MOSCOW

After breakfast at the hotel, we visit Novodevichy Convent and the Cemetery of the Famous, where Nazım Hikmet’s grave is also located. Our exit stop from the metro is Arbat Street Station. After breakfast at the hotel, our stop is the Hermitage Museum, located beside the Neva River and housing about 4 million works from the Tsarist era, one of the world’s and Russia’s largest museums; it has also entered the Guinness Book of Records because it has the largest collection of paintings. ST PETERSBURG

After breakfast at the hotel, we will take our Peterhof tour. On this tour, we will have the opportunity to see the summer palace located in the Gulf of Finland, whose plans Peter the Great drew himself and then had built by the Italian architect Rastrelli. Its building rivals Versailles in Paris, and with 150 monumental fountains and gardens adorned by 4 waterfalls, it is a magnificent palace complex. After the museum visit, where we will see traces of Dostoevsky’s writing career and personal life, the author of famous works such as Crime and Punishment and The Brothers Karamazov, we will take our St. Petersburg canal tour. On our boat tour, accompanied by our guide, we will see St. Petersburg from the canals and continue as far as the Neva River. 2 – Hotels or restaurants used on tours may also serve alcohol. Depending on regional conditions, our company tries to use alcohol-free venues as much as possible. However, especially in Europe, hotels and restaurants serve alcohol.

3 – Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms have an extra bed, and the 3rd bed may be a smaller foldable bed than a standard bed. Guests who wish to stay in a triple room are deemed to have accepted this in advance.

4 – Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.

5 – We advise our guests who will join a visa-required tour to read our cancellation and refund conditions and register for a tour for which their visa will be ready in time. For European Tours, we recommend registering for the tour 2 months in advance and completing your visa procedures 1 month before the tour. In any possible issue arising from the visa, our company’s cancellation and refund conditions apply.

6 – Our company has no responsibility whatsoever for visas obtained through our company. We only provide you with consulting services regarding document procurement, organization, and delivery. If your visa is not issued, the fee paid for the visa is non-refundable. For the refund of the fee paid for the tour, the cancellation and refund conditions apply.

7 – For every tour, do not forget to bring slippers and a prayer rug with you. Depending on the conditions of the region you are traveling to, we may not have access to a mosque or prayer room at all times. Our guide will direct you to a place where you can pray.

8 – Our guide has the right to make changes to the program with the approval of our agency and to cancel some places at the sightseeing points due to weather conditions and/or force majeure. All guests participating in our tour are deemed to have accepted this.

9 – In cases such as the consumer or the agency canceling the tour, etc.; the refund will be made in the currency paid by the guest and in the same way it was paid. (If payment was made in TL by credit card, refund in TL to the card. If payment was made in foreign currency, refund in foreign currency.)

10 – Due to protocol agreements in airline companies, there is a sequential flight rule. If the consumer misses any flight leg, all remaining flight legs are canceled. No cancellation/refund or change can be made in any way.

11 – Due to possible changes in flight times on our tours or delays in connecting flights, we kindly ask our guests not to book domestic flights individually. The connecting domestic flight arranged by our company also covers the next international flight. GENERAL TERMS

General terms are an inseparable part of the ‘Tour Brochure’ and the ‘Tour Registration Contract’; they cannot be considered independently.

 

Our tour program is organized subject to a minimum participation requirement. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour departure. The canceled tour due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through the operations department.

When only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying names and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by our agency 48 hours before departure.

Tours may be combined with tours from other agencies. In such cases, Hünkar Tourism guests are under the responsibility of Hünkar Tourism.

This price list and program are valid until a new price list is issued.

Our prices in all package programs are limited to quotas of up to a minimum of 10 people, and there may be a price increase for group sizes above this number. Please ask for pricing information.

For regular passports, if the passport issuance date is more than 10 years ago, and for other passport types if it is more than 5 years ago, the person traveling cannot go abroad even if they have a valid visa, and visa processing on the passport cannot be performed. Please check your passport information and details.

When leaving Turkey through passport control, the passport police require a minimum validity of 6 months from the travel date for all passport types (Ordinary, Special, Service, Diplomatic) for Turkish citizens or foreign nationals, even if they have a valid visa. Therefore, our agency does not approve passports with less than 6 months of validity. Hünkar Tourism has no liability for compensation to passengers due to holders of passports with less than 6 months of validity being unable to join the tour.

Hünkar Tourism acts as an intermediary between the consumers participating in the tour and all kinds of third parties and legal entities providing ship, hotel, carrier company, and other services related to the tour. Therefore, the parties know that consumers who register for the tour by applying to it are not present in the indicated vehicle schedules, times, or places contrary to the agreements made between the agency and the institutions undertaking transportation; for any delays of land, air, and sea vehicles, strikes, terrorism, war and the possibility of war, and similar force majeure reasons, the operator’s own fault or personal fault of third parties, or any disruptions arising from unforeseeable technical matters, financially or morally damaged accidents, incomplete accommodation or faulty services of facilities, due to the fact that the agency does not have the status of operator, it has no existing responsibility and is not directly liable as the primary offender.

For all outbound trips with customs, participants must be present at the relevant port 3 hours before the tour departure time on the departure day. In particular, guests coming to ports or airports by domestic flight from other cities should arrange their flight times according to the time they need to be at the port. Therefore, the responsibility for being late and/or not being able to join the tour lies with the passenger, and Hünkar Tourism has no liability for compensation to the passenger. If the relevant airline has an online check-in website, it is recommended that they complete the check-in personally 24 hours before tour departure.

Hünkar Tourism acts as an intermediary between the airline and our passengers and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight times may change before departure. All flight times must be confirmed by the passenger 48 hours before the tour departure time. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.

Breakfasts included in the tour program are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited, and generally with a limited menu called Continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.

Triple rooms may be assigned depending on hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since the extra beds are folding beds and couch beds, tour participants are deemed to have declared that they accept the room congestion and bed type that may occur in reservations for the 3rd person and/or child. Child discounts are valid only for a single child in the relevant age group staying with 2 adults.

Due to the limited number of TWIN (2 separate beds) rooms in hotels, please check your TWIN room request before making a reservation.

If minors under the age of 18 do not join the tour with one or both of their mother and father, the consent forms required for participation in the tour must be carried with them during travel.

Panoramic city tours are 2–3 hour tours organized to introduce the cities and may be held on different days, provided that the content does not change. They do not include museum or archaeological site entrance fees. Extra tours are carried out with the number of people determined by the tour leader, and their days may be changed by the tour leader according to the flow of the program. Tours may not take place depending on weather conditions. Excursions or tours that are not permitted by local authorities to be visited or traveled to for any reason are not carried out. Hünkar Tourism cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.

People’s health issues related to participation in the tour, pregnancy status, medications they use continuously, and reports related to these medications must be brought معهم during travel.

On extra tours to be made along the route, guests who will not participate in the tour will be directed by the tour leader to rest areas on the route where they can benefit from public transportation vehicles before entering the city.

A passport is an official document, and if it is damaged, dirty, or especially torn at the stitching or pages in any way, the passport police have the authority to prevent you from entering the country. In such a case, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.

For a visa application, a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the tour and the documents requested by the consulate are required. A Russian e-visa is required for this program. There is no visa application for green passports. Having obtained a visa does not mean entry into the country is guaranteed. Passport police have the authority to prevent the passenger from entering the country. In such a case, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
