Our first stop is Eguisheim, one of Alsace's charming towns. As you wander through its narrow, picturesque streets, surrounded by colorful houses with wooden shutters and balconies adorned with vibrant geraniums, you'll feel as though you've stepped back in time. A member of the "Les Plus Beaux Villages de France" association since 2003, Eguisheim was voted "France's Favorite Village" in 2013. After visiting Eguisheim, we proceed to our second stop, Colmar. Known for its multicolored houses, flower-lined streets, and enchanting atmosphere, Colmar holds great significance as the starting point of the Alsace Wine Route. The city's canals, fed by tributaries of the Rhine River, add to its beauty. Lining the riverbanks are historic buildings dating back to the 12th century, distinguished by their vivid colors—a defining and remarkable feature of the city. During our tour of Colmar, we explore its carnival-like streets, visit St. Martin's Cathedral with its large stork nests on the roof, stroll along Rue Marchande (Merchants' Street), and discover the area known as "Petite Venise," meaning "Little Venice." Our final stop is Riquewihr, Alsace's most famous village. With its harmonious blend of two-story half-timbered and concrete houses, each uniquely colored and shaped, this quaint town of about 1,200 residents attracts over 2 million visitors annually. In this wonderful city where history, culture, and nature intertwine, you won't be able to take enough photos. After the tour, we transfer back to our hotel for overnight accommodation.
