This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days prior to the start of the tour. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

HEALTH

There is no mandatory vaccination requirement for entry into Argentina and Brazil. We do not expect any health issues related to food. We recommend avoiding tap water and consuming bottled water. Please remember to bring medications for stomach and diarrhea issues, vitamins, dizziness, vomiting, headaches, colds, and blood pressure conditions if needed.

FLIGHT DURATIONS

The plane will make a technical stop in Sao Paulo lasting approximately 1 hour and 35 minutes. During this time, passengers are not allowed to disembark.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES

Optional tours and activities are organized by our local partner agency with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people and are not mandatory. If sufficient numbers are not met, tours may not take place, or optional tour/activity prices, content, and vehicles used may vary based on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums, historical sites, or venues are open/closed and weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located further than the specified kilometers.

 Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability. In such rooms, the bed provided for the 3rd person may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or known as coach beds, participants who are the 3rd person and/or children booking are deemed to have accepted potential crowding in the room and the type of bed.

Child discounts apply only to one (1) child staying with two adults and falling within the age group specified in the pricing section. 

Breakfasts included in the tour package are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited, generally as a continental breakfast consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group.

CURRENCY

The currency of Argentina is Argentine Peso (ARS).

The currency of Brazil is Brazilian Real (BRL).

It is advisable to carry US Dollars (USD).

TIME ZONE

There is a -5 hour difference between both countries and Turkey. When it is 12:00 in Turkey, it is 07:00 in all three countries.

CLOTHING AND ESSENTIAL ITEMS

If traveling during summer, we recommend bringing easily wearable t-shirts, short and long-sleeved shirts, cotton pants, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket, and a thin sweater for evenings. Additionally, you may bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs for possible noise, a camera, video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards. For winter, we recommend clothing that allows comfortable movement and keeps you warm.

FOOD CULTURE

Argentina and Brazil have culinary cultures where meat dishes are prominent, along with a significant presence of grain products.

SHOPPING

In Buenos Aires, Avenida Santa Fe and Avenida Corrientes in the city center, and Avenida Cabildo in Belgrano are the busiest shopping areas. However, please note that high bank commissions are applied when using credit cards, and we suggest using cash for shopping whenever possible.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for destinations/passports requiring a visa) does not guarantee entry into the country. The border police have the authority to deny entry. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the traveler.  

The agency acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and special flights, or flight times may change prior to the current tour and flight. The agency is obligated to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers purchase the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes or airport service fees. 

Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction to cities, conducted via vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include entrance to museums or historical sites. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, may not take place if local authorities do not permit visits or entry on the designated day and time, or due to closed roads caused by any event. Similarly, if weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour, the agency is not responsible for the inability to perform said tours. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot, depending on available options, at points where road access or vehicle entry is restricted.

