PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT

This trip is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour, canceled due to insufficient participation, will be notified to you through your travel agency.

HEALTH

There is no vaccination requirement for entry into Argentina and Brazil. We do not think there will be any problem with the meals that will affect your health. We recommend that you do not use tap water and consume bottled water. If necessary, do not forget to bring stomach and diarrhea medicines, vitamins, medicines for dizziness, vomiting, headache, common cold, and blood pressure conditions.

The plane will make a technical stop in Sao Paulo lasting about 1 hour 35 minutes. It is forbidden to disembark from the plane during this time.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES

Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we work with, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If sufficient numbers are not reached, the excursions may not take place, or optional tour/activity prices, content, and the vehicle used may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to whether museums, ruins, or venues at the destinations to be visited are open/closed and according to weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than those stated.

 3-person rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable and coach beds, participants booking for a 3rd person and/or child are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible congestion in the rooms and the bed type. 

Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section. 

Breakfasts taken at hotels among the services included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country and generally as a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.

CURRENCY

The currency of Argentina is the Argentine Peso (ARS).

The currency of Brazil is the Brazilian Real (BRL).

It is useful to have US Dollars (USD) with you.

TIME ZONE

There is a –5 hour difference between both countries and Turkey. When it is 12:00 in Turkey, it is 07:00 in all three countries

CLOTHING AND ESSENTIAL ITEMS

If traveling in the summer season, we recommend bringing T-shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket and a thin sweater for the evenings.  In addition, you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards. In the winter period, we recommend clothes that allow you to move comfortably and keep you warm.

FOOD CULTURE

Argentina and Brazil have culinary cultures where meat dishes are prominent, as well as grain products.

SHOPPING

In Buenos Aires, Avenida Santa Fe and Avenida Corrientes in the city center, and Avenida Cabildo in Belgrano are the liveliest places in the city for shopping. However, we would like to note that high bank commissions are applied to credit card purchases, and if possible, it is beneficial to use cash while shopping.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for destinations/passports where a visa is required) does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed. The passport police have the authority to deny you entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.  

The agency is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or the times may change before the current trip and flight. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes and airport service fees. 

Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, lasting up to 2-3 hours, conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide narration, and do not include museum or site entrance fees. Panoramic tours, including other tours mentioned in the program, if they cannot be carried out on the day and time scheduled due to being prohibited from visiting or entering by local authorities, or due to closed roads because of any event, or if they become impossible due to weather conditions, the agency is not responsible for the failure to conduct the tours in question. Some tours may be carried out by public transportation or on foot where possible in areas with closed roads or places where vehicle access is not permitted.

