This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people.  If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days prior to the start of the tour. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

HEALTH

There are no mandatory vaccinations for entry into Argentina and Brazil. We do not anticipate any health issues related to food. We recommend avoiding tap water and consuming bottled water. Please remember to bring medications for stomach and diarrhea issues, vitamins, as well as medicines for dizziness, vomiting, headaches, colds, and blood pressure conditions if needed.

The plane will make a technical stop in Sao Paulo lasting approximately 1 hour and 35 minutes. During this time, passengers are prohibited from disembarking.

Optional tours and activities are organized by our local partner agency with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people and are not mandatory. If sufficient numbers are not met, tours may not take place, or optional tour/activity prices, content, and vehicles used may vary based on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums, historical sites, or venues are open/closed and weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located further than the specified kilometers.

 Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability. In these rooms, the bed provided for the 3rd person may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or known as coach beds, participants (the 3rd person and/or children) booking triple rooms are deemed to have accepted potential crowding and the type of bed.

Child discounts apply only to one child (1) traveling with two adults and falling within the age group specified in the pricing section. 

Breakfasts included in the tour package are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited, generally as a limited continental menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate room allocated for the group.

CURRENCY

The currency of Argentina is Argentine Peso (ARS).

The currency of Brazil is Brazilian Real (BRL).

It is advisable to carry US Dollars (USD).

TIME ZONE

There is a -5 hour difference between both countries and Turkey. When it is 12:00 in Turkey, it is 07:00 in all three countries.

CLOTHING AND ESSENTIAL ITEMS

If traveling during summer, we recommend bringing easily wearable t-shirts, short and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket, and a thin sweater for evenings. Additionally, you may bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs for possible noise, a camera, video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards. For winter, we recommend clothing that allows comfortable movement and keeps you warm.

FOOD CULTURE

Argentina and Brazil have culinary cultures where meat dishes are prominent, along with a significant presence of grain products.

SHOPPING

In Buenos Aires, Avenida Santa Fe and Avenida Corrientes in the city center, as well as Avenida Cabildo in Belgrano, are the busiest shopping areas. However, please note that high bank commissions are applied when using credit cards, and we suggest using cash for shopping whenever possible.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for destinations/passports requiring a visa) does not guarantee entry into the country. The border police have the authority to deny entry. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the traveler.  

The agency acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and special flights, or flight times may change prior to the current tour and flight. The agency is obligated to notify passengers of such changes as soon as possible. Passengers purchase the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes or airport service fees. 

Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction to cities, conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include entrance to museums or historical sites. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, may not be carried out if local authorities do not permit visiting or entering on the scheduled day and time, or due to closed roads caused by any event. Similarly, if weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour, the agency is not responsible for the inability to perform said tours. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot, depending on available options, at points where road access or vehicle entry is restricted.

