PARTICIPATION CONDITION  

This trip is operated with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people.  If sufficient participation is not reached, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour start date. The canceled tour due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.

For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will provide to you for the visa application.

In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports must be renewed and, if it is a country that applies visas to Republic of Türkiye citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.

Since our guests under the age of 18 may be asked for a document showing the joint consent of the parents by the police officer on duty at entry and exit points when traveling alone or with only one of their parents; we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents show sensitivity on this matter.

HEALTH 

There is no vaccination requirement upon entry to Spain. We do not expect to encounter any problem that would threaten your health with meals taken in the region’s good restaurants and hotels. However, when you are not with the group, we recommend that you be careful about food and drink, absolutely consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk and dairy products, eat meat and fish products that you are sure are well cooked, and for fruit, eat fruits whose peels can be removed such as bananas and pineapples.

OPTIONAL TOURS  & ACTIVITIES       

Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we receive services from with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and there is no obligation to participate. If the sufficient number is not reached, the tours cannot be held, or the prices, content, and vehicle used for optional tours/activities may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums, historical sites, or venues in the places to be visited, and according to weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION     

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km.

Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding beds and coach beds, participants making reservations for a 3rd person and/or child are deemed to have accepted the possible crampedness in the rooms and the bed type.

Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section.

Breakfasts taken at the hotel among the services included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally as a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.

CURRENCY     

The currency of Spain is the Euro (EUR).

It is useful to have Euro (EUR) with you.

TIME ZONE      

Spain is 2 hours behind Türkiye in summer time and 1 hour behind in winter time.

For example, when it is 18:30 in Türkiye in summer, it is 16:30 in Spain.

PHONE USE     

Your mobile phone line can be used if it is open for international calls (roaming).

CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS    

If traveling in the summer season, we recommend that you bring T-shirts, short- and long-sleeved shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket and a thin sweater for the evenings.  In addition; you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera, their chargers, and spare memory cards. In the winter season, we recommend clothing that allows you to move comfortably and keep warm.

FOOD CULTURE            

Spanish cuisine is derived from a complex history in which the invasions and conquests of Spain changed traditions and introduced new ingredients. Thus, Spain's current and former cuisine combines old and new traditions. Gazpacho soup, Fajita and delicious snack Tapas are among the important flavors of the cuisine.

ELECTRICITY            

The power outlets are the same as in Türkiye.

SHOPPING          

There are shopping malls in city centers and opportunities to shop from small stalls selling souvenirs.

IMPORTANT NOTES            

Having a valid passport and/or obtaining a visa (for destinations/passports requiring a visa) does not mean that entry into the country will be granted. The passport police have the authority to refuse you entry into the country. Bin Rota is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.

The agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or the times may change before the current trip and flight. The agency is obliged to notify such changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport services fees

Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide narration and not including museum or historical site entrances. Bin Rota is not responsible for the inability to carry out panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, if they cannot be performed on the day and time of the tour due to local authorities not allowing visits or entry, or because of closed roads due to any event, or when the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be carried out by public transportation or on foot, where possible, at points where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not permitted.