Tour Program
Istanbul - Sao Paulo
We begin by meeting at Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal. After ticketing, baggage, and passport procedures, we depart in the morning for São Paulo on a scheduled Turkish Airlines flight. Overnight on the plane.
Sao Paulo
Upon our arrival at São Paulo Airport early in the morning, we will complete the entry procedures into the country. Afterwards, we will transfer to our hotel and complete the check-in process. After a short rest, we will take our São Paulo city tour. On our panoramic city tour, we will discover São Paulo’s prominent landmarks. During the tour, we will panoramically view Ibirapuera Park, one of the city’s most important green spaces. Opened in 1954 in commemoration of the 400th anniversary of São Paulo’s founding, the park is one of the city’s most well-known sites, with its vast green areas and modern architecture. We will then pass through Liberdade (Japan Town), home to one of the largest Japanese communities outside Japan. This district, which bears traces of traditional Japanese culture, attracts attention with its distinctive architecture and street decorations. During our tour, we will panoramically view São Paulo Cathedral, one of the city’s most important religious buildings with its neo-Gothic architecture. Later, we will pass through the historic center, which has witnessed the city’s founding, and learn about São Paulo’s history and development. Another stop on our panoramic tour will be the Municipal Theatre, opened in 1911 and considered one of the city’s cultural symbols. This magnificent building, bearing traces of European architecture, holds an important place in São Paulo’s art and cultural life. Throughout the tour, we will have the opportunity to closely experience São Paulo’s historical, cultural, and modern sides. At the end of our tour, we will transfer to our hotel. Overnight in our São Paulo hotel.
São Paulo - Rio de Janeiro
After breakfast at our hotel in Sabah, we will transfer to the airport and take a scheduled domestic flight to Rio de Janeiro. After a short flight, we will arrive in Rio. Immediately afterward, we will embark on our panoramic Rio de Janeiro city tour without wasting any time. During our panoramic city tour, we will explore the Colonial District, which reflects Rio de Janeiro’s historical and cultural heritage. Throughout the tour, we will enjoy a pleasant panoramic journey among the narrow streets, squares, and buildings from the colonial period that have survived to the present day in the city’s historic center. During our tour, we will see Candelária Church, one of Rio’s most important religious buildings. Then, we will pass through Praça XV Square, which has played an important role in the city’s historical and political development. We will also view Travessa Market, one of the important centers of local life in the area, and then learn about the Metropolitan Cathedral, which stands out with its modern architecture. Throughout the tour, we will have the opportunity to closely experience Rio de Janeiro’s historical texture from the colonial period to the present day and get to know city life. After our excursion, free time will be given so you can explore the city at your own pace. Overnight at our hotel. Guests who wish may join the optional evening Samba Show with dinner (165 USD), organized by our guide. After dinner at a local restaurant, we will watch one of the world’s most beautiful dance performances, the Platform Samba Show, a spectacle synonymous with the country itself. Overnight at our hotel.
Rio de Janeiro
After our breakfast at the hotel, free time for shopping, relaxing, getting to know the surroundings, and enjoying the sea and sun. Later, for those who wish, we depart for the half-day Corcovado tour (130 USD) to be organized optionally by our guide. During this tour, you will see the famous Christ the Redeemer statue, which has become the symbol of Rio, and ride the famous Monorail railway system up to the hill to enjoy Rio’s breathtaking view. Then, for those who wish, we depart for the Sugar Loaf tour (110 USD), also organized optionally by our guide. On this tour, we take the cable cars up to Sugar Loaf Hill, where you will be treated to the incredible view of Guanabara Bay. On the way back, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Rio de Janeiro - Iguazu
After breakfast at our hotel, we transfer by our private vehicle to Rio de Janeiro Airport. We fly to Iguazu (Brazil) on a scheduled flight operated by a local airline. Upon arrival, we transfer to our hotel. For those who wish, we depart for the optional Macuco Safari & Bird Park tour organized by our guide (USD 225). We visit the Brazilian side of the Iguazu Falls, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, on a pleasant walk. Then, Macuco Safari takes you on a unique boat tour that will bring you the full splendor and enjoyment of Iguazu in an exciting adventure. Afterwards, we continue our tour with the Bird Park. In this world-famous tropical rainforest, home to 160 bird species, you can enjoy unforgettable moments and have the opportunity to photograph beautiful tropical birds. In the continuation of our program, we complete our border crossing procedures and proceed to our hotel on the Brazilian side of the border, where we complete our check-in. Afterwards, transfer to our hotel for rest. Overnight at our hotel.
Iguazu
This morning, after having breakfast at our hotel, we will have free time. After completing our border crossing procedures, we will cross to the Argentine side of the border. Guests who wish may join the Devil’s Throat tour, which will be organized optionally by our guide (180 USD). One of the world’s 7 Natural Wonders, the magnificent view of Iguazu Falls on the Argentine side and Garganta del Diablo (Devil’s Throat), which fascinates visitors with the sound of the water, can be reached by walking 2 km along the fastest-flowing river. The waters fall from a U-shaped gap 150 meters wide and 700 meters long, from a height of 82 meters, creating a tremendous cloud of water droplets. This is the most impressive and enchanting viewpoint of Iguazu Falls. At the end of our tour, we will transfer back to our hotel on the Brazilian side.
Iguazu - Buenos Aires
This morning, after breakfast at our hotel, we will transfer to Iguazu Airport. We will fly to Buenos Aires on a scheduled flight operated by local airlines. In the evening, guests who wish may join our guide’s optional evening activity, the Dinner and Tango Night (160 USD). In this event, where we will also have our dinner, we will be at one of the city’s best tango venues to witness a completely different tango experience. Overnight at our hotel.
Buenos Aires
After breakfast at our hotel in Sabah, we begin our panoramic tour of Buenos Aires. Although it is one of the largest cities in South America, Buenos Aires is a unique city with architecture that will make you feel as if you are visiting an important European city, a cuisine full of delicious dishes, and of course its tango that overflows from its heart. Our first stop will be the La Recoleta district, which will show us why this city is called “the Paris of South America.” In this distinguished neighborhood, we will visit the Recoleta Cemetery, where Eva Perón (Evita) is also buried. Then the Cathedral and the Colón Theater, as well as the La Boca district, will be among the other important points of our tour. After the tour, there will be free time for you to explore the city as you wish. Afterwards, we will transfer to our hotel.
Buenos Aires - Istanbul
After breakfast at our hotel in Sabah, we will have a full day at leisure (hotel check-out time: 12:00). Afterwards, we will meet at the time determined by our guide and transfer to Buenos Aires Airport. Overnight on the plane.
Istanbul
Our arrival in Istanbul will be in the evening local time. Until we meet again with a new discovery.
