PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT

This trip is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through your agency.

You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.

HEALTH

There is no vaccination requirement for entry into Argentina and Brazil. We do not think there will be any problem with meals that will affect your health. We recommend that you do not use tap water and consume bottled water. If necessary, do not forget to bring stomach and anti-diarrhea medicine, vitamins, and your medication for dizziness, vomiting, headache, colds, and blood pressure conditions.

The plane will make a technical stop in Sao Paulo lasting about 1 hour 35 minutes. During this time, disembarking from the plane is prohibited.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES

Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency from which we receive services with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the sufficient number is not reached, the trips cannot be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicle to be used for optional tours/activities may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide depending on the opening/closing status of museums, ruins, or venues at the destination and weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than those specified in km.

 3-person rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed provided for the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable beds and coach beds, participants are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the type of bed in 3rd person and/or child reservations. 

Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section. 

Breakfasts taken at the hotel among the services included in the tour program are offered in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country being visited and generally with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.

CURRENCY

The currency of Argentina is the Argentine Peso (ARS).

The currency of Brazil is the Brazilian Real (BRL).

It is useful to have US Dollar (USD) with you.

TIME ZONE

There is a –5 hour difference between both countries and Turkey. When it is 12.00 in Turkey, it is 07:00 in all three countries.

CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS

If you are traveling in the summer season, we recommend taking t-shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket, and a thin sweater for the evenings. In addition; you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards. In the winter season, we recommend clothes that allow easy movement and keep you warm.

FOOD CULTURE

Argentina and Brazil have culinary cultures in which meat dishes are prominent, as well as grain-based products.

SHOPPING

In Buenos Aires, Avenida Santa Fe and Avenida Corrientes in the city center, and Avenida Cabildo in Belgrano are the liveliest places in the city for shopping. However, we would like to point out that high bank commissions are applied to purchases made with credit cards, and that it is useful to use cash during shopping if possible.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Having a valid passport and/or obtaining a visa (for destinations/passports requiring a visa) does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed. The passport police have the authority to refuse you entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.  

The agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. On scheduled and special flights, there may be a risk of delay, or times may change before the current trip and flight. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees. 

The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, conducted panoramically with guide narration from inside the vehicle and not including entrance fees to museums or ruins. Panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, if they cannot be carried out on the day and time of the tour due to closed roads because local authorities do not allow visits or entry, or due to any event, or if the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions, the agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out the tours in question. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot, where possible, at closed roads or points where vehicle access is not allowed.

