For our guests who will perform Umrah, as we approach Jeddah they must enter Ihram before reaching the Miqat boundaries, intend to perform Umrah, and fulfill the necessary prayers and religious duties. Our religious staff will remind you about this.
From Jeddah to the Holy Lands: Umrah Begins
With the end of our cruise journey, we step into the most meaningful part of our spiritual journey. Before reaching the Miqat boundary, since we will have donned our Ihram garments aboard the ship under the guidance of our religious leader, we disembark in Ihram and, after completing departure procedures, proceed with our special buses to the holy city of Mecca.
After our comfortable journey of approximately 2 hours, we first go to the hotel and leave our luggage, then take a short rest break. After meeting in the hotel lobby at the time specified by our guide, we go directly to Masjid al-Haram and perform our Umrah in the presence of the Holy Kaaba. First, we complete our Tawaf, then our Sa’i between the hills of Safa and Marwah. Finally, we shave and exit Ihram, experiencing the spiritual peace and joy of completing our Umrah.
After our acts of worship, we transfer to our hotel in Mecca and settle into our rooms. For the rest of the day, guests who wish may worship at Masjid al-Haram and fully experience the sacred atmosphere.

Day of Spirituality in Mecca
Today, a peaceful day awaits you that you may spend in worship, prayer, and contemplation at Masjid al-Haram, the holiest place in the Islamic world. Guests who wish may perform Tawaf around the Holy Kaaba, pray, and fully experience the spirituality of this blessed atmosphere.
For guests who desire, a spiritually themed excursion covering Mecca’s holy sites will be organized accompanied by our professional guide. During this tour, the Arafat Plain, Muzdalifah, and Mina regions—among the most important stops of the Hajj pilgrimage—will be visited; Mount Nur, where the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) received his first revelation, and Mount Thawr, which housed the cave he sought refuge in during the Hijrah journey, will be seen panoramically. Our guide will provide information about the religious and historical significance of these holy places.
After the tour, we will return to our hotel, and for the rest of the day you may continue your worship at Masjid al-Haram or spend your free time as you wish.

Hudaybiyyah Umrah
After breakfast at our hotel, we gather in the hotel lobby at 09:30 and depart for our Hudaybiyyah program. Guests wishing to perform Umrah are kindly requested to be ready in Ihram. Guests who do not prefer to perform Umrah may join our program in everyday clothing.
During our journey, we make a short stop at a camel farm, an important part of traditional life, and offer our guests camel milk.
Upon arriving in Hudaybiyyah, accompanied by our religious guide, we visit the area where the Treaty of Hudaybiyyah took place, considered one of the turning points in Islamic history. Here, information will be provided about the important events experienced by the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and the religious and historical significance of the Treaty of Hudaybiyyah in Islamic history.
After our visit, we return to Mecca. Guests who intend to perform Umrah may carry out their Umrah rituals under the guidance of our religious leader or individually if they wish. Guests who complete Umrah may spend the rest of the day worshipping at Masjid al-Haram and evaluating the spiritual atmosphere of the Holy Kaaba through prayer and contemplation. Guests who prefer not to perform Umrah may spend their free time as they wish.

Free Time in Mecca
Today, we spend our last day in the blessed city of Mecca. We recommend that you spend this special day in worship, prayer, and contemplation in the presence of the Holy Kaaba. Guests who wish may perform voluntary Tawafs and enjoy the peace of this unique spiritual atmosphere by spending time at Masjid al-Haram.
During free time, our guests may plan their own programs as they wish; they can worship at holy sites, benefit from Zemzem service, or shop in Mecca’s markets for souvenirs and gifts for their loved ones.
This final day we will spend in Mecca will host precious moments that will remain in our memories with the unforgettable recollections of the spiritual journey we experienced in the holy lands.

Transfer to Medina & Visit to the Prophet’s Mosque
In the early morning, we leave our hotel and head with our private vehicles toward Medina al-Munawwara, the second holy city of Islam. During our comfortable journey of about 5 hours, we reach Medina while feeling the spiritual atmosphere of the holy lands.
Upon arrival in the city, our first visit is to the Prophet’s Mosque. Here, we have the opportunity to pray and send greetings by visiting the Rawdah al-Mutahhara, where the blessed tomb of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) is located. Our religious guide will share important information about the virtues of the Prophet’s Mosque and the place of Medina al-Munawwara in Islamic history.
After our visit, we transfer to our hotel in Medina and settle into our rooms. For the rest of the day, guests who wish may worship at the Prophet’s Mosque, pray, or enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of this blessed city during their free time.

Medina Outside Visits
After breakfast at our hotel, we gather in the hotel lobby at 08:30 and begin our sightseeing program covering the holy places around Medina.
First, we visit the area where the Battle of Uhud, one of the most important events in Islamic history, took place, and the Uhud Martyrs’ Cemetery. Accompanied by our guide and religious leader, we learn about the history of the battle, the sacrifices of the companions, and the life of Hazrat Hamza (ra).
Then, we visit the Qiblatain Mosque, where the command to change the qibla from Al-Aqsa Mosque to the Kaaba was revealed. Afterwards, we panoramically view the historic area known as the “Seven Mosques,” located in the region where the Battle of the Trench took place, and are informed about the significance of the battle in Islamic history.
The final stop of our program will be the Quba Mosque, which holds the distinction of being the first mosque built in Islamic history. Guests who wish will have the opportunity to pray here.
After our visits, we return to our hotel and may spend the rest of the day worshipping at the Prophet’s Mosque, praying, or using your free time as you wish.

