This trip is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people.  If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification deadline is 20 days before the start of the tour. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through your agency.

HEALTH

There is no vaccination requirement for entry into Argentina and Brazil. We do not anticipate any issues with the food that would affect your health. We recommend that you do not drink tap water and consume bottled water. If necessary, do not forget to bring stomach and diarrhea medication, vitamins, and medication for dizziness, vomiting, headaches, colds, and blood pressure conditions.

The aircraft will make a technical stop in Sao Paulo lasting approximately 1 hour and 35 minutes. Passengers are not permitted to disembark from the aircraft during this time.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES

Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency from which we receive services, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If sufficient numbers are not reached, the excursions may not take place, or the prices, content, and vehicles used for optional tours / activities may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of optional tours / activities may be changed by the guide depending on whether the museums, archaeological sites, or venues at the destinations are open or closed, as well as weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified kilometers.

 Triple rooms may be provided subject to hotel availability, and in such rooms the bed provided for the third person may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds consist of beds referred to as folding beds and coach beds, the third participant and/or those making reservations for children are deemed to have declared that they accept any possible crowding in the rooms and the type of bed. 

Child discounts are valid for one (1) child staying with 2 adults and belonging to the age group specified in the pricing section. 

Breakfasts included in the tour program and served at hotels are offered in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally consist of a limited menu of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, referred to as a continental breakfast, and may be served in a separate room allocated to the group.

CURRENCY

The currency of Argentina is the Argentine Peso (ARS).

The currency of Brazil is the Brazilian Real (BRL).

It is advisable to carry US Dollars (USD) with you.

TIME ZONE

There is a 5-hour difference between both countries and Turkey. When it is 12:00 in Turkey, it is 07:00 in all three countries.

CLOTHING AND ESSENTIAL ITEMS

If traveling during the summer season, we recommend bringing t-shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket and a thin sweater for the evenings.  In addition, you may bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs in case of possible noise, a camera, a video camera, their chargers, and spare memory cards. During the winter, we recommend clothing that allows you to move comfortably and keeps you warm.

FOOD CULTURE

Argentina and Brazil have culinary cultures in which meat dishes are prominent, along with a strong emphasis on grain products.

SHOPPING

In Buenos Aires, Avenida Santa Fe and Avenida Corrientes in the city center, along with Avenida Cabildo in Belgrano, are the liveliest places in the city for shopping. However, we would like to point out that high bank commissions are applied to purchases made by credit card, and that it is advisable to use cash when shopping whenever possible.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for destinations/passports where a visa is required) does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed. Passport control officers have the authority to refuse your entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the passenger.  

The agency is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and charter flights, or flight times may change before the existing tour and flight. The agency is obliged to communicate these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children between 0 and 2 years of age do not pay airport taxes or airport service fees. 

Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for a general introduction to the cities and conducted panoramically with guide commentary from inside the vehicle, without including museum or archaeological site entrance fees. If panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot take place because local authorities do not permit visiting or entering the relevant locations on the day and at the time scheduled for the tour, or due to roads being closed for any event, and likewise when weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour, the agency is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot, as circumstances permit, at locations where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted.

