PARTICIPATION CONDITION

This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people.  If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency

TOURS & OPTIONAL TOURS AND ACTIVITIES

*All City and Cultural Tours listed in the program are included in the price.

*Optional tours and activities or boat trips, etc., are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 15 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not reached, the tours may not take place, or the prices, content, and vehicles used for optional tours / activities may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of extra tours / activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums, ruins, or venues in the places to be visited, and according to weather conditions.

*The agency reserves the right to change the tour route when deemed necessary, provided that the content remains the same. 

*Tours or excursions that are not allowed to be visited or entered for any reason by local authorities or due to other reasons are not carried out. The Agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out such tours or excursions.

ACCOMMODATION

*During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated km. 

*Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed provided for the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or coach beds, participants are deemed to have accepted the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type in 3rd person and/or child reservations. 

*Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section.

*Breakfasts received at the hotel among the services included in the tour program are presented in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and are generally served as a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.

*In case of possible disruptions, our agency reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the hotel category remains the same, due to technical problems reported to us by the hotel management.

CURRENCY
The currency used on this tour is the British Sterling of England and Scotland. Credit cards are valid in these countries, but it is recommended that you still carry small amounts of cash for minor expenses. 

TIME ZONE

Europe is 2 hours behind Turkey in terms of time zone. If it is 12:00 in Turkey, it will be 10:00 there. 

CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS
The weather during these dates will generally be windy and snowy from time to time, and rainy in some places. 
• Light coat or waterproof jacket (absolutely necessary!)
• Waterproof comfortable walking shoes
• Umbrella or portable raincoat
• Small backpack

IMPORTANT NOTES
*Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for destinations/passports requiring a visa) does not mean that entry into the country will be granted. The passport police have the authority to refuse you entry into the country. Our agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.
*Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes and airport service fees.
*The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for general introduction of the cities and carried out panoramically with guide commentary from inside the vehicle, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours and not including museum or archaeological site entrances.
*Including other tours specified in the program, our Agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out the tours in question in cases where, on the day and time of the tour, local authorities do not permit visits or entry, or where the tour becomes impossible due to closed roads because of any event or due to weather conditions. Some tours may, where possible, be carried out by public transport or on foot at points where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted.

ABOUT AIR TICKETS & FLIGHTS
*Flight times and airline ticket reservation number information are shared by our agency before the tour date. Due to group reservation, you can check in at the specified time and counter with only your passport, even without your ticket.
*During registration, the name, date of birth, passport and identity number as shown in the passport must be entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Cancellations or changes of airline tickets arising from incorrect information will be charged to guests as a no-show fee.
*In cases where you are unable to participate due to being late for the flight or because you missed the plane due to your own reasons, our agency is not responsible for the losses arising from payments made to hotels and airlines.
*Our agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger; flight times may change before departure, and all times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. If the number of participants in the package tour is insufficient, tour cancellation is notified to the consumer 7 days in advance. There may be changes in routes depending on the city where the plane lands.

TRANSPORTATION and LOCAL TRANSPORTATION SERVICES
*Seat belts must be fastened during travel. For passengers aged 0-4, it is mandatory to bring a “baby car seat.” If the rules are not followed, our agency cannot be held responsible for any traffic fines or sanctions that may be imposed.
*Even if the seat numbers provided in the vehicles in the countries to be visited are as purchased, their direction, place, or position may differ. Seating is arranged according to the vehicle conditions of the current country.
*All vehicles provided by local vehicle service providers for transportation and transfer services are inspected in accordance with European Union rules and conditions. Vehicles that pass inspection provide service if they are comfortable and flawless, regardless of their model and age.
*Our buses usually have charging sockets; some vehicles may have different equipment. Therefore, we recommend that you bring a power bank with you.

LOSSES, OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS, PASSPORT and ID LOSSES
*While leaving the hotels you stay at during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings. In cases where forgotten items are found, the costs incurred while delivering them to the country and/or person belong to the owner of the item.
*In the event that your passport is lost or stolen, since our Agency representative/guide must continue the Tour Program for the other traveling guests as promised by the agency; they should know that they will act entirely on their own responsibility regarding passport procedures, return, or joining the tour in the country where the loss/theft occurred. Our Agency does not accept responsibility for any difficulties or problems that may arise in this regard.
*The Agency is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
