DAY 1 ISTANBUL – TOKYO (MEETING DAY: ONE DAY BEFORE DEPARTURE DATE) 30.01.2027
Meeting with our valued guests 3 hours before the flight in front of the Turkish Airlines International Terminal counter at Istanbul Airport. After baggage and ticket procedures, we fly to Narita on the scheduled Turkish Airlines flight. Overnight on the plane. Upon arrival in Tokyo, we transfer to our hotel, distribute rooms, and have free time to rest. Guests who wish may join the extra Tokyo by Night Tour (55€ per person) organized by our guide. We head towards Shibuya, the center of attraction in Tokyo. In this district, which has become famous as one of Tokyo’s most popular areas for fashion, entertainment, and shopping, featuring a pedestrian crossing that resembles a human flood and its lights, we will visit the famous intersection. The intersection is decorated with neon lights and massive video advertisements, and when the traffic light turns green for pedestrians, the intersection fills up with people, making it a great photo spot. Additionally, we will take a photo break in front of the Hachiko Statue and have the opportunity to learn about its story. After our tour, we transfer back to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
DAY 2 TOKYO 31.01.2027
We start the day with breakfast at our hotel and then depart for the panoramic Tokyo city tour. Our first stop is Asakusa Temple (Senso-ji Temple), a historical temple completed in 645 AD and allegedly built by two brothers according to legends, known for its giant entrance gate called “Kaminarimon”. Next, we visit Nakamise Shopping Street. We are given free time on this street, which features beautiful souvenirs and street delicacies. Guests who wish may join the Tokyo Combined Tour (110€ per person) [Ueno Park & Akihabara Electric Town & East Gardens & Odaiba], organized extra by our guide. Our first stop on this tour is Ueno Park, where Sakura and Hanami celebrations are held and which is Japan’s most popular city park with over 10 million visitors annually. Then, our next stop is Akihabara, one of Tokyo’s most famous neighborhoods, known as the popular “Electric City” with various electronic stores ranging from flea market stalls. We are given time for shopping here. Our next stop is the East Gardens of the Imperial Palace of Tokyo. After this short walk, we move to the Odaiba area to see the Rainbow Bridge and the Statue of Liberty gifted by France. Odaiba is an artificial island located on Tokyo Bay and is one of the important areas reflecting the modern face of the city. During the free time here, you can capture wonderful photos. Our next stop is Ginza Street. After free time in Tokyo’s most famous luxury shopping, dining, and entertainment area, which hosts numerous shops, boutiques, art galleries, restaurants, nightclubs, and cafes, we continue our tour. After this visit, we have free time. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
DAY 3 TOKYO 01.02.2027
We start the day with breakfast at our hotel and then have free time. Guests who wish may join the extra Hakone & Mt. Fuji & Lake Ashi Tour (160€ per person) organized by our guide. We head towards Hakone, located approximately 2 hours from Tokyo, which will enchant you with its hot springs, natural beauty, and nature. First, we stop at Oshino Hakkai village to enjoy a panoramic view of Mt. Fuji. Then, our next stop is Owakudani, formed by the eruption of Hakone Mountain approximately 3,000 years ago. This Owakudani, with its sulfur fumes and hot steam, is still an active volcanic area today. After our tour, we move to Hakone town at the foot of Mt. Fuji, our next stop. Here, we will take a pleasant boat ride on Lake Ashi, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List, and witness the natural beauty of the town up close. After the boat ride, we have free time and return to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
DAY 4 TOKYO 02.02.2027
We start the day with breakfast at our hotel and then have free time. Guests who wish may join the extra Kamakura & Traditional Japanese Tea & Bamboo Gardens Tour & Yokohama (150€ per person) organized by our guide. Our first stop is the Great Buddha of Kamakura, listed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. This bronze statue, 13.35 meters high including the base and weighing approximately 93 tons, also holds great significance in religious history. After seeing this structure, which was built during the Kamakura period when feudalism began and samurai emerged, dating back to 1252, we move to our next stop, Hokoku-ji Temple. This temple, which holds an important place in Buddhist belief and is known for its bamboo gardens covering an area of approximately 13,000 square meters, was founded by a monk named Tengan Eko to honor the ancestor of the Ashikaga clan. With the nickname “Take-dera” meaning “Bamboo Temple”, we embark on a short exploration within this unique temple formed by the gathering of over 2,000 bamboo plants. Midway through our visit, we take a short break to drink traditional Japanese green tea. After this visit, we head towards Yokohama city. After the city tour in this city, which is Japan’s second largest after Tokyo, we return to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
DAY 5 TOKYO – OSAKA 03.02.2027
We start the day with breakfast at the hotel and then depart for Osaka via Shinkansen. Upon arrival in Osaka, we begin the panoramic Osaka city tour. On our tour, we visit the historic Osaka Castle, built in the 16th century and playing a key role in the unification of Japan, followed by the Umeda Sky Building, one of Osaka’s symbols. This impressive structure, located very close to Osaka and Umeda train stations, consists of two towers reaching a height of 173 meters. The towers are connected by a platform on the 39th floor called the “Floating Garden Observatory”. Thanks to its glass-enclosed interior and open terrace, the observatory offers visitors unique city views of Osaka. After our tour, we have free time. Guests who wish may join the extra Osaka by Night Tour (50€ per person) organized by our guide. On this tour, Dotonbori area, Shinsaibashi, the heart of shopping, and Namba street, where restaurants are located, are among the places to be visited. After the tour, we transfer to the hotel. DAY 6 OSAKA 04.02.2027
We start the day with breakfast at the hotel and then have free time. Guests who wish may join the extra Kyoto & Nara Tour (180€ per person) organized by our guide. We set off towards Nara, our first stop. Todai-ji Temple, listed on the UNESCO World Heritage List and one of the largest wooden structures in the country, is our first stop. Then, during our visit to Nara Park, we will have the opportunity to see deer roaming freely in the area. Established in 1880, this park is also home to over 1,200 wild Sika Deer. We are given free time at this point and then move towards Kyoto, our next stop. We set off towards Kyoto, the former capital of Japan and one of the best-preserved cities, which was not even bombed during the war. Upon arrival, we will visit Kinkaku-ji Temple (Golden Pavilion), built according to Zen beliefs and listed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. The last place we will visit on our tour is Fushimi Inari. This fascinating Shinto shrine has become a symbol of Kyoto, famous for its thousands of orange torii gates. Dating back to the 8th century, 711 AD, the shrine is dedicated to Inari, the god of fertility and commerce. Walking between the torii gates extending from the foothills to the summit of the mountain makes this one of Kyoto’s most impressive stops. After the tour, we have free time. After the free time, we transfer to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
DAY 7 OSAKA – KANSAI – ISTANBUL 05.02.2027
We start the day with breakfast at the hotel and then check out. Guests who wish may join the extra Sanda Premium Outlet & Kobe Tour (105€ per person) organized by our guide. At Sanda Premium Outlet, one of the region’s most famous shopping malls, we have the chance to get products from popular brands at advantageous prices. The next stop of our tour is the port city of Kobe. During the tour we will conduct in Kobe, which is one of Japan’s top ten cities, located between the sea and the Rokko mountain range, and considered one of Japan’s most attractive cities, Kobe Port, Kitano Ijinkan Street, and the iconic Ferris wheel are among the places to be seen. Then, we are given free time until the time determined by the guide. After the tour, we transfer to Osaka Airport. After completing baggage and check-in procedures, we depart for Istanbul on the scheduled Turkish Airlines flight.
DAY 8 ISTANBUL 06.02.2027
Arrival in Istanbul and end of our tour.
