This trip is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through your agency.

HEALTH
There is no vaccination requirement for entry into Argentina and Brazil. We do not think there will be any problem with meals that will affect your health. We recommend that you do not use tap water and consume bottled water. If necessary, do not forget to bring stomach and anti-diarrhea medicine, vitamins, and your medication for dizziness, vomiting, headache, colds, and blood pressure conditions.

The plane will make a technical stop in Sao Paulo lasting about 1 hour 35 minutes. During this time, disembarking from the plane is prohibited.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES
Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency from which we receive services with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the sufficient number is not reached, the trips cannot be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicle to be used for optional tours/activities may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide depending on the opening/closing status of museums, ruins, or venues at the destination and weather conditions.
ACCOMMODATION
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than those specified in km.
3-person rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed provided for the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable beds and coach beds, participants are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the type of bed in 3rd person and/or child reservations.
Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section.
Breakfasts taken at the hotel among the services included in the tour program are offered in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country being visited and generally with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.
CURRENCY
The currency of Argentina is the Argentine Peso (ARS).
The currency of Brazil is the Brazilian Real (BRL).
It is useful to have US Dollar (USD) with you.
TIME ZONE
There is a –5 hour difference between both countries and Turkey. When it is 12.00 in Turkey, it is 07:00 in all three countries.
CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS
If you are traveling in the summer season, we recommend taking t-shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket, and a thin sweater for the evenings. In addition; you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards. In the winter season, we recommend clothes that allow easy movement and keep you warm.
FOOD CULTURE
Argentina and Brazil have culinary cultures in which meat dishes are prominent, as well as grain-based products.
SHOPPING
In Buenos Aires, Avenida Santa Fe and Avenida Corrientes in the city center, and Avenida Cabildo in Belgrano are the liveliest places in the city for shopping. However, we would like to point out that high bank commissions are applied to purchases made with credit cards, and that it is useful to use cash during shopping if possible.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Having a valid passport and/or obtaining a visa (for destinations/passports requiring a visa) does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed. The passport police have the authority to refuse you entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.
The agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. On scheduled and special flights, there may be a risk of delay, or times may change before the current trip and flight. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees.
The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, conducted panoramically with guide narration from inside the vehicle and not including entrance fees to museums or ruins. Panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, if they cannot be carried out on the day and time of the tour due to closed roads because local authorities do not allow visits or entry, or due to any event, or if the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions, the agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out the tours in question. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot, where possible, at closed roads or points where vehicle access is not allowed.
