As our ship moves toward the coast of Saudi Arabia, today is a full rest day. Enjoy the view in Aroya’s exclusive lounge areas, read a book accompanied by a special Arabic tea service, or join craft workshops. In the evening, we conclude the cruise portion with a special gala dinner.
For our guests who will perform Umrah, as we approach Jeddah, it is necessary to enter Ihram before crossing the Miqat boundaries, intend for Umrah, and fulfill the required prayers and religious duties. Our religious officials will remind you about this.
From Jeddah to the Holy Lands: Beginning of Umrah
With the end of our cruise journey, we step into the most meaningful part of our spiritual journey. Before reaching the Miqat boundary, since we will have put on our ihram on the ship accompanied by our religious official and made our intention, we leave the ship in ihram and, after completing our departure procedures, head to the holy city of Mecca by our private buses.
After our comfortable journey, which will take approximately 2 hours, we first go to the hotel and leave our luggage, then take a short rest, and after meeting in the hotel lobby at the time specified by our guide, we proceed directly to Masjid al-Haram and perform our Umrah in the presence of the Kaaba. First, we perform our tawaf, then complete our Sa’i between the hills of Safa and Marwah. Finally, we shave and exit ihram, experiencing the spiritual peace and joy of completing our Umrah.
After our acts of worship, we go to our hotel in Mecca and settle into our rooms. For the rest of the day, guests who wish may worship in Masjid al-Haram and fully experience the sacred atmosphere.

Day of Spirituality in Mecca
Today, a peaceful day awaits you, which you can spend with worship, prayer, and contemplation at Masjid al-Haram, the holiest place in the Islamic world. Guests who wish may perform tawaf at the Kaaba, perform their prayers, and fully experience the spirituality of this blessed atmosphere.
For those who wish, a spiritually themed sightseeing tour covering the holy sites of Mecca will be organized with our professional guide. Within the scope of this tour, the Arafat Plain, Muzdalifah, and Mina regions, which are among the most important stops of the Hajj pilgrimage, will be visited; Mount Noor, where the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) received the first revelation, and Mount Thawr, which houses the cave he took refuge in during the migration journey, will be seen panoramically. Our guide will provide information about the religious and historical significance of these holy places.
After our tour, we will return to our hotel, and for the rest of the day you may continue your worship at Masjid al-Haram or spend your free time as you wish.

Hudaybiyyah Umrah
After breakfast at our hotel, we meet in the hotel lobby at 09:30 and depart for our Hudaybiyyah program. Guests who wish to perform Umrah are kindly requested to be ready in ihram. Guests who do not prefer to perform Umrah may join our program in their daily clothes.
During our journey, we make a short stop at a camel farm, an important part of traditional life, and offer our guests camel milk.
When we reach Hudaybiyyah, accompanied by our religious official, we visit the area where the Hudaybiyyah Treaty, considered one of the turning points in Islamic history, took place. Here, information will be given about the important events experienced by the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) and the religious and historical significance of the Hudaybiyyah Treaty for Islamic history.
After our visit, we return to Mecca. Guests who intend to perform Umrah may perform their Umrah rituals under the guidance of our religious official or individually if they wish. Guests who complete Umrah may spend the rest of the day worshiping at Masjid al-Haram and using the spiritual atmosphere of the Kaaba for prayer and contemplation. Guests who do not wish to perform Umrah may spend their free time as they wish.

Transfer to Medina & Visit to the Prophet’s Mosque
We leave our hotel early in the morning and set off by private vehicles toward Medina al-Munawwara, the second holy city of Islam. During our comfortable journey of approximately 5 hours, we reach Medina while feeling the spiritual atmosphere of the holy lands.
Upon arrival in the city, we make our first visit to the Prophet’s Mosque. Here, we have the opportunity to pray and send greetings by visiting Rawdah al-Mutahhara, where the blessed tomb of the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) is located. Our religious official will share important information about the virtues of the Prophet’s Mosque and the place of Medina al-Munawwara in Islamic history.
After our visit, we go to our hotel in Medina and settle into our rooms. For the rest of the day, guests who wish may worship at the Prophet’s Mosque, pray, or enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of this blessed city during their free time.