Tour Program
Istanbul - Buenos Aires
Our journey begins with a meeting at the International Departures Terminal of Istanbul Airport. After completing the ticketing, baggage, and passport procedures, we depart for Buenos Aires in the morning on a scheduled Turkish Airlines flight. We arrive in Buenos Aires in the evening local time. Our private vehicle will be waiting for us at the airport to transfer us to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Buenos Aires
After breakfast at our hotel, we begin our panoramic tour of Buenos Aires. Although it is one of the largest cities in South America, its architecture, cuisine featuring a variety of delicious dishes, and, of course, the tango flowing from its very heart will make you feel as though you are visiting an important European city. Our first stop in this unique city will be the La Recoleta district, whose very presence explains why Buenos Aires is known as the “Paris of South America.” In this prestigious neighborhood, we will visit Recoleta Cemetery, where Eva Perón (Evita) is also buried. The Cathedral, the Teatro Colón, and the La Boca district are among the other highlights of our tour. Following the tour, you will have free time to explore the city at your leisure. In the evening, guests who wish may join the optional Dinner and Tango Night organized by our guide (USD 150). During this experience, which also includes dinner, we will witness an entirely different tango performance at one of the city’s finest tango venues. Overnight at our hotel.
Buenos Aires - Iguazu
After breakfast at our hotel, we will be transferred by private vehicle to Buenos Aires Airport. We will fly to Iguazu, Argentina, on a scheduled flight operated by a local airline. Upon arrival, we will be transferred to our hotel. Guests who wish may join the optional Devil’s Throat tour organized by our guide ($220 USD). Located on the Argentine side of Iguazu Falls, one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World, Garganta del Diablo (Devil’s Throat) mesmerizes visitors with its magnificent views and the roaring sound of the water. It can be reached by walking for 2 km along a footbridge over the river. The water plunges from a height of 82 meters through a U-shaped gorge measuring 150 meters wide and 700 meters long, creating an incredible cloud of mist. This is the most impressive and spectacular viewpoint of Iguazu Falls. We will continue our tour with a visit to the Bird Park. Located within a world-famous tropical rainforest and home to 160 bird species, the park offers unforgettable moments and the opportunity to photograph beautiful tropical birds. Afterwards, we will complete the border crossing procedures and proceed to our hotel on the Brazilian side of the border, where we will check in. We will then return to our hotel to rest. Iguazu - Rio de Janeiro
After breakfast at our hotel, the entire day is free. Guests who wish may join the Macuco Safari tour (USD 190), which will be organized optionally by our guide, and depart for the tour. We will explore the Brazilian side of the Iguazu Falls, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, accompanied by a pleasant walk. Afterwards, the Macuco Safari offers a unique boat tour that will take you on an exciting adventure, allowing you to fully experience the grandeur and thrill of Iguazu. Following the tour, we will be transferred to the airport and fly to Rio de Janeiro. Upon arrival, we will be transferred to our hotel. Guests who wish may join the dinner-inclusive Samba Show (USD 165), which will be organized as an optional evening activity by our guide. Following dinner at a local restaurant, we will watch one of the world’s most beautiful dance performances, the Plataforma Samba Show, whose name has become synonymous with the country. Overnight at our hotel. ***Depending on the departure time of the flight operated by local airlines, the program may be adjusted, provided that the itinerary remains unchanged.
Rio de Janeiro
After enjoying a pleasant breakfast at our hotel, we begin our panoramic city tour, where we will experience the city’s historic character up close. During our tour, we will make our way toward the city’s colonial district and experience an atmosphere where the past and present intertwine. We will take a walk through the Candelaria district, known for its historic buildings with colorful façades, narrow cobblestone streets, and small squares, and have the opportunity to observe its characteristic architecture and the rhythm of daily life up close. We will then enjoy a panoramic view of Praça XV, one of the city’s most important landmarks, and learn about the historic buildings surrounding the square through our guide’s explanations. During the tour, we will see the local Travesso Market, where we can trace the influences of local life and gain insight into the region’s cultural character through its fresh produce, local delicacies, and lively atmosphere. We will then see the Metropolitan Cathedral, one of the city’s landmarks known for its modern architecture, from the outside and learn about its impressive structure and architectural features. Following our sightseeing tour, we will have free time to explore the city at your own pace. Guests may wish to stroll through the historic streets, spend time at local cafés, or visit shopping areas. At the end of the day, we return to our hotel for overnight accommodation.
Rio de Janeiro
After breakfast at our hotel, free time for shopping, relaxing, exploring the surroundings, and enjoying the sea and sunshine. Afterwards, we depart with guests who wish to join the half-day optional Corcovado tour, organized by our guide ($150 USD). During this tour, you will see the famous Christ the Redeemer statue on the hill, which has become a symbol of Rio, and take the famous Monorail system up to the summit, where you will enjoy Rio’s breathtaking panorama. We then depart with guests who wish to join the optional Sugarloaf tour, organized by our guide ($120 USD). During the tour, we take cable cars up to Sugarloaf Mountain, where you will be treated to incredible views of Guanabara Bay. We transfer back to our hotel afterward. Overnight at our hotel.
Rio de Janeiro – São Paulo
After breakfast at our hotel, we will fly to São Paulo, one of Brazil’s most important cities, on a local airline. Upon arrival, our panoramic city tour will include Ibirapuera Park, the Japanese Quarter, the Cathedral, the Historic City Center, and the Municipal Theater. At the end of the tour, we will be transferred to our hotel in São Paulo. Overnight in São Paulo.
São Paulo - Istanbul
After breakfast at the hotel this morning, we will have free time until the transfer time determined by our guide. We will then be transferred to the airport for our flight to Istanbul. Following check-in, baggage drop-off, and boarding procedures, we will depart for Istanbul at night on a scheduled Turkish Airlines flight. We will welcome the new day aboard the aircraft.