Tour Program
Istanbul - Sao Paulo
We begin our journey with a meeting at the Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal. After completing check-in, baggage, and passport procedures, we depart in the morning on a scheduled Turkish Airlines flight to São Paulo, arriving in the evening local time. Upon arrival, we transfer to our hotel via a private vehicle arranged for us. We spend the night at our hotel.
São Paulo – Rio de Janeiro
After breakfast at our hotel this morning, we will transfer to the airport for our flight to Rio de Janeiro. Upon arrival, we will board a scheduled local airline flight. Following our arrival, we will begin a city tour of Rio de Janeiro. During the panoramic city tour, we will explore the Colonial District, which reflects Rio's historical and cultural heritage. As part of the tour, we will enjoy a scenic drive through the historic center, passing by narrow streets, squares, and buildings that have stood from the colonial era to the present day. We will see the Candelária Church, one of the city's most important religious landmarks. Next, we will pass through Praça XV Square, a site of great significance in Rio's historical and political development. We will also view the Travessa Market area, an important hub of local life, and learn about the Metropolitan Cathedral, known for its striking modern architecture. Throughout the tour, we will gain close insight into Rio's historical fabric, spanning from the colonial period to today, as well as its vibrant urban life. After the tour, you will have free time to explore the city at your own pace. Guests who wish may join an optional evening event organized by our guide: an evening dinner with Samba Show ($165 USD). After dinner at a local restaurant, we will watch the Samba Show on Platform, one of the world's finest dance performances and an iconic symbol of Brazil. Overnight stay at our hotel.
Rio de Janeiro
Free time after breakfast at our hotel for shopping, relaxation, exploring the surroundings, and enjoying the sea and sun. Later, we depart for an optional half-day tour to Corcovado (130 USD) with interested guests and our guide. During this tour, you will see the iconic Christ the Redeemer statue atop the hill, ride the famous Monorail railway system to the summit, and take in Rio's breathtaking views. Next, we set off for an optional Sugar Loaf tour (110 USD) with interested guests and our guide. On this excursion, we ascend Sugar Loaf Mountain via cable cars to enjoy the stunning vistas of Guanabara Bay. We then transfer back to our hotel for overnight stay.
Rio de Janeiro - Iguazu
After breakfast at our hotel, we will transfer to Rio de Janeiro Airport in a private vehicle. From there, we will fly to Iguazu (Brazil) on a scheduled flight operated by a local airline. Upon arrival, we will be transferred to our hotel. For those interested, we will depart for the optional Macuco Safari & Bird Park tour (265 USD), organized by our guide. We will then enjoy a leisurely walk along the Brazilian side of the Iguazu Falls, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Next, we embark on the Macuco Safari, an exhilarating boat tour that offers a unique experience, allowing you to fully appreciate the grandeur and beauty of Iguazu. Following this, we continue our tour with a visit to the Bird Park. Nestled within a world-renowned tropical rainforest housing over 160 bird species, this park provides unforgettable moments and excellent opportunities to photograph stunning tropical birds. Later in the program, we will complete border crossing procedures, move to our hotel located on the Brazilian side of the border, and check in. Afterward, we will return to the hotel for rest. Overnight stay at our hotel.
Iguazu
After breakfast at our hotel this morning, we will have free time. Following the border crossing procedures, we will cross into the Argentine side of the border. Guests who wish may join an optional tour to Devil's Throat organized by our guide (USD 150). As one of the world's seven natural wonders, the magnificent view of the Iguazu Falls on the Argentine side, combined with the sound of rushing water, enchants visitors as they walk along the fastest-flowing river for about 2 kilometers to reach Garganta del Diablo (Devil's Throat). The waters plunge from a U-shaped gorge that is 150 meters wide and 700 meters long, creating a spectacular cloud of mist from a height of 82 meters. This is the most impressive and captivating viewpoint of the Iguazu Falls. At the end of our tour, we will transfer back to our hotel on the Brazilian side.
Iguazu - Buenos Aires
After breakfast at our hotel this morning, we will transfer to Iguazu Airport and take a scheduled flight with a local airline to Buenos Aires. In the evening, guests who wish may join an optional guided activity organized by our guide: the Dinner Tango Night ($160). At this event, which includes dinner, we will experience a unique tango performance at one of the city's finest tango venues. Overnight stay at our hotel.
Buenos Aires
After breakfast at our hotel, we begin our panoramic tour of Buenos Aires. Despite being one of the largest cities in South America, its architecture, diverse and delicious cuisine, and above all, the tango that pulses through its heart, make you feel as though you are wandering through a major European city. Our first stop will be La Recoleta neighborhood, whose very presence explains why this city is known as "The Paris of South America." As one of the city's most exclusive districts, it is home to the Recoleta Cemetery, where the tomb of Eva Peron (Evita) can be found. Next, we will visit the Cathedral and the Colon Theatre, followed by a tour of the La Boca neighborhood. After the tour, you will have free time to explore the city at your leisure before transferring back to our hotel.
Buenos Aires - Santiago
After breakfast at the hotel, we transfer to the airport for our flight to Santiago. Upon arrival in Santiago via a local airline, we find ourselves in a city where modern life and historical charm blend seamlessly at the foot of the Andes Mountains. After checking in, we take the cable car up to San Cristobal Hill to enjoy panoramic views of the city. Guided by our tour leader, we explore the city more closely, then enjoy some free time at this vantage point to photograph both Santiago and the Andes before transferring back to our hotel to rest. Overnight stay at our hotel.
Santiago
After breakfast at our hotel, we begin our city tour to deeply explore the historical and cultural fabric of Santiago. Our first stop is Plaza de Armas, the heart of the city. This historic square, framed by magnificent colonial-era buildings, carries Santiago's centuries-old memory. We closely examine the Metropolitan Cathedral and the former National Congress Building that surround the plaza. Next, we head to Bellavista, the city's most colorful and artistic neighborhood. Here, we wander through street art, vibrant restaurants, and boutique shops in the district where Pablo Neruda's iconic home, La Chascona, is located. From there, we move on to Barrio Italia to discover its antique shops, workshops of local designers, and the area's unique atmosphere. Overnight stay at our hotel.
Santiago - Istanbul
After breakfast at our hotel this morning, we will transfer to the airport and fly to Istanbul on a Turkish Airlines scheduled flight. We will spend the night on board the aircraft.