Tour Program
Ankara - Madrid
We need to be at Ankara Esenboğa Airport International Departures terminal 3 hours before the flight for ticketing and check-in procedures. After meeting at the international departures counter at Esenboğa Airport, we complete our baggage and ticket procedures and fly to Madrid on AJet Airlines’ scheduled flight. Upon arrival, we begin our Madrid city tour. Among the places to be seen are Alcalá Gate, Cibeles Square and Fountain, Paseo del Prado and Apollo Fountain, Retiro Park, Castellana Streets, the Bullring, Botanical Garden, Neptune Fountain, and City Hall. After our tour, we will transfer to our hotel. Overnight stay at our hotel.
Madrid – Toledo - Madrid
After breakfast, we depart for a tour of Toledo. Toledo, Spain’s former capital and one of the important cities on the UNESCO World Heritage List, is known as the city of El Greco and is one of the rare cities that has managed to remain unchanged from the 16th century to the present day. The city will welcome us with structures bearing traces of Roman, Visigothic, Arab, Gothic, and Renaissance architecture, narrow streets, El Greco’s paintings, and of course its famous cathedral. After our walk in the Jewish Quarter, we return to Madrid. After free time, we will spend the night at our hotel.
Madrid - Seville
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Seville. Upon arrival, we will enjoy a panoramic city tour of Seville, during which we will see, among other places, Spain Square, the Gold Tower, the Convent of the Sisters of Paula, Maria Luisa Park, famous for its pools and gardens, and Santa Cruz Square. During the city tour, we will also have panoramic views of the Alcázar Palace, one of the most exquisite examples of Arab architecture, and the Seville Cathedral, the third largest cathedral in the world, from the outside. In the evening, those who wish may optionally participate in a Flamenco Show Night, a classic of Spain (55 Euro). At the end of the night, we return to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Seville - Córdoba - Granada
After breakfast at our hotel, we transfer to Cordoba. We leave our hotel for our Cordoba Old City & Cordoba Mosque tour (entrance tickets included). In Cordoba, which was one of the most populous cities in the world in the 10th and 11th centuries, Jewish, Christian, and Muslim communities lived together in peace at that time, and the city became one of Europe’s most important cultural centers thanks to the contributions of important philosophers, scientists, and artists. During our tour of Cordoba, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List, we will see the Renaissance-era Palacio de Viana, the Jewish Quarter, and the Cordoba Mosque, whose construction began in 785 and was completed in 987, one of the most influential structures of Western Islamic art. Afterwards, we transfer to Granada. On our Granada city tour, we will see Grand Via, the historic La Rambla Square, and the Town Hall Square, Plaza del Carmen. After our city tour, we return to our hotel for accommodation.
Granada - Valencia
After our breakfast, we set off for the Alhambra Palace tour (entrance tickets included) (Since tickets are issued in individual names and availability is limited, in high season it may not be possible to secure harem tickets for late reservations.) In this tour, we will visit the Alhambra Palace, listed on the UNESCO World Heritage List, renowned for its Arabesque architecture, pools, and gardens. Afterwards, we head to Valencia. Upon our arrival, we will take a city tour. Among the places to be seen are the world-famous Science and Culture Center by Santiago Calatrava, Spain’s most renowned living architect, the Gothic Cathedral, the Micalet Bell Tower, the Lonja Market where trade was conducted by barter in the 15th century, the Arena, the City Hall Square, and the old market area. After our city tour, we will be transferred to our hotel.
Valencia - Barcelona
After breakfast, we will depart for Barcelona. Upon arrival, we will embark on a city tour of Barcelona, where we will discover the capital of Catalonia and Spain’s second-largest city. During our tour, the places to be seen include the Christopher Columbus Monument, La Sagrada Familia Church, La Rambla Street, Montjuïc Hill, Spain Square and Catalunya Square, Passeig de Gràcia, Gran Via Street, the Andalusian Arena, and the Olympic Port. After our panoramic tour, transfer to our hotel and check in to our rooms. Overnight at our hotel.
Barcelona
We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. Then we leave the hotel to carry out the Girona & Figueres & Dalí Museum Tour (entrance tickets included). Our tour begins with the city of Girona, the jewel of Northern Catalonia. The region is historically very rich and is a unique place shaped by numerous occupations and reigns. Its cobblestone narrow streets, the Lion statue, the Jewish Quarter, Cathedral Square, historic city walls, churches, and museums are among the places to see. Then we head to the city of Figueres. In the town where Salvador Dalí was born in 1904, there is also the Dalí Museum, where we can see his works. The artist, who designed every detail of the museum himself, presents us with more than 4,000 works created using various techniques in the museum. After the tour, we transfer back to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Barcelona to Ankara
After breakfast, the rooms will be vacated and transferred to Barcelona airport. Following baggage, ticket, and customs procedures, departure to Ankara on Ajet Airlines’ flight. Arrival in Ankara and the end of our tour.
