PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT 

This trip is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people.  If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the start of the tour. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.

For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Required Documents for Visa” list that your agency will provide to you.

In order to avoid problems with the customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; the said passports

must be renewed, and if it is a country that applies visas to Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.

Since our guests under 18 traveling on their own or with only one of their mother or father may be asked by the police officer at the country entry/exit for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents be sensitive on this matter.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES             

Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we work with, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not reached, the excursions cannot be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicle used for the optional tour/activity may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums, archaeological sites, or venues in the places to be visited, and according to weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION   

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than those specified in km.

Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable and called coach beds, participants making reservations for a 3rd person and/or child are deemed to have acknowledged the possible congestion in the rooms and the bed type.

Child discounts are valid only for one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section.

Breakfasts included in the hotel services of the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.

CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS     If traveling during the summer season, we recommend bringing T-shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton pants, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket and a light sweater for the evenings. In addition; you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs for possible noise, a camera, a video camera and their chargers, and spare memory cards. During the winter season, we recommend clothes that allow comfortable movement and keep you warm.

The power outlets are the same as in Turkey.

SHOPPING

There are shopping opportunities at shopping centers in city centers and small stalls selling souvenirs.

IMPORTANT NOTES           

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for visa-required destinations/passports) does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed. The passport police have the authority to deny you entry into the country. Bin Rota is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.

Papua is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and special flights, or the times of the current trip and before the flight may change. Papua is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of up to 2-3 hours, organized for the general introduction of the cities and carried out panoramically with guide narration from inside the vehicle, excluding museum and archaeological site entrance fees. Papua is not responsible for the inability to carry out panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, if they do not take place on the day and at the time corresponding to the tour because local authorities do not allow visits or entry, or due to closed roads because of any event, and likewise in cases where the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be carried out by public transportation or on foot where possible in areas with closed roads or where vehicle entry is not permitted.

Tour Program
Ankara – Tbilisi
We meet at Ankara Esenboğa Airport International Departures Terminal. After ticketing, baggage, and passport procedures, we depart for Tbilisi on an AJet flight. Upon arrival, we go to our hotel to rest. After breakfast, we depart for Mtskheta, one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the country and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We visit Jvari Monastery, located on a hill with panoramic views of the Aragvi and Mtkvari rivers. Then we visit Svetitskhoveli Cathedral, one of Georgia’s most important religious buildings and its spiritual center. Before returning to Tbilisi, we have free time in Mtskheta for souvenir shopping, cafes, and a walk along the riverside. Afterwards, we transfer to our hotel and overnight at the hotel.
Tbilisi
After breakfast at our hotel, we will explore the Old Tbilisi district with its narrow cobblestone streets, colorful balconies, and historic churches. Following visits to Rike Park and the Bridge of Peace, we will take the cable car up to the Narikala Fortress area to enjoy the city view. We will then walk through the Abanotubani sulfur bath district and continue to the central avenues, where cultural buildings, cafés, and shopping areas are located. The tour offers a balanced view of the capital’s historical and modern sides. Transfer to our hotel and overnight at the hotel.
Tbilisi
After breakfast, depart eastward to the Kakheti region and visit the fortified town of Sighnaghi, renowned for its panoramic views of the Alazani Valley and its traditional architecture. Visit Bodbe Monastery, an important pilgrimage site associated with Saint Nino. Visit the KTW Winery, where you will learn about Georgia’s traditional wine production and the qvevri method through a wine tour and tasting program. In the evening, return to Tbilisi. Transfer to our hotel and overnight at the hotel.
Tbilisi
After breakfast, Borjomi is a resort town in central Georgia. The area is famous for its mineral waters, especially the spring waters in Borjomi Central Park. Nearby, trails wind through the vast wilderness of Borjomi-Kharagauli National Park. In the park, we will also see the Mtsvane Monastery, which has stood for centuries. After the tour, return to our hotel and free time.
Tiflis - Ankara
We check out at the time determined by our guide (breakfast will be in a box) and depart for the airport. We fly to Ankara on Ajet Airlines’ scheduled flight. With our arrival in Ankara, our tour comes to an end.