Tour Program
Istanbul - Sao Paulo
We begin with our meeting at the Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal. After completing ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, we arrive in São Paulo in the evening on a scheduled Turkish Airlines flight. Following our arrival, we transfer to our hotel for rest and overnight stay. Overnight in our São Paulo hotel.
São Paulo – Rio de Janeiro
After breakfast at our hotel this morning, we will board a scheduled flight with the local airline to Rio de Janeiro. Upon arrival, we will begin a city tour of Rio de Janeiro. During our panoramic city tour, we will explore the Colonial District, which reflects Rio's historical and cultural heritage. We will enjoy a leisurely panoramic journey through the narrow streets, squares, and buildings in the historic center that have survived from the colonial era to the present day. Along the way, we will see the Candelária Church, one of the most important religious landmarks in the city. Next, we will pass through Praça XV Square, which has played a significant role in the city's historical and political development. We will also view the Travessa Market area, an important hub of local life, and learn about the Metropolitan Cathedral, known for its striking modern architecture. Throughout the tour, we will have the opportunity to closely experience Rio's historical fabric, spanning from the colonial period to today, as well as its vibrant urban life. After the tour, you will have free time to explore the city at your own pace. Guests who wish may join an optional evening activity organized by our guide: a dinner accompanied by a Samba Show ($165 USD). Following dinner at a local restaurant, we will watch the Samba Show on Platform, one of the world's finest dance performances and an iconic symbol of Brazil. Overnight at our hotel.
Rio de Janeiro
Free time after breakfast at our hotel for shopping, relaxation, exploring the surroundings, and enjoying the sea and sun. Later, we depart for an optional half-day tour to Corcovado (130 USD) with interested guests and our guide. During this tour, you will see the iconic Christ the Redeemer statue atop the hill, ride the famous Monorail railway system to reach the summit, and enjoy Rio's breathtaking panoramic views. Next, we depart for another optional tour to Sugar Loaf (110 USD) with interested guests and our guide. On this tour, we take cable cars up Sugar Loaf Mountain to savor the incredible views of Guanabara Bay. Afterward, we transfer back to our hotel. Overnight stay at our hotel.
Rio de Janeiro - Iguazu
After breakfast at our hotel, we will transfer to Rio de Janeiro Airport in a private vehicle. From there, we will fly to Iguazu (Brazil) on a scheduled flight operated by a local airline. Upon arrival, we will be transferred to our hotel. For those interested, we will depart for the optional Macuco Safari & Bird Park tour (USD 265), organized by our guide. We will then enjoy a leisurely walk along the Brazilian side of the Iguazu Falls, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Next, we embark on the Macuco Safari, an exhilarating boat tour that offers a unique experience allowing you to fully appreciate the grandeur and beauty of Iguazu. Following this, we continue our tour with a visit to the Bird Park. Nestled within a world-renowned tropical rainforest home to 160 bird species, this park provides unforgettable moments and excellent opportunities to photograph stunning tropical birds. Later in the program, we will complete border crossing procedures, move to our hotel located on the Brazilian side of the border, and check in. Afterward, we will return to the hotel for rest. Overnight stay at our hotel.
Iguazu - Buenos Aires
After breakfast at our hotel this morning, we will have free time. Following border crossing procedures, we will cross into the Argentine side of the border. Guests who wish may join the optional Devil's Throat tour organized by our guide (USD 150). Those not participating in the tour will be given free time on the Argentine side of the border. The Garganta del Diablo (Devil's Throat), one of the world's seven natural wonders, enchants visitors with its magnificent views and the sound of rushing water. It is accessible via a walk along the fastest-flowing river for about 2 kilometers. The waters plunge from a U-shaped canyon that is 150 meters wide and 700 meters long, creating a spectacular cloud of mist from a height of 82 meters. This is the most impressive and captivating viewpoint of the Iguazu Falls. Afterwards, we will transfer to Iguazu Airport and take a scheduled flight operated by local airlines to Buenos Aires. In the evening, guests who wish may join the optional Dinner Tango Night event organized by our guide (USD 160). At this event, which includes dinner, we will experience an unforgettable tango performance at one of the city's finest tango venues. We will spend the night at our hotel.
Buenos Aires
After breakfast at our hotel, we begin our panoramic tour of Buenos Aires. Despite being one of the largest cities in South America, its architecture, diverse and delicious cuisine, and above all, the tango that pulses through its heart, make you feel as though you are wandering through a major European metropolis. Our first stop will be La Recoleta, a neighborhood whose very presence explains why Buenos Aires is known as "The Paris of South America." As one of the city's most exclusive districts, it is home to the Recoleta Cemetery, where the tomb of Eva Peron (Evita) can be found. Next, we will visit the Cathedral and the Colon Theatre, followed by a tour of the La Boca neighborhood. After the tour, you will have free time to explore the city at your leisure before transferring back to our hotel.
Buenos Aires - Santiago
After breakfast at the hotel, we transfer to the airport for our flight to Santiago. Upon arrival in Santiago via a local airline, we find ourselves in a city where modern life and historical charm blend seamlessly at the foot of the Andes Mountains. After checking in, we take the cable car up to San Cristobal Hill to enjoy panoramic views of the city. Guided by our tour leader, we explore the city more closely, then enjoy some free time at this vantage point to capture photos of both Santiago and the Andes before transferring back to our hotel to rest. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Santiago - Istanbul
After breakfast at our hotel this morning, we will transfer to the airport and fly to Istanbul on a Turkish Airlines scheduled flight. We will spend the night on board the aircraft.

Our arrival in Istanbul will be around noon local time. Until we meet again for a new discovery.