Tour Program
Istanbul - Buenos Aires
We begin by meeting at Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal. After ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, we depart on a scheduled Turkish Airlines flight to Buenos Aires in the morning. We arrive in Buenos Aires in the evening local time. We transfer to our hotel with our private vehicle waiting for us at the airport. Overnight at our hotel.
Buenos Aires
After breakfast at our hotel, we begin our panoramic tour of Buenos Aires. Although it is one of South America’s largest cities, its architecture, delicious cuisine, and of course the tango that fills its heart will make you feel as if you are touring an important European city. Our first stop in this unique city is the Recoleta district, which shows us why Buenos Aires is known as the “Paris of South America.” In this elegant neighborhood, one of the city’s most distinguished, we will visit Recoleta Cemetery, where Eva Perón (Evita) is also buried. Next, the Cathedral and the Colon Theater are among the other important points of our tour. After the tour, you will have free time to explore the city at your leisure. In the evening, those who wish may join our optional dinner tango night event, organized by our guide, for 150 USD. On this tour, where we will also have dinner, we will witness a completely different tango experience at one of the city’s best tango venues. Overnight at our hotel.
Buenos Aires - Iguazu
After breakfast at our hotel, we transfer by private vehicle to Buenos Aires Airport. We fly to Iguazu (Argentina) on a scheduled flight operated by a local airline. Upon arrival, we transfer to our hotel. Guests who wish may join the Devil’s Throat tour, which will be organized optionally by our guide (190 USD). One of the 7 Natural Wonders of the World, Garganta del Diablo (Devil’s Throat), located on the Argentine side of Iguazu Falls, offers a magnificent view and the mesmerizing sound of rushing water. It can be reached by walking 2 km over the fastest-flowing river. The water falls from a 150-meter-wide and 700-meter-long U-shaped gap, from a height of 82 meters, creating an immense cloud of water droplets. This is the most impressive and captivating viewpoint of Iguazu Falls. We continue our tour with the Bird Park. In this world-famous tropical rainforest, home to 160 bird species, you can enjoy unforgettable moments and have the opportunity to photograph beautiful tropical birds. In the continuation of our program, we complete our border crossing procedures and then proceed to our hotel on the Brazilian side of the border for check-in. Afterwards, we transfer to our hotel for rest. Overnight at our hotel.
Iguazu - Rio de Janeiro
After breakfast at our hotel, we have a full day at leisure. For those who wish, we depart for the optional Macuco Safari tour organized by our guide (170 USD). We visit the Brazilian side of the Iguazu Falls, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with a pleasant walk. Afterwards, the Macuco Safari is a unique boat tour that will take you on an exciting adventure, allowing you to fully experience the magnificence and delight of Iguazu. Following our excursion, we will transfer to the airport and fly to Rio de Janeiro. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel. Those who wish may join the optional evening Samba Show with dinner (165 USD), organized by our guide. After dinner at a local restaurant, we will watch one of the world’s finest dance performances, the Samba Show on a platform, a show synonymous with the country itself. Overnight at our hotel. ***Depending on the flight time with local airlines, the day of the program may change while the content remains the same.
Rio de Janeiro
After enjoying a delightful breakfast at our hotel, we begin our panoramic city tour, where we will closely experience the city’s historical texture. During the tour, we head toward the city’s colonial district and experience an atmosphere where the past and present intertwine. We will walk through the Candelaria district, which stands out with its colorful facades, historic buildings, cobblestone narrow streets, and small squares, giving us the opportunity to observe its characteristic architecture and the rhythm of daily life up close. Next, we will panoramically view Praça XV, one of the city’s most important landmarks, and learn about the historic buildings surrounding the square through our guide’s explanations. During the tour, we will see the Travesso Market, where we can trace the signs of local life, and gain insight into the region’s cultural fabric through its fresh produce, local delicacies, and lively atmosphere. We will then panoramically view the Metropolitan Cathedral, one of the city’s symbols, which stands out with its modern architecture, and learn about its impressive structure and architectural features. After our excursion, we provide free time so you can explore the city at your own pace. Guests who wish may stroll through the historic streets, spend time in local cafés, or visit shopping spots. At the end of the day, accommodation will be at our hotel.
Rio de Janeiro
After breakfast at our hotel, free time to shop, relax, explore the surroundings, and enjoy the sea and sun. Later, for guests who wish, we depart for the optional half-day Corcovado tour organized by our guide (150 USD). During this tour, you will see Rio’s iconic statue of Christ the Redeemer on the hill and ride the famous monorail system up to the summit, where you will enjoy Rio’s breathtaking panoramic view. Afterwards, for guests who wish, we depart for the optional Sugar Loaf tour organized by our guide (120 USD). On this tour, we take cable cars up to Sugar Loaf Hill, where you will enjoy the incredible view of Guanabara Bay. On the way back, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Rio de Janeiro - São Paulo
After breakfast at our hotel, we will depart for São Paulo, one of Brazil’s most important cities, on a flight operated by local airlines. Upon arrival, on our panoramic city tour, we will see Ibirapuera Park, the Japanese Quarter, the Cathedral, the Historic City Center, and the Municipal Theater. At the end of the tour, we will transfer to our hotel in São Paulo. Overnight in São Paulo.
São Paulo - Istanbul
This morning, after breakfast at our hotel, we will have free time until the transfer time to be determined by our guide. Afterwards, we will be transferred to the airport for our flight to Istanbul. Following ticketing, baggage, and boarding procedures, we depart at night on a scheduled Turkish Airlines flight to Istanbul. We welcome the new day on the plane.
