Participation Requirement

This tour has a maximum capacity of 30 people. In the event of a possible route or date change by the cruise company, the tour continues on the new route.

Visa

Ordinary Passport                    Visa required (Multiple-entry Schengen)

Green Passport                          No visa required

Service Passport                    No visa required

You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for a destination/passport requiring a visa) does not mean that entry into the country will be allowed. The passport police have the authority to refuse you entry into the country. Gazella is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.

For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be submitted with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will provide for the application.

In order to avoid any problems with customs police at the border crossing of the country to be visited due to passports that are torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged; such passports must be renewed and, if the country applies a visa to T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.

Since our guests under 18 traveling alone or with only one of their parents may be asked by the police officer at border entry/exit for a document showing the joint consent of the mother and father, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents be sensitive about this issue.

Health

River Cruise ships do not have a well-equipped Health Center with specialist doctors and medical staff. In emergencies, reception calls the health teams from the nearest health institution to the ship within a very short time. Such medical services are charged. Your health insurance will be supportive in this regard.