After breakfast at our hotel, we check out of our rooms and head to Medina Airport for our Istanbul flight. After completing baggage drop-off and check-in at the airport, we proceed to our plane.
We complete this meaningful journey in the holy lands with the spiritual memories and prayers we have gathered in our hearts, and we pray to the Almighty Allah for the acceptance of our Umrah worship.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
General conditions are an integral part of the ‘Tour Brochure’ and the ‘Tour Registration Contract’ and cannot be considered independently.
‣ Our Tour Program is organized with a certain participation requirement. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Cancellation due to insufficient participation will be notified to you via the operation department.
‣ In cases where only category information is provided without naming the hotel(s) and/or where there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by our agency 48 hours before the trip departure.
‣ Tours may be combined with tours from other agencies. In such cases, Hünkar Turizm guests are under the responsibility of Hünkar Turizm.
‣ This price list and program are valid until a new price list is issued.
‣ Our prices in all package programs are limited to quotas up to a minimum of 10 people, and for groups exceeding this number there may be a price increase. Please ask for pricing information.
‣ If the passport issue date in ordinary passports is more than 10 years old, and in other passport types more than 5 years old, the person participating in the trip cannot travel abroad even if they have a valid visa, and a visa cannot be obtained for the passport. Please check your passport information and details.
‣ When exiting through Turkey customs, passport police require a minimum validity of 6 months from the travel date for all passport types (Ordinary, Special Stamped, Service Stamped, Diplomatic), even for Turkish citizens or foreign nationals, or passports with a valid visa. For this reason, our agency does not approve passports with less than 6 months validity.
Hünkar Turizm has no compensation obligation towards the passenger because holders of passports with less than 6 months validity cannot join the tour.
‣ Hünkar Turizm acts as an intermediary between consumers participating in the trip and ships, hotels, carrier companies, and any third parties and legal entities providing other services related to the trip. Therefore, the consumers who register for the trip by applying to it, contrary to the agreements made between the Agency and the institutions undertaking transportation; the parties know that there is no existing liability on the part of the Agency due to not being present in the shown vehicle programs, times, or places; any delays of land, air, and sea vehicles; strikes, terrorism, war and the possibility of war, or similar force majeure reasons; any disruptions arising from the driver's own fault or the personal faults of third parties or unforeseeable technical issues; accidents with material and moral damage; incomplete accommodation or faulty services of the facilities; and that, since the Agency does not have the status of operator, it is not directly liable as the principal offender.
‣ For all customs-controlled international departures, it is necessary to be ready at the relevant port 3 hours before the tour departure time on the day of departure. In particular, guests arriving from other cities by domestic flight to ports or airports must arrange their flight times according to the time they need to be at the port. Therefore, in case of delay and/or inability to join the tour, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Hünkar Turizm has no compensation obligation towards the passenger. If the relevant airline has an online check-in site, they are advised to complete check-in personally 24 hours before the tour departure.
‣ Hünkar Turizm is an intermediary between the airline and our passengers and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight times may change before departure. All flight times must be confirmed by the passenger 48 hours before the tour departure time. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
‣ Breakfasts included in the tour program are served at the hotel in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited, generally as a limited menu called Continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.
‣ Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and in such rooms the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding beds and couch beds, tour participants are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type for 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts are valid for one child only staying with 2 adults and matching the relevant age group.
‣ Since there are a limited number of TWIN (2 separate beds) rooms in hotels, please check your TWIN room request before making a reservation.
‣ In cases where children under 18 who are not considered adults do not join the tour together with one or both of their mother or father, the consent forms required for participation in the tour must be kept with them during travel.
‣ A panoramic city tour is a 2-3 hour tour organized for the introduction of cities and may be arranged on different days, provided that its content does not change. It does not include museum or archaeological site entrances. Extra tours are carried out with the number of people determined by the tour leader, and their days may be changed by the tour leader according to the flow of the program. Tours may not take place depending on weather conditions. Excursions or tours that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason are not carried out. Hünkar Turizm cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
‣ Participants must bring with them information about any health issues, pregnancy, medications they use regularly, and reports related to these medications.
‣ On extra tours to be made along the way, our guests who will not join the tour will be directed by the tour leader to rest areas on the route where they can benefit from public transportation vehicles before entering the city.

‣ A passport is an official document and the passport police have the authority to deny you entry into the country for any reason such as damage, dirt, especially tears in the stitching or pages. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
‣ For visa applications, a passport valid for at least 6 months from the tour end date and the documents required by the consulate are necessary. Having obtained a visa does not mean that entry into the country is possible. The passport police have the authority to deny the passenger entry into the country. For our guests who will perform Umrah, as we approach Jeddah, they must enter Ihram before crossing the Miqat boundaries, intend for Umrah, and fulfill the required prayers and religious obligations. Our religious officers will remind you of this matter.
As our cruise journey comes to an end, we step into the most meaningful part of our spiritual journey. Before reaching the miqat boundary, we will have made our intention by putting on our ihram garments on board the ship accompanied by our religious officer, so we disembark from the ship in ihram and, after completing our departure procedures, head to the holy city of Mecca by our private buses.
After our comfortable journey, which will take about 2 hours, we first go to the hotel and leave our suitcases, then take a short rest break, and after gathering in the hotel lobby at the time specified by our guide, we go directly to the Masjid al-Haram and perform our Umrah worship in the presence of the Kaaba al-Muazzama. First, we perform our tawaf, and then complete our Sa’y worship between the hills of Safa and Marwa. After our visit, we return to Mecca. Guests who intend to perform Umrah may complete their Umrah rituals under the guidance of our religious guide or individually if they wish. Guests who complete the Umrah rituals may spend the rest of the day worshipping at Masjid al-Haram, and in the spiritual atmosphere of the Kaaba al-Muazzama, they may spend time in prayer and reflection. Guests who prefer not to perform Umrah may spend their free time as they wish.
