Nevertheless, when you are not with the group, we recommend that you be careful about what you eat and drink, definitely consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk and dairy products, eat meat and fish products that you are sure are well cooked, and for fruit, eat fruits whose skins can be peeled, such as bananas and pineapples.

In addition; you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards. In winter, we recommend clothing that allows you to move comfortably and keeps you warm.

Culinary Culture

When German cuisine is mentioned, pastries, potatoes, and of course beer come to mind first. In this culture, which has a wide variety of meat and vegetables, there is also a great diversity of beer and wine. French cuisine, whose roots date back to the Middle Ages, has a rich culture. French cuisine, famous worldwide for its renowned wines and various cheeses, is known for meat dishes cooked with different sauces and delicious desserts such as crème brûlée, macaron, and soufflé. Belgian cuisine has combined the traditions of German and French cuisines. Dutch cuisine is not a very rich cuisine, but its cheeses are worth trying. The other flavors are generally of the fast food type.