Medina - Istanbul
After breakfast at our hotel, we check out of our rooms and head to Medina Airport for our flight to Istanbul. After completing baggage drop-off and check-in procedures at the airport, we proceed to our flight.
We complete this meaningful journey in the holy lands with the spiritual memories and prayers we have gathered in our hearts, and we pray to Almighty Allah that our Umrah عبادت is accepted.

GENERAL TERMS
General terms are an integral part of the ‘Tour Brochure’ and the ‘Tour Registration Contract’ and cannot be considered independently.
‣ Our tour program is organized with a certain participation requirement. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour departure. The cancellation of the tour due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through the operations department.
‣ In cases where only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying a name and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be informed by our agency 48 hours before the departure of the trip.
‣ Tours may be combined with tours from other agencies. In such cases, Hünkar Tourism guests are the responsibility of Hünkar Tourism.
‣ This price list and program are valid until a new price list is issued.
‣ Our prices in all package programs are limited to quotas of up to a minimum of 10 people, and for group numbers above this there may be a price increase. Please ask for price information.
‣ If, in regular passports, the passport issue date is more than 10 years old, and in other passport types more than 5 years old, the person joining the trip cannot travel abroad even if they have a valid visa, and a visa cannot be obtained for the passport. Please check your passport information and details.
‣ When departing through Turkey customs, passport police require a minimum validity of 6 months as of the travel date for all passport types, from Turkish citizens or foreign nationals, even if they hold a passport with a valid visa, (Ordinary, Special Stamped, Service Stamped, Diplomatic). For this reason, our agency does not approve passports with less than 6 months validity.
Hünkar Tourism has no liability to compensate the passenger because holders of passports with less than 6 months validity cannot join the tour.
‣ Hünkar Tourism acts as an intermediary with consumers participating in the trip, as well as with ships, hotels, carrier companies, and all kinds of third parties and legal entities providing services related to the trip. Therefore, the consumers who register for the trip by applying to it know that, contrary to the agreements made between the Agency and the institutions undertaking transportation, they are not present at the designated vehicle schedules, times, and locations; for all kinds of delays of land, air, and sea vehicles; for strikes, terrorism, war and the possibility of war, or similar force majeure reasons; for all kinds of disruptions arising from the driver's own fault or the personal faults of third parties or unforeseeable technical matters; for materially and morally damaged accidents; for deficiencies in accommodation or faulty services of the facilities, that the Agency has no existing liability due to not having the status of operator, and is not directly liable as the principal party.
‣ For all customs-controlled international departures, it is necessary to be present at the relevant port 3 hours before the tour departure time on the day of departure. Especially guests arriving at ports or airports by domestic flights from other cities need to schedule their flights according to the time they are required to be at the port. For this reason, the responsibility for being late and/or not being able to join the tour lies with the passenger, and Hünkar Tourism has no liability to compensate the passenger. If the relevant airline has an online check-in website, it is recommended that they complete check-in personally 24 hours before the tour departure.
‣ Hünkar Tourism acts as an intermediary between the airline and our passengers and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. Flight times may change before departure. All flight times must be confirmed by the passenger 48 hours before the tour departure time. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
‣ Breakfasts taken at the hotel, which are included in the tour program, are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and are generally offered as a limited menu called Continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served for groups in a separate hall allocated to the group.
‣ 3-person rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and in such rooms the bed allocated to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or couch beds, the tour participant is deemed to have declared that they accept the possible tightness in the rooms and the bed type in reservations for the 3rd person and/or children. Child discounts are valid for only one child staying with 2 adults, in the relevant age group.
‣ Due to the limited number of TWIN (2 separate beds) rooms in hotels, please check your TWIN room request before reservation.
‣ In cases where children under the age of 18 who are not considered adults do not join the tour together with one or both of their mother or father, the consent forms required for participation in the tour must be kept with them during travel.
‣ Panoramic city tours are 2-3 hour tours organized to promote cities and may be held on different days provided that the content does not change. They do not include museum or archaeological site entrances. Extra tours are carried out with the number of people to be determined by the tour leader, and the days may be changed by the tour leader according to the flow of the program. Depending on the weather, tours may not take place. Excursions or tours that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason are not conducted. Hünkar Tourism cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
‣ When people join the tour, they are required to bring with them any health issues, pregnancy status, medications they use continuously, and reports related to these medications.
‣ On extra tours to be carried out en route, our guests who will not join the tour will be directed by the tour leader to rest areas on the route where they can benefit from public transportation vehicles before entering the city.

For our guests who will perform Umrah, as we approach Jeddah, they are required to enter Ihram before crossing the Miqat boundaries, intend to perform Umrah, and fulfill the necessary prayers and religious obligations. Our religious officials will remind you about this matter.
As our cruise journey comes to an end, we are stepping into the most meaningful part of our spiritual journey. Before reaching the miqat boundary, we will have put on our ihram garments and made our intention on the ship with the guidance of our religious officer, so we disembark wearing ihram and, after completing our departure procedures, travel to the holy city of Mecca by our private buses.
After our comfortable journey of about 2 hours, we first go to the hotel, leave our luggage, and take a short rest break. Then, after meeting in the hotel lobby at the time indicated by our guide, we proceed directly to the Masjid al-Haram and perform our Umrah worship in the presence of the Kaaba al-Muazzama. First, we perform our tawaf, then complete our Sa’i between the hills of Safa and Marwa. Finally, we shave our heads and exit ihram, experiencing the spiritual peace and happiness of completing our Umrah.

During the free time, our guests may plan their own program as they wish; they can worship in the holy places, benefit from the serving of Zamzam water, or shop in Mecca’s markets for keepsakes and gifts for their loved ones.
