changes 21 days before the tour departure.
• The AGENCY acts as an intermediary between passengers and airlines and is subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol dated 28.09. Flight times may change prior to departure. All times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure date. Passengers purchase the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
• Domestic low-cost flights include a 20 kg baggage allowance.
• The AGENCY reserves the right to change the hotels specified in the program, provided the category remains the same.
• Optional tours are organized subject to a minimum participation requirement. If participation is insufficient, they cannot be held. If the number of participants is insufficient, the guide may revise the price and arrange a new schedule.
• For optional tours along the route, guests who will not participate will be directed by the guide to rest areas located before city entrances.
• Tours that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be carried out. The AGENCY is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
• In case of cancellation or changes, the "AGENCY SALES CONTRACT" applies.
• During the cruise, two of your evening meals are formal dinners. It is recommended that every male guest wishing to dine there brings at least one suit, and female guests bring at least one evening gown.
• During the cruise, the restaurants and tables where our group will have dinner are predetermined and numbered according to names. Therefore, everyone will sit at their predetermined locations from the first meal to the last meal on board.
• During check-in for the ship, every passenger (only one person per couple) must present a credit card to the ship reception or deposit cash. Cash is not used anywhere on the ship except in the casino. Onboard, EUR currency and credit cards are accepted. You can view all your expenses via the televisions in your cabins.
• Bringing alcohol, irons, hair dryers, etc., onto the ship is strictly prohibited.
• At the beginning of our cruise, luggage tags of specific colors will be sent to you along with your cruise tickets for all our group's luggage. These tags must be attached to your luggage at the cruise port.
• Your luggage may not arrive in your cabins until late evening on the first day of the ship's departure. This is due to congestion and crowding, which is entirely the ship's responsibility. Therefore, it is advisable to pack essential items for your first day on board in a small handbag to carry with you.
• Strict adherence to the ship's departure times is required. At ports, boarding must be completed no later than 60 minutes before the ship's departure time. Otherwise, you may not be allowed to board. The agency will not be responsible for such situations.
• At the end of our cruise, you must collect your luggage, attach the tags previously left in your cabins, and place them outside your cabin doors by 00:00. After disembarkation procedures, our group will collect their luggage from the designated station. WE URGENTLY REQUEST THAT EACH GUEST PERSONALLY PICK UP AND CHECK THEIR OWN LUGGAGE.
• ALL PASSENGERS MUST CARRY THEIR ROUND-TRIP FLIGHT TICKETS AND CRUISE TICKETS WITH THEM. PASSENGERS WHO DO NOT HAVE PRINTED COPIES OF THEIR TICKETS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN ENTRY INTO THE COUNTRY/SHIP.

Day 1 ISTANBUL – HAMBURG - KIEL
Meeting at the Pegasus Airlines counter in front of the Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Departures Terminal at 08:00. Departure to Hamburg on Pegasus flight PC 1043 at 10:30. After our arrival at 12:45 local time, we board our waiting bus and head towards Kiel port. After check-in procedures, you will have free time to settle into your cabins. Our ship departs from the port at 19:30 in the evening.
Day 2 COPENHAGEN
Our ship will dock at the port at 10:00 in the morning. After breakfast on board, guests who wish may join the 'Copenhagen City Tour' organized by our guide as an extra activity. In our tour within Copenhagen, defined as one of the five best cities to live in the world, the first sights include the city's symbol, the 'Little Mermaid', Amalienborg Palace, and the Gefion Fountain. Free time for shopping will be given at Kongens Nytorv (King's Square), the center of Copenhagen. Our ship will depart from the port at 18:00 in the evening.

On this day spent sailing at sea, you can spend your time enjoying the ship's open and closed pools, activities like fitness and sauna, or shopping at duty-free shops. Additionally, you may enjoy fun times at the bar with shows and music or try your luck in the casino.

Day 5 LE HAVRE
Our ship docks at the port at 07:00 in the morning. After breakfast, guests who wish may join the extra "Le Havre & Paris City Tour" organized by their guide. Le Havre is a city located on the northern coast of France in the Normandy region. Although Le Havre has a long maritime history, today it is mostly known by travelers as the gateway port to Paris. When you go to the French city of Paris by ship, you will actually arrive at Le Havre, which is France's second-largest port. The name of the city means "port". Our ship will depart at 18:00.

On this day spent sailing at sea, you can spend your time enjoying the ship's open and closed pools, activities like fitness and sauna, or shopping at duty-free shops. Additionally, you may enjoy fun times at the bar with shows and music or try your luck in the casino.
Day 7 VIGO
After breakfast on board, our ship will dock at the port at 10:00. Guests who wish may join the 'Vigo City Tour' organized by our guide as an extra activity. Our ship will depart from the port at 20:00 in the evening.
Day 8 LISBON
After breakfast, guests who wish may join the extra "Lisbon City Tour" organized by their guides. Our tour in Lisbon, one of Europe's most colorful capitals, begins with the Jerónimos Monastery in the Belem district and the Ocean Gate by the oceanfront. Then, walking through the old city center called Baixa, we have the opportunity to see the old trading square Praça do Comércio where ships from distant colonies unloaded their cargo, Rua Augusta street, and Praça dos Restauradores square. Our ship will depart from the port at 19:00.
Day 9 CADIZ
Our ship will dock at the port at 14:00 in the morning. Guests who wish may join the "Cadiz City Tour" organized by their guides as an extra activity. We begin our city tour with our special vehicle from the port. It is an important city in the Andalusia region of Spain that hosts the navy. After exploring its historical and cultural sites, we will have free time for shopping and then return to our ship. Our ship will depart from the port at 20:00 in the evening.

Day 11 BARCELONA - ISTANBUL
Our ship will dock at Barcelona port at 10:00 in the morning. After breakfast on board, we will complete our disembarkation procedures and then board our bus. Guests who wish may join the "Barcelona City Tour" organized by their guides as an extra activity. With our special vehicle from the port, we begin our panoramic city tour in Barcelona, one of Europe's most beautiful metropolises. During our city tour, the first sight to be seen from the outside is Sagrada Familia. Then, La Rambla Street, Cristoforo Colombo Monument, Maremagnum Artificial Port, Catalunya Square, Paseu de Gracia street where Gaudi's houses were converted into a street museum, and his masterpiece Sagrada Familia are among the places we will see. Then we head towards Barcelona airport. After our arrival, we proceed with baggage and check-in procedures, departing for Istanbul on Pegasus Airlines flight PC1094 at 16:40. Arrival in Istanbul at 20:40 local time. Until we meet again on another enjoyable trip.
