Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger. *As of 10 April 2026, under the European Entry/Exit System (EES), which came into force in European Union countries, passport control procedures at border crossings are carried out by collecting biometric data (fingerprints and facial recognition).

These processes are entirely under the control of the relevant country’s border security units, and our agency has no authority to intervene. Therefore, our agency cannot be held responsible for delays, waiting times or any resulting disruptions to the program.
Our guests are strongly advised to ensure that their passports are physically suitable, that there are no conditions that could prevent biometric data collection (cuts, wounds, heavy cream, etc.), and that they allow sufficient time for border procedures.

Following the approximately one-hour journey, we arrive at İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport and collect our luggage. Upon arrival in İzmir, we meet at the International Terminal of İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport. We complete the necessary check-in, passport, and baggage procedures. We then depart on our SunExpress flight and arrive at Stuttgart Airport. After taking our seats in the private vehicle waiting for us at the airport, we set off for Baden-Baden, the heart of the Black Forest and one of Europe’s most distinguished and prestigious spa and cultural cities, following a short and pleasant journey. Upon our arrival in Baden-Baden, our city tour includes the renowned Kurhaus building, which dazzles with its neoclassical architecture; the magnificent Baden-Baden Casino, described by the world-famous actress Marlene Dietrich as “the most beautiful casino in the world”; the Trinkhalle (Pump Room), renowned for its impressive mythological frescoes; and the peaceful Oos River, which runs through the heart of the city. Following our guide’s explanations, we have free time to explore the famous Baden-Baden Christmas Market (Christkindelsmarkt), regarded as one of Germany’s most romantic winter fairytales and located directly in front of the historic Kurhaus and the renowned casino, as well as the nearby streets of the historic old town (Altstadt). During this free time, you can stroll among the glittering wooden stalls and browse handmade souvenirs. You can also sample local delicacies served at the Christmas market stalls or enjoy a pleasant meal accompanied by famous schnitzels and Black Forest cake at the elegant cafés and restaurants in the old town. You are welcome to savor this enchanting winter atmosphere with a warming glass of mulled wine (Glühwein) or hot chocolate at the cinnamon-scented stalls. After our free time, we travel a short distance to our hotel in Durbach, one of Germany’s charming towns, to relax after the gentle fatigue of the day.
Strasbourg – Riquewihr – Colmar – Belfort
After breakfast at our hotel, we make our way to Strasbourg, the heart of the Alsace region and officially recognized as the “Capital of Christmas” (Capitale de Noël). As soon as we arrive in the city, we are welcomed by a captivating atmosphere, with our first stop being the Strasbourg Cathedral (Notre-Dame), rising majestically into the sky and described by Victor Hugo as a “gigantic and delicate miracle.” We admire the cathedral’s lace-like façade and its magnificent appearance surrounded by Christmas markets. We continue our tour with Gutenberg Square, steeped in history and named after Johannes Gutenberg, the inventor of the printing press. We then arrive at Place Kléber, the city’s liveliest spot. Here, we take fairytale-like photographs beneath Strasbourg’s iconic Grand Sapin, a gigantic Christmas tree standing several meters high and adorned with lights. Following our walk along Strasbourg’s narrow canals and through the La Petite France district, accompanied by reflections shimmering on the water, we have free time amid the scents of cinnamon and spices surrounding the Christmas markets. During this time, you can browse local handicrafts at the stalls in Kléber and Gutenberg squares and enjoy the flavors of Alsatian cuisine during your lunch break. After regrouping, our next stop is Riquewihr, a jewel hidden behind ancient fortifications. In this village, which has preserved its medieval character in its entirety, you can sample Riesling and Gewürztraminer wines from the region’s centuries-old vineyards at the Christmas markets, taste cinnamon and ginger cookies from the village’s famous bakeries, and lose yourself among handmade Christmas decorations in the local shops. We continue our journey to Colmar, known as the “heart of Alsace” and transformed into a true fairytale during the Christmas season. We enter the city after seeing the Statue of Liberty monument located here, as Colmar is the hometown of Bartholdi, the designer of New York’s Statue of Liberty. In Colmar, the Maison des Têtes (House of Heads), Maison Pfister (Pfister House), Unterlinden Museum, Bartholdi Museum, and Dominican Church are among the main attractions we will explore with our guide’s explanations. At the end of our tour, after taking unforgettable photographs in the city’s most famous area, known as “Little Venice” (Petite Venise) for its canals and colorful houses, we have free time to discover the enormous Christmas markets spread across six different locations throughout the city. During our dinner break, we enjoy the enchanting atmosphere with hot mulled wine (Vin Chaud), the local Tarte Flambée, and hazelnut cookies served at the Christmas markets. We meet at the time designated by our guide and proceed to our hotel in the Belfort area, where we will spend the night.
