PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT

This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people.  If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

You must have a passport that is valid for 6 months from the date of departure and is not older than 10 years.

HEALTH

There is no vaccination requirement for entry into Argentina and Brazil. We do not think there will be any issue with the meals that would affect your health. We recommend that you do not use tap water and consume bottled water. If necessary, do not forget to bring stomach and diarrhea medicines, vitamins, and your medications for dizziness, vomiting, headache, common cold, and blood pressure conditions.

The plane will make a technical stop in Sao Paulo lasting about 1 hour 35 minutes. Disembarking from the plane during this time is prohibited.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES

Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we work with, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not reached, the excursions may not take place, or the prices, content, and vehicle used for the optional tour/activity may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of the museums, archaeological sites, or venues to be visited, as well as weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km.

 Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or coach bed type beds, participants are deemed to have acknowledged the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type in reservations for the 3rd person and/or child. 

Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section. 

Breakfasts received at the hotel among the services included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally as a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.

CURRENCY

The currency of Argentina is the Argentine Peso (ARS).

The currency of Brazil is the Brazilian Real (BRL).

It is advisable to have US Dollar (USD) with you.

TIME ZONE

There is a –5 hour difference between both countries and Turkey. When it is 12:00 in Turkey, it is 07:00 in all three countries.

CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS

If traveling in the summer season, we recommend bringing t-shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket for the evenings, and a thin sweater.  In addition; you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards. In the winter season, we recommend clothing that allows easy movement and keeps you warm.

CUISINE CULTURE

Argentina and Brazil have culinary cultures in which meat dishes, especially, and grain products also have a prominent place.

SHOPPING

In Buenos Aires, Avenida Santa Fe and Avenida Corrientes in the city center, and Avenida Cabildo in Belgrano are the busiest places in the city for shopping. However, we would like to point out that high bank commissions are applied to credit card purchases, and if possible, it is beneficial to use cash during shopping.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Having a valid passport and/or a visa obtained (for destinations/passports where a visa is required) does not necessarily mean that entry into the country will be granted. The passport police have the authority to refuse entry. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the passenger.  

The agency is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. Delays may occur on scheduled and special flights, or the times before the current trip and flight may change. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees. 

Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of up to 2-3 hours, organized for the general introduction of the cities, conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide narration, and do not include museum or site entrance fees. Panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, are not the responsibility of the agency if they cannot be carried out on the day and time corresponding to the tour due to being prohibited by local authorities, or because of closed roads due to any event, or when weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot within possibilities in areas with closed roads or where vehicle access is not allowed.

Tour Program
Istanbul - Buenos Aires
We begin by meeting at the Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal. After ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, we depart on a scheduled Turkish Airlines flight to Buenos Aires in the morning. We arrive in Buenos Aires in the evening, local time. We transfer to our hotel with our private vehicle waiting for us at the airport. Overnight at our hotel.
Buenos Aires
After breakfast at our hotel, we begin our panoramic tour of Buenos Aires. Although it is one of the largest cities in South America, its architecture, which makes you feel as if you are touring an important European city, its cuisine made up of delicious dishes, and of course the tango that overflows from its heart make Buenos Aires a unique city. Our first stop will be the Recoleta district, which by its very existence explains why this city is known as the “Paris of South America.” In this elegant neighborhood, we will visit the Recoleta Cemetery, where Eva Perón (Evita) is also buried. Then, the Cathedral and the Colón Theatre are among the other important highlights of our visit. After the tour, we will have free time so you can explore the city as you wish. In the evening, those who wish may join our guide’s optional Dinner and Tango Night excursion (140 USD). During this outing, where we will also have dinner, we will witness a completely different tango experience at one of the city’s best tango venues. Overnight at our hotel.
Buenos Aires - Iguazu
After breakfast at our hotel, we transfer by private vehicle to Buenos Aires Airport. We fly to Iguazú (Argentina) on a scheduled flight operated by a local airline. Upon arrival, we transfer to our hotel. Guests who wish may join the Devil’s Throat tour (USD 180), organized optionally by our guide. One of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World, the magnificent view of Iguazú Falls on the Argentine side and Garganta del Diablo, which mesmerizes visitors with the roar of the water, can be reached by walking 2 km along the fastest-flowing river. The waters plunge from a 150-meter-wide and 700-meter-long U-shaped opening from a height of 82 meters, creating an impressive cloud of spray. This is the most striking and fascinating viewpoint of Iguazú Falls. We continue our tour with the Bird Park. In this world-famous tropical rainforest, home to 160 bird species, you can enjoy unforgettable moments and have the chance to photograph beautiful tropical birds. In the continuation of our program, we complete our border crossing procedures and then pass to our hotel on the Brazilian side of the border to complete our check-in. Afterwards, transfer to our hotel for rest. Overnight at our hotel.
Iguazu
After breakfast at our hotel, we have a full day at leisure. For those who wish, we depart for the Macuco Safari tour (170 USD), which will be organized optionally by our guide. We explore the Brazilian side of the Iguazu Falls, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List, with a pleasant walk. Then, Macuco Safari takes you on a unique boat tour that will lead you to an exciting adventure where you can fully enjoy all the magnificence and delight of Iguazu. After our tour, transfer to our hotel and free time. Overnight at our hotel.
Iguazu - Rio de Janeiro
After breakfast at our hotel, we fly to Rio de Janeiro. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel. Those who wish may join the dinner-inclusive Samba Show organized by our guide as an optional evening activity (165 USD). After dinner at a local restaurant, we will watch one of the world’s most beautiful dance performances, the Samba Show on the platform, a show whose name is synonymous with the country. Overnight at our hotel. ***Depending on the flight time with the local airline, the day of the program may be changed as long as the program content remains the same.
Rio de Janeiro
After breakfast at our hotel, on our panoramic city tour we will visit the colonial district, where we will see Candelaria, Praça XV, Travesso Market, and the Metropolitan Cathedral among narrow streets, squares, and historic buildings. After the tour, free time to explore the city. Overnight at our hotel.
Rio de Janeiro
After our breakfast at the hotel, free time to go shopping, relax, get to know the surroundings, and enjoy the sea and sun. Later, we depart with our guests who wish to join the optional half-day Corcovado tour (130 USD) organized by our guide. During this tour, you will see the famous Christ the Redeemer statue on the hill, which has become one of Rio’s symbols, and ride the famous Monorail system up to the top to enjoy Rio’s breathtaking view. Afterwards, we depart with our guests who wish to join the optional Sugar Loaf tour (110 USD) organized by our guide. On this tour, we ascend by cable cars to Sugar Loaf Hill, where you will be able to admire the incredible view of Guanabara Bay. On the way back, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Rio de Janeiro - São Paulo
After breakfast at our hotel, we depart for São Paulo, one of Brazil’s most important cities, on a local airline flight. Upon arrival, we will take a panoramic city tour, during which we will see Ibirapuera Park, the Japanese Quarter, the Cathedral, the Historic City Center, and the Municipal Theater. At the end of the tour, we will transfer to our hotel in São Paulo. Overnight in São Paulo.
São Paulo - Istanbul
After breakfast at our hotel this morning, we will have free time until the transfer time determined by our guide. Afterwards, we will transfer to the airport to take our flight to Istanbul. After ticketing, baggage, and boarding procedures, we depart at night for Istanbul on a scheduled Turkish Airlines flight. We welcome the new day on the plane.

Our arrival in Istanbul will be in the evening local time. Until we meet again with a new discovery.
