VISA and PASSPORT
Ordinary Passport Visa required
Green Passport Visa not required
Service Passport Visa not required
You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of the trip and not older than 10 years.
For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will provide for you. In order to avoid any issues with customs police at the border crossing of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports should be renewed, and if the destination is a country that applies visas to T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger. Since our guests under 18 traveling alone or with only one of their mother or father may be asked by the police officer in charge at the country entry-exit points for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents be sensitive about this matter.
*Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for destinations/passports requiring a visa) does not mean that entry into the country will be granted. The passport police have the authority to deny your entry into the country. Our agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.

When leaving the hotels you stay at during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings. If forgotten items are found, the costs incurred in delivering them to the country and/or person belong to the owner of the item.
*In the event that your passport is lost or stolen, since the Agency’s representative/guide must continue with the tour program as committed by the agency to the other traveling guests, they should know that they will act on their own responsibility for all arrangements regarding passport procedures, return, or joining the tour in the country where the loss/theft occurred. HEALTH We do not think there will be any problem in the meals taken at good restaurants and hotels in the region that would threaten your health. However, when you are not with the group, we recommend that you be careful about food and drink, definitely consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk, and dairy products, consume meat and fish products that you are sure are well cooked, and for fruit, eat fruits that can be peeled, such as bananas and pineapples.
We strongly recommend that you obtain a report and invoice from the healthcare units where you receive treatment in case of health problems or injuries that may occur due to reasons beyond your control. It will be beneficial in case you need it for insurance-related procedures.
TRAVEL HEALTH and CANCELLATION COVER *The insurance arranged by our Agency for your said trip is within the scope of the Professional Liability Insurance and travel health coverage that the Union of Turkish Travel Agencies requires agencies to have. Travel health coverage is valid for ages 0-65. Our guests over 65 are required to obtain insurance by paying an additional premium. We recommend that you definitely arrange Travel and Health Insurance for every trip to ensure your protection.
*However, it should be known that this insurance does not cover unconditional and unrestricted cancellations; in the event of force majeure, non-chronic and sudden illnesses, accidents, and if a first-degree relative has such negative circumstances, it is included in the cancellation coverage as a result of the reports obtained being submitted to the relevant insurance company and evaluated. These evaluations are carried out by the relevant Health and Insurance Company’s healthcare institutions and are outside the scope of responsibility of our agency.
