This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 30 people. In case sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the start of the tour. A tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.
VISA
Ordinary Passport ✅ Visa Required
Green Passport ❌ Visa Not Required
Service Passport ❌ Visa Not Required
You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of the trip and issued within the last 10 years.
For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be submitted with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for a Visa” list that your agency will provide to you. In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed; and if the country applies visa requirements to citizens of the Republic of Türkiye, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger. Since guests under the age of 18 traveling alone or with only one of their parents may be asked by police officers at country entry and exit points to provide a document showing the joint consent of both parents, we recommend that our guests under the age of 18 and their parents pay particular attention to this matter.
*Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for a visa-required destination/passport) does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed. Passport control officers have the authority to refuse you entry to the country. Our agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.
*As of April 10, 2026, within the scope of the European Entry/Exit System (EES), which came into force in European Union countries, passport control procedures at border crossings are carried out by collecting biometric data (fingerprints and facial recognition).
Due to this application, situations such as congestion, long waiting times, system delays or biometric data not being readable may occur at airports and border gates.
These processes are entirely under the control of the border security authorities of the relevant country, and our agency has no authority to intervene. Therefore, our agency cannot be held responsible for delays, waiting times or any resulting disruptions to the itinerary.
We strongly recommend that our guests ensure that their passports are physically suitable, that there are no conditions that could prevent biometric data collection (cuts, wounds, heavy cream, etc.), and that they allow sufficient time for border procedures.
“This procedure is an international security protocol, and all guests purchasing the tour are deemed to have accepted this process.”
HEALTH
We do not expect you to encounter any health-threatening problems with meals served at good restaurants and hotels in the region. Nevertheless, we recommend that you be careful about eating and drinking when you are not with the group, consume only bottled water, avoid ice, milk and dairy products, consume meat and fish products that you are sure have been thoroughly cooked, and choose fruits such as bananas and pineapples that can be peeled.
In case of health problems or injuries that may occur for reasons beyond your control, we strongly recommend that you obtain a medical report and invoice from the healthcare units where you receive treatment. These will be useful if needed for insurance procedures.

If the required number is not reached, the excursions may not take place, or optional tour/activity prices, content and vehicles to be used may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the dates and times of extra tours/activities may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums, archaeological sites or venues at the destinations are open or closed and on weather conditions.

*Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds consist of beds known as folding beds and coach beds, participants making reservations for a 3rd person and/or child are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible limited space and bed type in the rooms.
*Child discounts are valid for one (1) child staying with 2 adults and falling within the age group specified in the pricing section.
*Breakfasts included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally consist of a limited continental breakfast menu of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee; for groups, they may be served in a separate room allocated to the group.
*Due to possible disruptions and technical problems reported to us by hotel management, our agency reserves the right to change the names of the hotels, provided that their category remains the same.

Spain’s traditional flavors such as tapas, paella and ham, together with the Mediterranean delicacies, cheeses and quality wines unique to France’s Provence region, reflect the rich culinary culture of the region. In coastal cities, fresh fish and seafood are an indispensable part of daily life.

During the autumn and winter periods, we recommend clothing that allows you to move comfortably and keeps you warm, an umbrella and a lightweight raincoat.
IMPORTANT NOTES
*Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for a visa-required destination/passport) does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed. Passport control officers have the authority to refuse you entry to the country. Varivas Tur is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.
*Children between 0 and 2 years of age do not pay airport taxes or airport service fees.
*The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting no more than 2–3 hours, organized for a general introduction to the cities and conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with the guide’s commentary; they do not include museum or archaeological site admissions.
*Including the other tours specified in the program, if the relevant tours cannot be carried out because local authorities do not permit visits or entry on the day and at the time corresponding to the tour, because roads are closed due to an event, or because of weather conditions, our agency is not responsible for their cancellation. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, at locations with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted.
ABOUT AIR TICKETS & FLIGHTS
*Before the tour date, our agency will share the flight times and the reservation number information for the airline tickets. Since this is a group reservation, you can check in at the specified time and counter with only your passport, even without your ticket.
*During registration, the name as it appears on the passport, date of birth, passport number and identity number must be entered into the system. Air tickets are issued according to this information. No-show fees resulting from cancellations or changes to air tickets due to incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
*Our agency is not responsible for any losses arising from payments made to hotels and airlines in cases where you are unable to participate because you are late for the flight or fail to catch the relevant flight for reasons attributable to you.
*Our agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger. Flight times may change before departure, and all times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. If the number of participants required for the package tour is not reached, the consumer will be notified of the tour cancellation 7 days in advance. Routes may vary depending on the city where the aircraft lands.
TRANSPORTATION AND LOCAL TRANSPORTATION SERVICES
*Seat belts must be worn during the journey. Passengers between 0 and 4 years of age are required to bring a “child car seat.” If these rules are not followed, our agency cannot be held responsible for any traffic fines or sanctions imposed.
*The direction, location or position of vehicle seat numbers provided in the countries to be visited may differ, even if they are as purchased. Seating is arranged according to the vehicle conditions of the country concerned.
*All vehicles provided by local vehicle service providers for transportation and transfer services are inspected in accordance with European Union rules and conditions. Vehicles that pass inspection provide service as long as they are comfortable and flawless, regardless of their model or age.
*Our buses generally have charging sockets; some vehicles may have different equipment. Therefore, we recommend that you carry a power bank.
LOST ITEMS, OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS, PASSPORT AND IDENTITY DOCUMENT LOSSES
*When leaving the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings. If forgotten items are found, the expenses incurred in delivering them to the country and/or person concerned belong to the owner of the items.
*If your passport is lost or stolen, you should be aware that the agency representative/guide must continue the tour program as committed by the agency to the other traveling guests; therefore, you will be responsible for organizing all passport procedures, return arrangements or arrangements to rejoin the tour in the country where the loss/theft occurred. Our agency accepts no responsibility for any difficulties or problems that may arise in this regard.
*The agency is not responsible for items forgotten, lost or stolen during the tour.
PAYMENT METHOD
*You may make your payments through the banks clearly specified on our website, and, when deemed necessary, you may also make them using your credit card.
*In the event of cancellation/refund, payments will be refunded in the same currency and amounts in which they were made at the time of tour registration.
TRAVEL HEALTH AND CANCELLATION PROTECTION:
*The insurance arranged by our agency for your trip provides coverage for the Professional Liability Insurance made mandatory for agencies by the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies and for travel health. Travel health coverage is valid for persons between 0 and 65 years of age. Guests over 65 must take out insurance by paying the applicable additional premium. We recommend that you always purchase Travel and Health Insurance for each trip to ensure that you are protected.
*However, it should be known that this insurance does not cover unconditional and unrestricted cancellations. In the event of force majeure, cancellations may be covered following the submission and evaluation by the relevant insurance company of reports concerning non-chronic and sudden illnesses, accidents and such adverse circumstances affecting a first-degree relative. These evaluations are carried out by the relevant health and insurance company healthcare institutions and are outside the scope of our agency’s responsibility.
ABOUT THE CONTRACT AND CANCELLATIONS:
*For tours including flights, there is an unconditional cancellation right up to 30 days before the tour departure date. For cancellations more than 30 days before departure (25 days before the tour departure date), the remaining amount will be refunded after deducting the flight ticket and non-refundable operational expenses.