Basel – Bern – Biel
After having breakfast at our hotel, we take our seats on the bus and depart for Basel, Switzerland’s cultural capital. Upon arrival in Basel, we immerse ourselves in the city’s enchanting Christmas atmosphere. While exploring the magnificent Christmas markets set up in Marktplatz, we have the opportunity to see historic landmarks decorated for Christmas, such as Basel Minster (Cathedral) and the Basel Rathaus (Town Hall), which captivates visitors with its bright red façade. During our free time in Basel’s streets and squares adorned with Christmas trees, we can sample local delicacies and enjoy our lunch break in this fairy-tale atmosphere. After spending delightful hours in Basel, we set off for Bern, Switzerland’s capital, situated among the bends of the River Aare. Famous for its rich history and well-preserved medieval architecture, Bern was added to the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1983 and is essentially an open-air museum. We begin our city tour at the Zytglogge Astronomical Clock, dating back to the 13th century and attracting visitors with its mechanical figures that move every hour. We then see Bern Minster (Berner Münster), which has Switzerland’s tallest tower and represents the pinnacle of Gothic architecture, the magnificent Swiss Federal Palace (Parliament Building), and the Einstein House, where the world-renowned physicist Albert Einstein lived while developing his theories, from the outside. We connect with the spirit of Bern through our guide’s detailed explanations about the Bear Park (Bärengraben), which has become one of the city’s symbols. Following our guided exploration tour, we have free time to experience the sparkling Christmas markets set up along Bern’s cobbled streets. Guests may stroll among the elegant handicrafts at the Münsterplatz Christmas Market, located in the shadow of the cathedral, sample Bern’s famous gingerbread (Lebkuchen), shop at the traditional market area set up in Bundesplatz directly in front of the Parliament Building, or sip mulled wine in the inviting atmosphere of the market at Waisenhausplatz while enjoying the winter sunshine. Thanks to Bern’s characteristic six kilometres of arcaded walkways (Lauben), you can explore the shops and boutique cafés decorated with Christmas ornaments without being affected by the weather. After this unforgettable day spent accompanied by panoramic views of the River Aare and snow-covered rooftops, we meet at the designated time and depart for Biel (Bienne), where we will stay overnight. Upon arrival, we check in at our centrally located hotel. Following the check-in process, guests who wish may explore Biel’s historic Old Town (Altstadt) independently, thanks to the hotel’s central location. During this free time, you can stroll through the Old Town’s cobbled streets, relax at cafés in the squares, or enjoy the evening by having dinner at local restaurants.
Grindelwald – The Alps’ Top Jungfraujoch by Cable Car and Train – Lucerne – Zurich
After breakfast at our hotel, we depart for Interlaken, regarded as the heart of the Alps, a favorite destination for travelers, and the center of Switzerland’s natural beauty. Following a panoramic tour here, we arrive at Grindelwald Grund Station. From Grindelwald Grund Station, we board the legendary cog railway that takes us to some of the highest elevations in the world and embark on a delightful and exciting ascent toward Jungfraujoch, known as the “TOP OF EUROPE,” at an altitude of 3,454 meters. In this fairytale atmosphere, where the Ice Palace, featuring ice sculptures; the Great Aletsch Glacier (Grosser Aletschgletscher), the largest and longest glacier in the Alps and on the entire European continent; the Sphinx Observation Terrace, Jungfraujoch’s most iconic and highest viewing point at 3,571 meters above sea level; the Lindt Chocolate Heaven; and watch and souvenir shops are all located at the summit of the Alps, we enjoy an unforgettable experience. After spending pleasant time in this remarkable UNESCO World Heritage site, built with incredible technology, we proceed to Eigergletscher Station. From there, we descend to Grindelwald aboard the state-of-the-art “Eiger Express” panoramic cable car, enjoying views of the immense north face of the Eiger. We then depart by our waiting vehicle for Lucerne, praised by the famous writer Alexandre Dumas as “an oyster, and Lucerne the pearl inside it,” known as Switzerland’s “Proud City” and Heidi’s hidden paradise. With a history dating back to 1178, Lucerne was once founded as a fishing village and today enjoys a unique location where Lake Lucerne flows into the Reuss River. We begin our city tour with the 14th-century Chapel Bridge (Kapellbrücke), one of Europe’s oldest wooden bridges, which captivates visitors with the triangular paintings adorning its ceiling. We then see the Priests’ Council Building and visit the Lion Monument and Glacier Garden, which Mark Twain described as “the most mournful and moving piece of rock in the world.” After a guided city tour of this ancient city, where you can feel the atmosphere of the Middle Ages to your very core, we have free time for dinner and shopping in Lucerne’s Christmas markets and squares. Following our enchanting evening in Lucerne, we proceed to our hotel in Zurich for overnight accommodation.
Zurich – Izmir – Antalya
After our final breakfast at the hotel, we check out of our rooms and set off toward central Zurich. Our first stop is the Kunsthaus (Art House), founded in 1910, and the historic Opera and Ballet House, which has hosted world-renowned artists. We cross the Quaibrücke Bridge, one of Zurich’s landmarks, enjoying impressive views over the Limmat River. Our tour of Zurich continues with Fraumünster Church, completed in the 16th century and once home to noblewomen of the period. The church is particularly notable for its Chagall stained-glass windows and the guild buildings in its surroundings. Immediately afterward, we visit St. Peter’s Church, another symbol of the city, known for having one of the largest clock faces in Europe. One of the most special stops on our Zurich tour will be the historic Lindenhof Hill, rising in the heart of the city directly above the Limmat River. From this historic hill, which brings peace to the city with its Roman-era remains and centuries-old trees, we take a panoramic break to admire the unique views of the colorful Old Town (Altstadt) houses across the river, the magnificent towers, and the river’s graceful flow. We then make our way to Bahnhofstrasse, one of the world’s most prestigious shopping streets. After a short period of free time here, we add the dazzling atmosphere of Europe’s most magnificent Christmas markets and the once-in-a-lifetime “TOP OF EUROPE – JUNGFRAUJOCH” summit experience, which is not included in the itineraries of agencies in Turkey, to our memories and bring this fairytale journey to an end. We transfer directly to Zurich Airport for our return flight. Upon arrival at the airport, we complete our ticketing, baggage, and passport procedures. We depart for Izmir on our SunExpress flight. Upon arrival at Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport, we collect our baggage and prepare for our flight to Antalya. After completing the check-in and baggage drop-off procedures once again, we take our SunExpress flight and arrive in Antalya. We say goodbye to one another until our next tour program.
